While the walk is short, we appreciate your mentioning that it can be a bit steep. Should you choose to return, please keep in mind that the resort offers complimentary golf cart shuttle service to and from the beach for added convenience. Your concerns are important to us, and we would have sent someone back to assist you had we known about any debri on the refrigerator, we apologize for that situation. We realize that the comfort of things like bedding and furniture is sometimes subjective, however our staff and the owners try our best to make sure everyone is having the relaxing and restful stay they anticipate, we apologize that is not what you experienced. We would have appreciated knowing about this so we could have had the opportunity to try to address your concerns while you were in-house. As you mentioned, we did offer to send a member of our team to address the issues you had told us about however you responded you did not need these problems addressed and you just wanted us to know. We do greatly appreciate our guests feedback while they are staying with us and will take every effort to address their concerns. Not letting us know about your other concerns or allow us to address the two you mentioned and then complain later is not fair. If you had reported all the issues and we did not address them, then I would agree it would be worth noting. All payments for VRBO bookings are made by us as the merchant of record, and I would not know why VRBO, would reach out to you about payment. Mahalo Stephen for your review and comments. We are sorry if you felt the listing was not accurate. We are marketing the units as they have been marketed since they were built. The design allows flexibility to rent as separate studio units, however we do not do that. The layout is set up with one bedroom separate from the living quarters, so in effect a one-bedroom as advertised.
