Situado en 3 hectáreas de terreno en una colina a las afueras de Lagos la villa ofrece espectaculares vistas al mar, puerto deportivo y la ciudad y las montañas de Monchique en la parte trasera. La piscina privada es magnífica (16m x 10m) y rodeada de terrazas. Los jardines privados se establecen sobre césped con macizos de flores establecidos con una gran variedad de árboles frutales y arbustos en flor. La villa está amueblada con gusto con una cocina moderna. Hay 4 confortables dormitorios con el dormitorio principal en la planta baja con su propio vestidor y baño en suite y acceso a la terraza. Arriba hay 2 dormitorios dobles y 1 doble, que comparten un baño y un aseo con ducha. Aunque esta propiedad se encuentra a poca distancia de Lagos, se beneficia de un lugar aislado y tranquilo.

Sehr tolles Haus mit riesigem Pool! Die Lage ist echt super, Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar oder für wenig Geld mit Uber. Aber trotzdem kann man für sich sein.

Fabulous villa

Stunning spacious villa with pretty gardens and an incredible pool. Very well equipped, we had everything we needed. Large open plan living space leading to a huge veranda/ patio. We had a wonderful stay. We didn’t need a car. Ubers were really easy and most would drive along the track to the villa. We walked into Lagos lots of times too, about a mile to the nearest supermarket and top of the marina. Highly recommend and we plan to definitely come back

Die gesamte Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt. Blumen im Garten, riesiger Pool, komplette Einrichtung ohne abgezählte Gegenstände. ...Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gerüche aus dem Nachbartal sind unangenehm, aber nur bei einsprechender Windrichtung lästig.

the pool and patio are wonderful. views of marina are lovely. ping ping table on patio is fun! you need a car in this location- a bit too far to walk. the house has a bit of a musty smell but hard to air out since not many screens. the dirt road is in poor shape. during our stay a portion received gravel so that section was greatly improved. not sure if the whole road was getting gravel or not. i think my biggest issue was the proximity of municipal waste water treatment facility. depending on the breeze it smelled like septic system- but usually the smell was limited to the driveway area so when you were at the pool it was not an issue.

Amazing time!

We were a group of five, and everyone enjoyed the villa! Plenty of room for all of us, with the ability to each have space if you simply wanted to relax and read. We ate a few meals in and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and dishes needed. The pool is amazing and larger than we thought. It was warm enough for swimming and everyone took advantage of it. The gardens are lovely and flowers were in bloom. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. Communication with the owners and property manager was spot on.

Great stay for a group of young adults

Incredibly impressed by this villa. The pool is huge and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Location is perfect and has great views of the marina and sea. Couldn’t recommend this villa enough!

A wonderful week in a paradise in Lagos

This villa is a real find. Settled upon the hill at the rear of the town the views into Lagos are wonderful. The pool is enormous, and makes for a great place to chill out during the day. Lots of the properties in Lagos are new build, small and characterless. This property is a real family focused villa with lots of original charm. It's a little tired in places - but we think it added to the charm.

Excellent villa. Only let down is the rough track road. Most taxi drivers will not use road but only short walk to road end and plenty of Uber drivers in the town

Villa très agréable avec un magnifique point de vu. Chambres et salles de bain très propres. Le salon et la cuisine sont très fonctionnels. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Hôte réactif aux messages, aucun problème pour entrer. Nous recommandons cette location.

Friends get away!

Went away for a week with 6 friends, a 4 year old and a 6 month year old! The villa is a great size for a mixed group, with the most fantastic huge pool. Kitchen is well equipped, plus the use of a brilliant bbq, ping pong table and kids activities. Car hire is recommended, the villa is down an unmade road, however for evenings we got Ubers which didn’t mind coming to us! If you want to walk it takes about 20 minutes down the the marina, however a steel hill back up! Lots of mosquitos so bring repellent! Would definitely stay again- Lagos is super fun for people wanted laid back fun options!

Exceeded our expectations!

Our overall experience was above and beyond and we really really had a fabulous time at the villa!!!! The photos on the site really under sell the property which led us to be pleasantly surprised upon arrival! There is new furniture indoor and out and new bathrooms which are just lovely and nice and modern. Amazing rain shower upstairs! Communication with the owners was great prior to arrival as we had a few questions about high chairs etc. The address is a little difficult to find on google maps - a direct link which is active on the site would be really helpful so it can be pre saved prior. We received all the information and codes etc required a few days prior and checked in slightly early which was really convenient. We were greeted upon arrival by the property manager who was able to answer any queries. Lucky she arrived just after us as the lockbox code had been updated and we could only get the keys as we guys the code! This was of course changed immediately. The villa itself is beautiful - amazing views. Superb pool - we were worried it might have been a bit cool due to it not being heated but this was not the case at all. The kitchen is the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen with a jug, serving platter or utensil for any occasion! There were also condiments and heaps of cleaning materials supplied. The villa also has a safe. No air conditioning but we stayed on 38 degree heat and didn’t miss it as fans are provided and there’s a lovely breeze through the villa when all is open. Wifi is great. Marina the housekeeper is a gem! She was so helpful and thorough and we enjoyed chatting to her! The grounds are lovely and we didn’t get too bitten whilst sitting outside. I know people have mentioned the road being a bit difficult but it’s really not so bad - just need a bit of a run up and a swift turn! No shampoo is supplied but there is body wash. There are lots of toilet rolls but if you run out it’s up to you to repurchase. We didn’t mind this at all and only ran out on our last day! The bottle of wine upon arrival is a really nice touch as is the farewell visit from the property manager. If we are ever on a family holiday in Lagos again we would definitely stay here again! Thanks to the owners and staff for a wonderful family holiday!

Óptima estadia

Tivemos uma óptima estadia na propriedade. A piscina é magnífica e a casa está muito bem equipada. Tivemos algumas dificuldades no processo do check in e no contacto com a pessoa responsável, mas conseguimos resolver. No geral, correu tudo muito bem.

Traditionelle Villa mit viel Land drumherum

Die Villa liegt in ruhiger Lage . Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen Reinigungs-Damen 2-3x die Woche a 2 Stunden , ein Gärtner zur Gartenbewässerung 3xdie Woche jeweils ca.4-6 Stunden . Der Gärtner versuchte unauffällig zu bleiben. Der Pool hatte 20°C , für uns etwas kalt zum schwimmen , zum kurzen Abkühlen gut. Je nach Windrichtung ließ eine nahegelegene Kläranlage übelriechend grüßen.

Superbe maison mais agence trop envahissante

La maison est jolie, bien placée, belle vue. Beaucoup de fourmis mais je pense que c’est comme ça partout en Algarve. Cependant, quelques soucis de communication quant à la venue de la maid Marina, qui est au final venue que 2 fois, mais on va dire que le covid a rendu les choses sûrement plus compliqués. Ce qui nous a surtout déplu, c’est l’impression de ne pas se sentir chez soi. Avec l’agence qui débarque a l’improviste plusieurs fois dans la semaine à la maison, qui appelle a l’improviste plusieurs fois dans la semaine… on n’était pas a l’aise alors que quand on loue une maison de vacance c’est pour s’y sentir bien. C’est fatiguant de se sentir épié et observé alors qu’au final, tout s’est bien passé donc l’agence aurait pu nous laisser tranquille. A part cela, nous avons passés de bons moments, le barbecue était vraiment chouette, la piscine très grande et agréable, et nous avons aussi réussi à un peu bricoler pour réparer la table de Ping Ping, c’était donc très chouette, Merci pour le séjour.

Late summer break

A very tucked away big villa, typical local style clearly a much loved family home from time to time. Needs lots more love to bring it up to its previous level. Comfortable with a lovely cared for very large pool area. Car as advised is an absolute must, taxis will not get nearer than 800 m from the villa as the rough track puts them off. Peaceful hideaway though only a 5 min drive into Lagos.

The villa is our much-loved family holiday home. The large swimming pool is a unique asset in this holiday villa. The views from the villa & the pool are absolutely stunning. We fell in love with it the moment we saw it and we never tire of being there.
