Casa Felipe es un moderno chalet, acogedor independiente situado en un pequeño complejo residencial con piscina comunitaria, a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la playa, tiendas y restaurantes. Debido a su posición en el complejo, que ofrece privacidad para tomar el sol en su amplia terraza para tomar el sol. Una barra de desayuno separa la cocina bien equipada de una inusual, circular salón / comedor y un sofá cama permite a la villa para alojar hasta 5 personas.

A stay to repeat

We are two couples who enjoyed Casa Felipe12 days at the end of July. The lodge is well located because it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the shopping area and the beach. The house is well distributed and has everything you need for the four of us to rest, both inside and outside. The description and images allow to get a clear idea. As other guests have commented, it is the last house in a row of four, giving it an extra of privacy. The quiet urbanization has a small pool that we also enjoyed, as the sun shines all day long. We are very satisfied with our stay and, particularly, with the kindness of Sonja, its owner, attending our requirements.

It was a really lovely villa. If felt private as the apartment was out of the way. The pool was a nice size and great to cool down in! The apartment had everything you needed and there was lots of space for the family both inside and outside. The two bathrooms were very handy. The cleaner who came half way through the holiday was lovely. Sonja was a perfect hostess and always kept us informed. She was kind and professional. The area was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach where there was a lovely cove with a shallow part of the sea to play in. The nearby restaurants were fab and the spar was handy. We had a super holiday with our family. We would recommend Rancho Texas, Teguise market and the water parks. We enjoyed the Italian near the spar! We would definitely recommend this apartment and will book here next time we visit.

Ideal lication

Fantastic property

This detached villa was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, two lovely bathrooms. Nice to have our own patio with sun beds, table and chairs and an umbrella. The Villa is the end property so no one walked past it this made it very private, it’s literally a few seconds walk to the pool which is so clean and well looked after, most days there was no one using it. This Villa has a safe and bars on the windows and doors so we felt it was very secure. If you want the windows open they have screens on them helps stop the bugs coming in. The complex is quiet and well looked after and about ten minutes walk to the strip. The owner called to see if everything was ok, lovely to meet Sonja, lovely lady who was always quick to reply to our correspondence. We can see why this property gets lots of bookings and we hope when we return it is available to book again as its one of the best we have stayed in as we have been visiting Lanzarote for many years. We had a happy, comfortable and brilliant holiday.

Wunderschöne Villa in super Lage

Wir waren1 Woche, die Villa ist sehr s hön, ruhig und nur wenige Minuten Fußweg vo. Strand, der Promenade, Einkaufen etc entfernt. Wir hatten für Ausflüge einen Mietwagen, auch der konnte stets vor der Tür geparkt werden. In der kleinen Ferienanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet esren wi meist allein, daher auch keiner außer wir am Pool ( waren aber meist im Meer schwimmen). Die Vermieterin war stets per mail erreichbar, wir haben uns über allgemeine Dinge ausgetauscht. Wir können das Haus mit der Lage absolut empfehlen

Lovely villa in a great location

Stayed for a week with husband and mother-in-law the villa was a perfect size for our party and the location was spot on, short walk to the beach and amenities. Well equipped and Sonja was a fabulous host, on hand for any questions. Definitely recommend

Lovely stay

Communication with Sonja was excellent and straight forward Villa was excellent everything you could need was there for you we travelled as a couple so plenty of space for us but can easily accommodate more Pool was small but also nice and clean and never busy location is around 10 min walk to sea front overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend 😊

An oasis of peace and tranquility

This was exactly as described in the listings. One of the main reasons we picked this, was the private terrace for relaxing in. It was perfect, we only had one person walk past the front of the terrace the whole week we were there, and he was only sweeping up leaves. The quiet pool, a mere 10 second walk away was also great for cooling off Also just a 5 minute walk away from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The property offered everything we required. The communications with Sonja were excellent right from an hour of initially booking it to the last day in the property. Will definitely be booking this property again.

Gorgeous villa in PDC

Casa Felipe is a gorgeous villa and in a great location only 5 minutes from the beach and various bars, restaurants, and shops along the main coastal road! The 2-bedroom villa is in a very private position within the complex and has a great patio area to relax/sunbathe and is only seconds away from the pool. The decoration of the villa is lovely which includes various pieces of artwork (by Sonja the owner); and all amenities that you need are available, and it is immaculate, plus a very comfortable bed which is always a bonus on holiday. The welcome pack is also a bonus and such a lovely surprise on your arrival. Sonja was always so helpful and friendly, and quick to respond to any queries during the booking process and all check-in details were provided well in advance for our arrival, and then available if any queries (at all) during our stay. Thanks again for a fantastic stay at Casa Felipe and we will definitely return, fingers crossed it will be available 😊 Paula and Lee xx

Jolie maison typique

Bonne expérience avec une bonne communication avec notre hôte. Maison avec deux chambres et deux salles de douches/toilettes. Nous avons apprécié la piscine de la résidence , les transats mis à disposition devant la maison dans une petite impasse, la coupole du salon très atypique et la proximite du centre avec bars et restaurants et la plage à 5 mn à pied. Endroit très calme ce qui est un plus. Petit bémol, nous avons souffert énormément de la chaleur malgré les deux ventilateurs mobiles mis à disposition. Maison exposée au soleil toute la journée; nous avons eu des températures fin juillet très chaudes(pour nous). C'était suffoquant y compris la nuit par moment. Merci Sonja de votre disponibilité face à nos demandes.

I have lived on Lanzarote since 1986 and love my life here. My passion, amongst other things is swimming, something I took up in later life and as part of a larger group, I swim three times a week in the sea. We swim off Playa Grande, a large expanse of beach which is safe and about 1 km from end to end, in the middle of Puerto del Carmen.

I also love to draw!

The climate in Lanzarote is pretty near perfect and wonderful for all kinds of sporting activities and I have always been involved helping out with Triathlons in one form or another, either as part of the organisation or doing the artwork for posters etc.

I have always lived in Puerto del Carmen. We have the best weather and it's pretty central for the whole island. There is lots to do and the resort has developed around the old fishing harbour and so still has a heart, a centre!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I only live 5 minutes from the villa and so am always on hand if my clients need anything or there is a problem. I love to meet my guests to answer any questions and to put them at ease.
