Welcome to Bark Point Retreat, a premiere Lake Superior private oasis capable of sleeping 18! We are located near the end of Bark Point overlooking Lake Superior and the Western Apostle Islands with Barks Bay. A picturesque 3-hour drive from MSP and less than an hour drive from Bayfield, Madeline Island, Apostle Island National Lakeshore, Sea Caves, Cornucopia, Winery's and more!

Other Things to Note
==>Lake-Access is not recommended due to difficulty in terrain
==>We prefer Saturday-Saturday bookings in peak season, but if that doesn't work for your schedule feel free to book the days that work for your group, shorter gaps will be opened up per my calendar
==>5 True Bedrooms with One Additional Non-Private Sleeping Area
==>No Surcharge for Cleaning- All Money Received goes directly to Local Cleaners
==>No Surcharge for Extra Guests, we charge based on max occupancy
==>Groups of 8 or less who only want 1/2 the house can get a cleaning fee of 175$, just ask when you book. It has all of the main living areas, with 3 private bedrooms.
==>No Parties- neighbors have grown to expect peace and quiet, and we will not be jeopardizing that. It doesn't mean you can't be outside, just please be mindful of your surroundings.
==> We recently upgraded our back deck to a concrete patio so summer 2026 may look different than pictures posted until landscaping is done, spring 2026 may have some grass seeding present
