Un precioso ático en el segundo piso mantenido y actualizado con un alto nivel, este es un excelente apartamento en el galardonado complejo Paradise Gardens.
Se compone de un amplio 'L' sala de estar / comedor en forma con un gran sofá, silla giratoria de cuero y una mesa de comedor de pino granja y sillas. La cocina está totalmente equipada con lujos tales como lavavajillas, lavadora y nevera-congelador. Hay 2 grandes dormitorios, con sombra, una doble y una con dos camas, ambos con amplio espacio de almacenamiento.
El aire acondicionado se actualizó en 2012 a una parte superior de la gama de sensores Daikin sistema de control remoto que enfría suavemente y desvía los fans fuera de circulación por lo que no está sentado en un barril! El mobiliario es de pino a lo largo tradicional de buena calidad.
Hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en el apartamento que llega a la zona de la piscina en un buen día y hemos actualizado recientemente el sistema de televisión de los canales locales de satélite a un sistema de streaming Droid caja que recibe la mayoría de las estaciones del Reino Unido, así como el deporte y una buena selección de películas.
Afuera hay un gran balcón orientado al sur con muebles de comedor y tumbonas bajo una pérgola sombreada con vistas a la piscina y hermosos jardines. El apartamento ofrece hermosas vistas sobre los tejados de Kato Paphos al mar Mediterráneo y el balcón, soleado durante el día, es el lugar perfecto para ver las magníficas puestas de sol.
Esta zona tranquila es ideal para alejarse de todo sin dejar de ser cerca del centro vibrante de la zona de vida nocturna y el puerto. El ático es ideal para parejas y familias, y combina la independencia de un hogar lejos del hogar con la comodidad de un ambiente de vacaciones de lujo y tranquilidad.

Lovely stay. Beautiful apartment, great addition to have own beds around pool. Quiet pool area, lovely gardens and close to all local amenities. 15 minute walk to bars and shops at harbour, close to supermarkets and local grocery shops. Pambis bar only a five minute walk from apartment.

Second floor apartment

Nice clean apartment with good sized private balcony with table and chairs and 2 sun beds, with 2 additional private sun beds at the pool, IComplex slightly dated and pool not cleaned in the 11 days we were there. Disappointed not to be advised of building work adjacent to apartment which began at 7am every morning. Walk to town and marina much longer than described.

Schöne Wohnung.

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön, ruhige Lage, großer Balkon. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Es ist nur das nötigste vorhanden, leider eine Kaffeemaschine fehlte uns. Der Herd wird zu heiß und schaltet sich nach einer Weile ab, ich vermute durch falschen Einbau fehlte ein Luftungsspalt unter dem Herd. Ein Mietauto wird empfohlen, wir sind immer zum sehr schönen Venus Strand gefahren und der LIDL ist auch in der Nähe.

Great location

We stayed here for one week. The property was clean and spacious for us 3 adults, the bathroom was lovely, the bedrooms were a good size. The aircon worked really well with timers and low settings which were quiet at night. There are also ceiling fans. Facilities were good, hairdryers in both rooms, iron, ironing board etc. Couldnt get the tv to work initially but Simon (management company) came out straight away to sort it. Location was good, 15 min walk to harbour and 10 mins to bars/restaurants. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because the sunbeds by the pool need replacing. The balcony of the property is a good size with lovely table and chairs in partial shaded area and 2 new looking blue sunbeds. Just need to get another 2-4 new sunbeds for round the pool. Thank you, we had a lovely stay.

Needs some TLC

On entry to the apartment the balcony and furniture needed cleaning. On using the oven the thermostat did not work so the food was burnt. The oven was then replaced by the management company - excellent service. On the hob only two knobs worked - the other two just went round and round, but worked after I repaired them. We then had a call at the door that the apartment below had water damage on the ceiling. When we had a look in the cupboard under the sink, it was obvious that the leak had happened a long time ago and was still leaking. The cupboard construction was delaminating so was ongoing and we feel had happened before. The bed frames were constructed of wood, but the bolts holding them together were loose, so every movement was accompanied by a creaking noise - the only option we had was to wedge the beds to the wall with cardboard, as there were no tools in the apartment. The apartment is on a residential complex so there is a considerable amount of noise, which is to be expected as people leave and return from work at all hours and numerous children play and cycle around the complex. There were some things that are shown on the pictures but were not available to us. We did not hire a car as the apartment is near to supermarkets and an easy walk to the harbour, though the pavements are very bad. The apartment could be improved with a bit of TLC.

Beautiful Apartment

We found this to be a spacious well equipped apartment with a fantastic outside terrace where you could spend all day in the sun. The complex is very nice and ideally situated for a walk down to the harbour.

Nice appartment with access to the swimming pool in a nice garden, at a reasonable price

The only negative surprise was related to the fact that Vrbo kept us in suspense, despite making a money transfer, that did not immediately provide an address. Fortunately, the owner of the apartment, with whom we were in touch, provided it with instructions by e-mail, and later, on the spot by phone, directed us to our destination. An additional small misunderstanding resulted from the fact that we had not yet encountered the system of hiding the key in the locker by the door and when we did not manage to open it, we had to use the help of a neighbor. Quiet neighborhood. There is enough space for everyone to park a car. The apartment is clean, very tastefully furnished, without overloading with knick-knacks, with a good layout, which allowed for the isolation of the bedroom part from the living room and kitchen. Two separate bedrooms provide the comfort of living for a family of 2 + 2 or two couples. The kitchen is very well equipped. A spacious terrace with a table and chairs and a grill, which allowed to spend a nice time breakfast, and a few dinners at home. Good access to the pool, although we only used it twice, being more fascinated by the sea. The host was very helpful. The intervention was handled immediately. Overall impression - very favorable. Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, excellently furnished with beautiful views of the gardens. Fabulous balcony for sunbathing. Due to our late arrival we would have appreciated if bottled water had been in the fridge, lucky the Crossroads store was open. We did have problems with the tv buffering so a DVD would have been a good backup. Disappointed that there wasn’t any protectors on the pillows and mattress. The mattress was extremely comfortable, which is worth its weight in gold. We have been renting apartments at Paradise Gardens for 13yrs this would be in our top 3. The complex is situated in a fantastic location.

Wonderful apartment in an excellent complex.

We had a fantastic time staying in this apartment. The apartment was exactly as represented in the photographs and clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Communication with the owner was good and responses were quickly received. We will hopefully be able to stay there again soon.

Lovely apartment and well located for farm shop next door and good restaurant within 100 metres.

The apartment is spacious with an excellent large balcony overlooking the pool. About a 20-25min walk to the harbour so well located on a lovely complex. Only improvements would be new pots/pans as some have seen better days and an umbrella for round the pool would be most welcome. These are minor points, also the bathroom has recently been updated and is very nice and modern .All in all I would recommend this apartment with no hesitation.

Lovely to get away from everything.

The communication with Andrew before I arrived was brilliant and can't thank him enough. The apartment is lovely and has almost everything you need. Sun terrace is brilliant. Ideal for sunbathing and dining. I came away to get away from it all and this apartment enabled me to do that. I would definitely stay again. Thank you very much for the use of the apartment.

Really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was just as expected, very clean and tidy The place is very relaxing, hardly anyone in pool area so fantastic! Only gripes, we arrived at 10pm, some water at least would have been welcome, The sun beds for the apt at the pool were locked up but luckily we were able to use visitors ones for sunbathing We would definitely stay again-thank you

Relaxing stay

Overall I had a very relaxing stay in this well kept apartment. There were a few issues which I hope will be sorted out with the owner. The apartment is in a residential area of Paphos 20 minutes walk from the centre and sea. The gardens are very pretty and the pool is very nice and maintained everyday. There is a huge balcony part shaded from the sun. It is possible to catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance. I found the bed to be very comfortable. If I were to return to Paphos I would have no hesitation in renting this apartment again. I would have given this property five stars but the one thing that annoyed me most was arriving at 12.50am on my own to find there was no bottled water in the fridge. I consider this a necessity.

Trevlig och välutrustad lägenhet med stor terrass mot poolområdet. Välskött anläggning. Minimarket fanns alldeles i närheten. Vi hyrde cyklar eftersom det var en liten bit att gå till havsbadet i centrala Pafos (promenadväg ca 15 min). Vid klippbadet fanns badstegar, duschar och omklädningshytter utan kostnad. Stor supermarket alldeles i närheten av badet.

Great apartment, spacious and with all your home comforts in a great location. Great that you get your own sun beds around the pool. Taverna and local shops close by. Easy to walk into town if you don't want to hire a car. Would highly recommend.

Paradise Gardens 1

We stayed at this lovely, well equipped, clean apartment on 30th September for 2 weeks. We have stayed at Paradise Gardens 1 before and again we wasnt disappointed in anyway The apartment had everything you needed, the balcony very spacious with sun loungers on the balcony were very welcomed. Had a fabulous holiday with everything we needed to hand.

Lovely Clean Homely Appartment

I recently stayed for 6 nights in this lovely clean, homely apartment. It had all the facilities you would expect at home, was clean, bright and a perfect location to chill out in for a week. 15 minutes walk to bar street, 20 minutes walk to the front and all the nice restaurants. Also 5 minutes from a local supermarket ( to the right of the apartment) and Pambis bar and restaurant, another little gem. Thank you Andrew and family for also allowing us to check out late on the last day as our flights were not till late in the evening. Highly Recommended.

Our first family holiday

A lovely peaceful apartment, just perfect for my young family. We have a baby and i was a little worried about taking a holiday abroad but am pleased to say it was an easy experience, i could go about my day to living just as if i was at home. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and the all essential air con. Plenty of room for a travel cot and baby equipment. Large supermarket in the town centre to fill the fridge up.....Breakfast at the dining table, BBQ for lunch on the balcony and ate out for dinner down in the town. I would recommend a car so you can just jump in and go out whenever you like, throw everything in the car and be back home when you need to. Put our baby to bed and enjoyed the view from the balcony or put a film on. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, "Grazies" was my favourite, but "Fat Mammas" was best for entertainment.

We found the apartment to have everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, a real home form home. Good quality fittings, large balcony, very pleasant complex. Could walk to centre in about 20mins. Overall, excellent.
