Overall good. It does not say unsuitable if you have walking issues as you have to go up 3 sets of stairs to get to the apartment. This was a downside. The apartment could be done with a bit of TLC.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Set in lovely gardens with a great pool and pool bar and in a fantastic location.

Big apartment

The apartment was nice and big and clean.The only problem we had was that it was in a quite noisy part of Las Americas and we had to close all of the doors and windows to keep the noise out as there was a late night open air night club very close.

Good Location

Good sized apartment, balcony gets the sun in the morning. The apartment is a little dated but is clean and in a good location for everything. Sun beds have to be paid for, 10 euros for 2. The pool area is lovely.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment. It had everything we needed, lots of room, loads of hangers. It was spotless and homely. We don’t cook but there was lots of equipment if we had wanted to. Owner very helpful and got straight back to us when we had one small problem which was soon sorted out. We like this area and look forward to returning soon. Thank you.

Sisters holiday

First impressions were that the apartment was very clean and functional. The beds were comfortable but a little soft for me personally. A short walk to the beach which has sun beds to hire with lots of surfers practicing off shore, bars and restaurants on the doorstep, the double glazing kept out most of the noise but I had earplugs so slept really well most nights. One little niggle was the complex charges for sun bed hire which was a first for us. So be prepared to pay €9 a day for 2 beds and brolly. There are also a lot of steps around the complex so could be an issue for some. Overall we had a lovely time and were pleased with our choice.

Not what we expected - disappointed

The appartment is basic and clean - the photos look good and the appartment doesn't live up to these. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable and dated, the sofa's are sofa beds and the cushions are worn and ripped covered up with throws. There is a spurious pull down bed in the hallway - why? The curtains in the master bedroom and living rooms are short and let in lots of light (blackout blinds would have been ideal). The write up of the property sounds great but what isn't mentioned are the numerous bars and hotels at the rear of the property that are VERY noisy until 1AM (Marquee, Brewers Droop, Anchor, Kippis, Crystals Palace to name a few). The pool is lovely and well laid out a real sun trap, the pool isn't busy this is probably to do with the fact that a charge of €4 per sunbed per day is charged. The property is well located the beach is very close, shops and restaurants are plentiful.

Heerlijke vakantie op ideale locatie

We hebben met ons gezin een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Appartement met 2 slaapkamers en balkon was ideaal voor ons. Op loopafstand van surfspot, stranden en pick up locaties voor uitstapjes. Zwembad was vernieuwd en voelde als een heerlijke rustige groene oase.

De indeling vh appartement en de ligging waren prima De keuken liet te wensen over: een lekkende gootsteen, de kookpotten ben ik moeten gaan kopen wegen gebrekkige aanwezige exemplaren. Het meubilair was totaal afgeleefd.

Lovely break

Good location, everything we needed, a bit noisy at weekend due to nearby club, but has good glazing so no problem sleeping, nice big balcony which gets the sun in the morning. Hopefully will return soon.

Central location close to beach

The arrival was a bit confusing as the complex has different floors and numerous stair cases. The entrance is directly opposite the surf shop at the back of the entrance building, approx 23 steps and keep on the right side down the corridor. Apt has a big balcony and lovey views of mountains and sea, lots of bars and restaurants and 2 min walk to coast path, loads of surfers to watch from the shore in one of the numerous cafes. . We couldn't find any channels other than BBC1 and CH4 , the rest were spanish or german dubbed. We didn't really try and watch TV after day 1 as we went out. Living area spacious, Bed was comfortable but to be honest the apt needs some TLC, a lick of paint, it was clean on the surface but deep clean really is needed, new grout in shower etc wouldn't go amiss to really make it a great apt but its been a tough couple of years for rentals on the whole so maybe to be expected. The location was great for sea strolls and loads of bars, big Irish bar around the corner, 1 street over to the left from reception was fab atmosphere, but for us it was just too close to bars as we could hear music into the early hours, so we ended up using the twin room at the front of apt after a couple of nights as it was much quieter. But perfect if you like to party into the night. The supermarket on site does morning pastries and coffees and at the back of the store is a little deli counter that will make up sandwiches. Other reviews mentioned no doors on the bathrooms but we had a bathroom each so worked well for us. There is a body board, parasol and some beach bits on the balcony and various pots and pans , cleaning liquid etc, iron and vaccum. Great comms with Paul the owner. All in all we had a fab time.
