Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is on the 2nd level and there's no elevator. I believe the owners live on the 3rd level and they are noisy. We heard them moving around a lot. We heard their toilet flush (right about our living room). We heard their dryer running. Also, be aware the bathroom is tiny - not much bigger than a bathroom on an airplane. Bring your own coffee. TV requires two separate remotes - we couldn't figure out how to turn if off.

Clean close to Ice Rink and Pavilion

We enjoyed our stay in Sun Valley this year (June 2025). The unit was clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. Would have been nice to have a 'welcome' mini-ground coffee (one morning 2-4 people) until we could get to the store. Comfortable sofa, King bed needs to be replaced ('soggy' to sleep on). We will be back (and hope for a new bed)!!

Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay, great property and location within walking distance to Sun Valley Resort and a short drive (or walk on a nice day) to Ketchum. This would be an ideal location to stay for an event at the Lodge's Amphitheater or ice skating rink as it's a short walk so you wouldn't have to find parking. There were a couple maintenance/housekeeping issues that the property management company took care of so we were very appreciative of that.

Issues during stay

Bathroom shower mechanism was in pieces. Didn’t notice until first morning when ready to shower. Had to call twice to remind maintenance man to come and fix. Was fixed that night. Living room tv would not connect to local channels. Called maintenance and it was never fixed during our stay. There was no remote in bedroom so couldn’t watch the tv either. Property manager reply was sometimes there are issues. The plumbing in the wall between kitchen and living room needs to be insulated. You can hear water rushing through the pipes when upstairs tenants flushed or took showers.

Just Excellent

Excellent condition, very nicely furnished, complete kitchen with all dish and silverware in new condition. Perfect location - very close to Sun Valley amenities and a short, pretty 1.8 walk to Ketchum. Management company very nice to deal with. Very highly recommended; I would definitely stay again.

Quiet location

Quiet location within walking distance to Sun Valley village. The unit was not ready at the check in time but rolled with the small set back and ate dinner early.

Unit was great, after-hours service not so much

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was nice and in a nice location. It was in Sun Valley, close to Ketchum, and other experiences. The property was very serene and calming.After-hours service was a different story. We called ahead to plan our check-in around 10pm at night due to the drive. The keys were there and everything appeared to be on track. However the keys did not work. When I called the after hours number, I was treated with disrespect as if I had interrupted their evening.I asked if we had possibly been given the wrong keys and aggressively the woman responded, "I don't know what to do for you. They are the right keys, I double-checked them myself. There are several entrances, so make sure you have the right one." I told them that we followed directions to the second floor, but we would try the keys several more times. After fighting with the door and wandering around the property for another 30 minutes, we called the after-hours number again. "Those are the right keys!" she said again. Annoyed, she responded, "I'll call the maintenance man and see if he can help you get in." Before I could say thank you, she hung up on me. The maintenance person was very nice and informed us that we were given the wrong keys. He was accommodating and professional while apologizing for the mishap. At checkout, there was a very sweet lady who was also accommodating.Overall, I would stay there again only if I was 100% sure that I didn't need after-hours support. I will probably find an air BnB in the future.

Super clean and pleasant atmosphere.

The condo was nice, clean, and quiet with a pretty view of trees and a little stream from the deck and windows. The kitchen was very well stocked with the basics and newer appliances. Comfortable beds with nice linens and towels. Cozy living room/kitchen area made for an enjoyable couple's weekend. Better than described in the listing due to updated furnishings and a new, larger TV in the living room. The only downside was the limited check-in time and having to pick up and drop off the keys at an alternate location. The entrance to the specific condo was also a bit confusing because of the way the buildings are set up, but once we figured it out, it was okay. Definitely a good value for the price.

Weekend trip during slow season

We stayed during slow season, late spring. We had the building to ourselves so it was very quiet. Overall, the condo matched the descriptions. There's been some updates on furniture from the pictures but everything is in good condition. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens with all the utensils and cooking equipment you could need. The dishes were all from Anthropologie, very nice for a rental until. It was nice to have for a few meals when we didn't want to eat out. Check in went smoothly and we were even able to check in a little early when we got to town. Location wise, it's close to the resort, downtown Ketchum, and there are lots of outdoor adventures within a few minutes.

The property was close to the sun valley lodge. It was clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor, no elevators. I like the gas fireplace. There was no closet space to hang clothing.
