Esta propiedad única ofrece alojamiento versátil para una familia numerosa o 2 familias de vacaciones juntas. La casa tiene 2 lados divididos por el pasillo. Uno tiene 2 habitaciones amplias con baño privado, una gran sala de estar y comedor, cocina y tienda. En el otro lado hay 2 dormitorios más con baño privado. Todas las habitaciones y sala de estar se abren al atractivo patio con piscina privada. A un lado hay un gran comedor cubierto con barbacoa de obra y fregadero con una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 fácilmente. Hay sofás de mimbre y mesas de café con sombrillas para sombra junto con tumbonas en la terraza. La piscina mide 10x5m y tiene un extremo poco profundo con escalones romanos, ideal para nadadores y no nadadores por igual. Previo acuerdo, la piscina se puede calentar a un costo de aproximadamente 350-400 € por semana (dependiendo de la temporada). La terraza de la azotea ofrece un área relajante para disfrutar de las espectaculares vistas o simplemente sentarse en los cómodos sofás y disfrutar de una bebida refrescante. Toda la propiedad está amueblada con un alto nivel.

Excellent family villa

We loved our stay at this amazing secluded property. Everything went very smoothly. The location is up on a narrow path but just a short walk into the Port. The house is very well stocked and the pool was lovely and clean. The grounds are huge and the kids loved exploring them. Perfect stay!

Everything you could need ...and more!

This villa is in the most stunning location, so peaceful and away from it all. It has everything you could possibly need. The outside area is just perfect and a real highlight of the place!It's worth noting that one of the bedrooms is adjoining another, which may not suit everyone.

Great stay, highly recommend

Villa exceeded expectations, perfect for our family holiday. Short walk into the port which was lovely, plenty of restaurants and in walking distance of other towns. The villa itself was gorgeous, lots of outside space and the pool is much bigger than we expected. Lemon tree on the patio for your G&Ts

Villa perfection near Port Andratx

We had a wonderful family holiday in this absolutely gorgeous villa. The decor, fixtures, fittings and outside space were perfect, luxurious yet so welcoming and comfortable, we instantly felt at home. The courtyard dining area, pool and roof terrace were particularly fabulous. We felt little need to leave the property, although its proximity to the Port was perfect for golden hour drinks. We would definitely book again.

Mallorca holiday

This property was ideal for our requirements. We were a family of 4 generations, aging from 5 years to 75 and we all enjoyed and made use of the facilities available. House was extremely well equipped with high quality furniture and fittings and the pool area was outstanding. Mara, the house keeper was lovely and did her best to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

So peaceful yet only a stroll to the port

The villa was perfect! Lovely setting, so much space, excellent interior and furniture, lovely bed and bedding, with everything you could want on your holiday (so nice to find a villa that had salt & pepper and other condiments etc in the store cupboard!). Very clean throughout, fantastic pool. The photos don't actually do it justice. Only a short walk along a quiet road to the shops and restaurants. We hired a small boat one afternoon from Smartboats which was great fun. Really can't say enough good things about it. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Jane.

Fabulous villa

The house is stunning and every single thing which you might require has been thought of eg. amazing range of kitchen appliances and utensils, pool-side fridge and freezer, sink and bin in the outdoor eating area. Cushion and candles in abundance! All of this extra thought makes such a difference and you can truly enjoy every aspect of your holiday. A minor issue with one of the toilets was dealt with swiftly. I really do expect that we will be back as other accommodation is going to pale in comparison! We were a family group of my husband and I, our adult daughters with their husbands and 2 young children (5 and 3).

Beautiful spacious villa

The villa was without doubt the best place my family and I have stayed in. It is set in lovely, spacious grounds with well-tended gardens which are quiet and secluded. The villa is beautifully and tastefully furnished both inside and out with comfy sofas, lovely colour schemes everywhere and very comfortable beds. A well-equipped kitchen provided everything we needed; the welcome pack was much appreciated. The upper terrace was a perfect place to watch the sun go down before enjoying a candle-lit dinner in the outside dining area; so many candles! Port Andratx is within easy walking distance and we also enjoyed the short walk along the footpath to Camp de Mar. A lovely and homely villa with lots of space. Thank you so much, Jane.

Fantastic stay, beautiful property home/villa

From booking up our stay to the end of our holiday Jane the owner was excellent keeping in touch and on arrival Heidie the house manager was lovely. We have stayed in many villas over 20 years and my parents over 50 years in many parts of Majorca and Port Andratx being one of our favourite places, this was by far the nicest Villa we have stayed in, immaculately clean, fantastic views, peaceful but in walking distance to the port and equiped with everything needed for a great stay. This is a home filled with character and charm and we will definitely look forward to returning. Our flight left in the evening and Jane kindly allowed us to check out later afternoon which was perfect. The roof terrace is lovely as is the pool area and many sitting areas. Each bedroom is ensuite which is great. This is most definitely a well loved and looked after 5 star home, fabulous place to stay. Jill & Family.

Das Haus können wir mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Das Haus, das Grundstück und die Umgebung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vor allem der hohe Standard der gesamten Einrichtung, angefangen von der Bettwäsche, Handtüchern (auch Strandtücher), Geschirr in der Küche, gemütliche Sofas, große Holztische innen und draußen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unzählige Teile an Geschirr, Schüsseln, Gläser. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit bunten Kissen, Teppichen. Sehr viele Kerzen und Windlichter, Spiegeln, Bilder sorgen für diese besondere Atmosphäre. In der Küche fehlt nichts. jedes SZ hat ein Badezimmer und eine Terrassen Tür nach draußen. Ein SZ ist ein Durchgangsschlafzimmer. Jedoch man kann durch das hintere SZ über die Terrassentür und somit über den Hof ins Haus. Im Haus ist Technisch gesehen vieles Vorhanden, wie zu Hause. ZB. Kocher, Kaffeemaschine für Tabs, große Induktionskochstelle, Geschirrspüler, Klimaanlagen in alles Räumen, TV mit sämtlichen Streaming Anbietern gibt es im Wohnzimmer (1 TV im Haus). Wi-Fi funktionierte sehr gut (außer in einem am weitersten entfernten Schlafzimmer, dem nach dem Durchgangszimmer). In der Wirtschaftskammer steht Waschmaschine, Trockner, Waschmittel, sämtliche Putzmittel. Der Pool ist sehr groß, sauber und riecht nicht nach Chlor. Viele Aufenthaltsplätze draußen überdacht und im Freien. Kommunikation gab es über WhatsApp mit der Hausdame Heidi. Wir hatten auch guten Kontakt zu Eigentümerin Jane. Das Haus können wir mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Tolle Finca in Port Andratx

Wir haben 10 Tage mit unseren Kindern und ihren Freunden in dieser tollen Finca verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt über ein riesiges Grundstück. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin Jane war sehr hilfsbereit. Es war einfach alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir hoffen, dass wir bald wiederkommen können in dieses tolle Anwesen.

Location , privacy, sublime setting.

This is a beautiful traditional family house decorated with taste, extremely practical with spacious bedrooms, outdoor dining all on one level. A 7 mns walk takes you down to the port of Andratx with its restaurants, bars, shops, Fresh fish market and city eroski supermarket. Note: 2 bedrooms interconnect but both have direct access to the patio where the outdoor dinning and pool is so it’s not an issue. I would highly recommend it with parents and teenagers. We had a great time and Heidy was very receptive and efficient.

Andraxt July-August 21 - best villa ever..

This was one of the loveliest villas that we've stayed in anywhere for some time (if not ever). A beautiful place to stay in, with the feeling of a home that someone cares about, beautiful inside and out and full of great personal touches. It made us realise how much you lose if you insist on the typical sea view too. We're normally ones for spending as much time away from the villas as we can - but not this time around...thank you Jane for being such a great host and to Heidi for always being there to help when needed!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohlfühloase

Dieses Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und es hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer sodass doch jeder seine totale Privatsphäre hat. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und doch ist man schnell im Dorf. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr gepflegt, man merkt das die Besitzer ihr Haus lieben. Auch der Service ist toll, zb wird der Pool ständig gereinigt und wenn man ein Problem hat wird einem sofort geholfen. Ich war das erste mal da aber bestimmt nicht das letzte mal. Einfach toll.

Amazing villa

The photos really do not do the property justice, it was a gorgeous villa with plenty of outside space, and lots of shady areas when the sun got too much. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the harbour... but you’re not going to find a villa with such space and privacy any nearer than that. We had a great time, the port was amazing and the owner Jame gave us loads of great recommendations for places to eat. Would recommend to anyone, thanks for a great holiday!

Great place for a family holiday

We were three generations who spent 8 days in the villa. We had the pool heated because it was early Easter, and it was really heated. The small ones got a warm bath in the bathtub afterwards. In the mornings we could sit in the fenced garden at one side of the house even if there was a cold wind some times. And in the late afternoons we had a drink at the roof terrace with beautiful views of the hills.We made dinner ourselves every night by using the outdoor grill for fish, meat, and vegetables bought in nearby supermarkets. We took fine walks directly from the house, and by car we could easily reach lots of places worth visiting. Jane was very useful and helpful and a pleasure to communicate with.

Beautiful, peaceful villa with gorgeous views

We went to Mallorca in January to plan our wedding. We wanted somewhere that is close to the port, but not actually in the port, to avoid the noise. We did think about renting a house with a sea view, but they were all too close to the house next door, so less private. As this house said it was private and peaceful, we chose it. We were not disappointed! It is on a little lane that is along one of the special walks of Mallorca. It is totally private and peaceful with gorgeous views of the valley, mountains and trees and is only 10 mins to the port so we could walk in, we had lots of lovely food and wine and then walked back. We didn’t have to think about who was going to drive or how much for a taxi. Every night we walked along the lane and didn’t meet a single car. The setting is beautiful. It’s like a private estate as it’s all enclosed. The house is warm and cosy. The underfloor heating is amazing with a real fire in the lounge so we could chillax when we got back in the evening. There is full Sky, so we watched TV by the fire. Two big sofas and two armchairs meant we could all sprawl out comfortably. We had the pool heated, so swam in warm water, whilst the rain bounced down on our heads – great fun! The kitchen is really well-equipped, with lots of pretty bowls and plates. Even though we didn’t eat in, the plates made you want to.The bedrooms are all really nicely decorated, with good quality sheets and comfy pillows. There are some lovely paintings around and some stunning mirrors! Many rented houses often miss on things like that. All in all, a great house to stay in if you want privacy but close enough to walk into the port. It’s tastefully furnished and really well thought out, with laundry baskets, rubbish bins, magnifying make-up mirrors etc. Little touches that make a difference. It was perfect for us, as we all felt we had our private space, but could be together too. I would highly recommend this villa and when we go back for the wedding, we will definitely book this house again.

Fantastic Villa with pool in great location

A fantastic property! 4 ensuite bedrooms all beautifully furnished and a great open plan living / (well equipped) kitchen /dining area. The whole house is air conditioned and has WIFI ( that actually works!). Lovely outdoor areas for dining and relaxing with fantastic views from the roof terrace! It was a perfect layout for us as a family with 2 small children ( and my visiting parents). The pool is a decent size so you can actually do laps and can be heated which is quite unusual in Mallorca but definitely needed if you are visiting outwith summer months. The location is great, lovely and quiet but not far from the Port. The house is set in extensive enclosed grounds which are great for kids to explore and there is even a little playhouse. Jane the owner is lovely to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and Antonia and her team who manage the property on a day to day basis were very helpful and friendly. Really cannot fault the property, our next will be our third visit which says it all really !

Because you're worth it!

My husband and I travel a lot. We love visiting different countries, finding new places to explore and are always looking for somewhere special to stay. We rarely retrace our steps. How is it, therefore, that we have gone back to this villa every summer for the past eight years? The answer is simple: because - as the shampoo advert says - you're worth it! It is fabulous! We go with friends. There is plenty of room for eight people - the living accommodation inside the main villa is spacious and cool in the heat and all four bedrooms have beautiful ensuite bathrooms. It is immaculate inside and out with every conceivable comfort you could wish for. No need to get up at dawn to put your beach towel on a sun bed; there are plenty for everyone with sofas, umbrellas and shady areas too! The pool is a delight and that's saying something for someone who is not keen on the water! The Port of Andratz is an easy 15 minute walk away and is full of restaurants, bars and gorgeous shops. We are keen golfers and use the villa as a luxurious base: there are many excellent golf courses within a 30 minute drive and there are some great package deals to be had if you shop around - particularly if you play in the afternoon when it's a bit cooler. This villa has it all; small wonder, therefore, that we have already booked for next year. And yes! We do believe we're worth it!

Great Villa with Luxurious Furnishings

I, my husband and six friends stayed in this villa for a week in September. The villa was like visiting a home from home - so much more refreshing than renting a sterile and impersonal villa! It was set in a quiet position yet only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Port Andratx, which is a really pretty resort with lots of bars and restaurants and fabulous sunsets! The villa itself is luxuriously furnished with everything we needed to make our stay really enjoyable. All the equipment was top range and it was an extra bonus to find the owner had left spices and other basics that we could use for cooking. The outside is well laid out with a great dining area that easily accommodated all eight of us and which can be illuminated by candles and lamps, giving it a fabulous romantic atmosphere. There is also a lovely garden at the rear of the property that can used for some quiet time. The pool catches the sun all day and the furniture around it was wonderful to use - again there were enough loungers and space for all eight of us. By the end of the week, none of us wanted to leave! The villa is really beautiful and we would all thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in Mallorca.

This house is set just on the outskirts of the port and so combines the best of both worlds - peace and tranquility, but easy access to all of the port's facilities.Port Andratx is full of nice restaurants, cafes and yet is still an unspoilt part of Mallorca. There are no high rise tower blocks etc. You can watch the world go by and the sunsets are magnificent.

You can easily walk in and out of the port, with all the cafes, restaurants and bars there. No need to worry about driving in and out for dinner. The house is on a very quiet, narrow lane, with the only traffic being residents: making is an easy and safe walk at any time of the day or night.
