Cómodo condominio frente al lago con hermosas vistas del lago. Ubicado en el corazón de Poconos, nuestro condominio está rodeado de actividades cercanas durante todo el año para aprovechar. Este acogedor condominio tiene el tamaño y el diseño perfectos para familias y amigos en una escapada tranquila a la montaña Pocono con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y espacio suficiente para alojar cómodamente de 6 a 8 huéspedes. Reúnase con sus compañeros en la amplia sala de estar de la unidad, que cuenta con una cálida chimenea y muebles cómodos.

Se ofrece acceso inalámbrico a Internet, una pequeña biblioteca y juegos de mesa para satisfacer todas sus necesidades de entretenimiento. TV por cable también está disponible en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Nuevo piso de madera en todo el pasillo y sala de estar. Siéntete como en casa con una cocina completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios.

Even though not updated, this condo was was very clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay. The owner may need to check the 2nd bedroom for mold or mildew. It may be behind the wallpaper. One in our group felt allergic in that room

I feel like the listing photos don't do this property justice. Our stay was in August, and the lake is beautiful in the summer. Views from the balcony were great and location within the complex was perfect. Could walk to pool and very quick drive to Boulder Lake Club for beach access. I contacted the host about checking in early, which she allowed for a small fee and the cleaners apparently didn't know so I showed up at the arranged check-in time and cleaners were still there but they were out of there quickly and the host responded to my message immediately and refunded partial early check-in fee. Our kids (ages 3 - 8) were so excited to see all the ducks and deer on property. All in all, it was a great stay. Would totally recommend!

Condo is old and dirty. Owners have not put a single dollar into that place. Maybe the sheets are clean not 100% sure. Pots, pans, and other basic kitchen utensils were old, scratched, with no matching lids, no cutting board. There was 3 old knives. There is no care or money put into the VRBO. The patio balcony areas couldnt be used because it was so dirty and invested with spiders. There was also no grill, or table to eat at to enjoy the balcony and the lake. No coffee maker supposedely it was stolen and they definetly are not buying a new one. It could have potential if the owners would do some updating, cleaning, and painting. Also if the owner spent 200 at walmart tbthey could stock the kitchen with all the essentials someone would need. It was gross. The sink in the "master" bathroom had a bowl filled with water underneath it. I guess thats how they are fixing the leak. So now the cabinet is soggy and molded. Bottom line, the owner completely neglects the place and collects a check for all us suckers who see a 9.0 rating. Its a lie! Dont beleive the rating!!!! Beleive me! The only positive thing was that the host answered my texts in a timely manner.

Great location but needs work

Beautiful location but had some issues. Everything is from 1980 which would be fine except for some things not working. Lights went out in bathroom. I contacted them got a response but no one came..lights in the kitchen only worked half the time. Dishwasher didn't clean. There were no coffee pots, only coffee makers. The patio furniture was filthy. It seems like no one was there for some time. We also had an issue with the lake club, we were turned away bc they didn't pay their dues but after calling VRBO was able to get a hold of them and got it fixed later that day. That said if you want a condo right on the lake in a beautiful quiet community for a cheaper price it's worth it.

Unresponsive Host

Host was unavailable for three hours for help with check in. She responded once security and management involved. The information was sent outside of the Vrbo app and not from anything associated with Vrbo. This is fine but it was not communicated. The host number listed on app was not a working number. The lake was being drained and I was also informed after arrival and management involved. I welcome the host reaching out to me to try to make the situation right but I again have not heard from her. The room was as listed but do not recommend.

Quiet and Isolated

It was a nice place to get away to get away but there was not much to do and the food near the town was not great. If you want to get away with your partner it's great but I recommend buying food at the supermarket and cook yourself.

Lake Harmony is lovely

This was our first trip to the Poconos and though we were hoping for better skiing weather the trip was pretty good! We had a couple of issues getting into the place because of a lock problem but the owners were very helpful and had staff come as soon as possible to remedy the problem. Loved the location and the unit was very comfortable.

We had a blast

We went in the summer and The location exceeded out hopes for great hiking, swimming in lakes and pools, canoeing and kayaking. We had never been to the Poconos. The place is good. Be sure to bring all your extras (paper towels, dishwasher detergent) and do not expect more than the bare minimum.

Clean, Exactly as described - Perfect for Family Trip

Property was exactly as described, and communication with the property manager was great. Despite some initial confusion getting the access codes for the unit, she quickly resolved the access over the phone and was flexible when we needed to drop off some stuff due to an early arrival. The unit was clean (maybe excessively so with a strong smell of Clorox when we arrived, but given current conditions that is far preferable to under-clean), spacious, and had all the essentials. The location by Big Boulder is great, and would be lovely in the summer due to the pool being nearby - in winter the view off the lake was still wonderful. The unit is also deceptively spacious - which was wonderful for us - there was a large entry room with lots of hooks and space for coats and equipment, and one of the 2 bedrooms was separated from the other rooms, which was perfect to give the older boy with us some privacy/space. The fireplace was wonderful as well, and warmed us every night. We would definitely consider staying again.

Great location and view

Clean and spacious apartment with great lake view. There are few restaurants near by. Many hikes to explore. Jim Thorpe which is within 1 hour from this place was our favorite.

Cleanliness

Overall it was great...with a few exceptions ...was under the impression there were no pets allowed only to find out the unit had previous had a cat in it..I know this because of the cat liter I swept up and the asthma attack my son had (who's allergic to cats).... The unit itself was not as clean as I would have expected...I clean myself upon coming in because of my kids allergies and asthma and the floors was gross...cigarette butts on the patio...and very dusty....but other than that minor issue we had a wonderful vacation...and the rest of the unit was great!! Thank u for allowing us to stay...we had a wonderful experience!!!

Nice condo with great view of Big Boulder Lake

We spent three weeks in August at this lake view condo. Everything was as promised. There was plenty of space for our children and grandchildren to visit. They enjoyed the lake activities and the condo pool was close by our place. The condo owners joined the Boulder Lake club, but there was still a fee to use the lake. It was $50 a week for six people and well worth it. It worked nicely for us. There are many restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the Boulder View Tavern. We will return if we are able to get away next summer.

Beautiful area and spacious home

My family of four and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view from the balcony is lovely and the condo itself is very spacious. The kids had their own room and bathroom which was really nice. There are many board games to keep yourselves busy on rainy days. The condo pool is set by the lake and felt truly like a vacation spot. Hickory Run State Park trails are really nice and just a few minutes away. We spent every morning hiking and every afternoon swimming! Lake Harmony is beautiful and Boulder Lake Club was a very short drive away. The lake club was affordable and relaxing. We ate at Louie's Primehouse and had one of the best meals we have had in a long time. It is pricey but worth it! Overall, we loved out experience and recommend to others!

Very happy overall but a few quirks for those who are new to services like this

The backstory: I booked this property at Lake Harmony for a bachelor party as a nice getaway for our groom-to-be and us three groomsmen. The location was everything we wanted and then some. Secluded enough to not be stressed out, but close enough to civilization to not feel stranded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't spend much time outdoors but that's obviously just the way things go sometimes. We still greatly enjoyed our weekend getaway. The good: The condo was in great shape and definitely big enough for four adults. Very clean, very well maintained. The instructions/welcome message was pretty detailed and we didn't have much trouble getting settled in, turning on the A/C and water, etc. There was also a welcome binder provided with some contact information and a few suggestions for local businesses. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could need to prepare food, and having a dishwasher as well as a washing machine and dryer in-unit were nice touches, although we didn't need them. The not-so-good: It was rather jarring to use the bathroom only to find out that there was no soap to wash our hands. That was when we also noticed that no toiletries were provided as well. While in hindsight this makes sense as it's not a hotel, it would've been nice to include that information in the welcome message I received. The furniture and decor was rather dated and honestly it looked thrown together at random. The television was older and rather small for the living room area, and many of the DVDs provided were bootlegs that the DVD player would not read. The king bed was comfortable enough. Probably on par with the average hotel bed. However, I would've rather slept on the floor than one of the two full size beds. They were extremely stiff and felt as if they were made of plastic. All in all, I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick escape. I'd love to come back with my family for a full week to maybe take full advantage of the outdoor activities and pool/hot tub. It was fantastic for our needs, but I wish I would've known about the lack of soap. Having to go back out for something so simple when there was a cupboard full of expensive dinnerware was annoying, especially when you really consider the cost of the visit.

Good location, wonderful get-away!

This condo is very nice -- a little dated -- but it has (almost) everything you need. My husband and I stayed there with another couple. It was very nice to have 2 full baths, so each couple could have their own. Open plan, which is great for conversation. Comfortable living room with a big TV -- cable channels are limited but there are many movie DVDs to watch and board games to play. Dining area is nice and seats 6 comfortably. Lots of pots and pans in the kitchen, cooking utensils, drip coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee maybe?), regular sized fridge and range, and a working dishwasher. There are cleaning supplies and even an iron! Things you may want to bring along: bath soap and shampoo (this isn't a hotel and they are not supplied -- we forgot to bring some), extra towels if there are more than 4 of you, extra pillows if you like 2 or more on your bed, some bowls and spoons -- they were in short supply (there are enough other dishes and glassware though). We were the only people in the condo building when we got there -- other people started showing up towards the weekend. I think there are only 4 units in this building. Noise was not a problem. This was our first time doing VRBO and we all agreed we would do it again. It was nice having a slower start to the day, rather than rushing to a dining room before they closed.
