Located in a dominant position, overloooking the well-kmown Polignano a Mare and its wonderful sea, this charming villa is immersed in a Mediterranean style garden and boasts a scenic pool. Tastefully renovated, consists of one trullo and 2 annexes, 2 double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with shower, large kitchen and living room overlooking the veranda. Sleeping places 4, TV, internet access, stereo, CD. Wood pergola with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofa.
In the garden area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Outside there’s a shower to serve the swimming pool with solarium and sun beds. On the back of the house laundry room with shower. In the pool there are hydromassage jets to have the best kind of relax!
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is €100.00.

Charming spot - spotless and fresh

We spent a week at this lovely spot with 3 friends looking for a quiet rat after a cycling holiday. The villa is cozy and comfortable - well equipped - very well maintained - and perfectly clean. We liked that it was out of town and quiet - perfect for what we were looking for!

Lovingly remodeled with an acute eye for details. Excellent service and assistance. Patricia and Antonella helped to find a ver gor our dog and the neighbour Elena went out of her way to retrieve a package from Amazon thst has been misplaced by Poste Italiana. Francesco organised a beautiful bost excursion for us. We can only recommend this gem to everyone.

Perfectly suitable for our needs

We are a family of 3 being husband, wife and teenage daughter and Casa Fusella suited our needs perfectly for this leg of our trip. We were very keen to explore Puglia and the proximity to Polignano a Mare and its amenities were ideal.

Villa with character in a quiet area with lovely sea views

This villa is in a lovely location. It’s peaceful although still within five minutes drive of Polignano a Mare. Although compact, the villa is well designed with everything you could need. The letting agents were very helpful and promptly answered any queries we had before arriving .

Relaxing holiday home, far away from home

We decided for fuselage with couple of my friends from Prague. House is conveniently located close to Polignano overlooking sea. Equipped top notch and wifi is covering also outside area .... Pool is lovely and I enjoyed as well outside kitchen and barbecue where we prepared lunch for 8 persons without problem. For a family with friends or just large family the house is cozy and small but offers all the privacy you need. I am regular customer with TD and must say that service and hospitality of this agency stands out. Thank you

Perfect family retreat

We loved the villa, slightly out of town but great for a noisy teenage family of 4. We needed the 3 rooms to separate the kids but it would be too tight for 6 people. Nice pool - funny shape but a good length. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor living - the bed, eating and kitchen with out door speakers for music - great for teenagers. Polignano is a really nice small town there is plenty to explore locally but not much info at the villa. The tourist information is OK in town and the museum/art gallery is FAB. The property managers are a little bureaucratic - lots of paper to scan and send + chasing us with texts to get out when we were just 10 minutes late. They need to be a little more chilled. Beware - the add on costs are a bit expensive - costs for linen and cleaning are high and asked for in cash on arrival. + there is a nasty +3% for using a credit card. I thought that was unacceptable - we felt you had to pay by card to get any buyer protection as there was no ABTA/ATOL type protection.

Dear Guests we are glad you liked the villa. Actually, the villa is ideal for 4 people and it gets smaller opening the sofa bed. We are sorry if you thought we are too bureaucratic but it is our rental policy. We prefer to ask people pay linen and cleaning separately, upon arrival, to avoid additional costs in case of cancellation. Concerning the 3% commissions, unfortunately we are charged that by our bank; this is the reason why to give the opportunity to pay by bank transfer where we don't charge anything and we state that in the terms and conditions sent at the moment of the booking confirmation. A perfect little villa for total relaxation

We spent two weeks at Casa Fusella, two adults and two children. The villa was true to its description with impressive outdoor space and stunning sea view. The area was quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect get away but close enough for a quick drive into Polignano a mare. The staff were very helpful and always available to respond to our requests. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Fusella and would recommend it.

Gorgeous trulli and lication

Gorgeous trulli with stunning grounds and attention to detail. Not that large (we would say 4 people max) would be wonderfully romantic honeymoon hideaway. Pool and outside living areas gorgeous and easy but quiet location to use as base to explore area.

Brilliant Holiday

We had a brilliant holiday at Casa Fusella. The pictures are very accurate and the property felt bigger than anticipated. We enjoy cooking and the internal & external kitchen was fantastic.... I would say the best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Emanuela & Claudia were very helpful in recommending restaurants, booking taxi's etc. I would definitely recommend this property

We had a wonderful week at Casa Fusella!

The Trullo was everything we had expected, situated up in the hills, overlooking the sea, it was a lovely setting. On the sunny days, we lay by the pool and went down to the sandy beach near Monopoli, on the rainy days we enjoyed visiting the nearby villages and cooking meals in the lovely little kitchen which was well equipped. Emanuela was really helpful and gave us lots of advice on what to do in and around Puglia. We got a taxi into Polignano a Mare most evenings, a lovely buzzy little seafront town nearby. We would really recommend this place!

Ein einziger Traum

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (10/12) bereits das zweite Mal in der Casa Fusella. Innen ist sie schnuckelig und außen ein wahrhafter Traum. Alle Details sind mit Liebe gewählt und dekoriert. Das zusätzliche neue Außenbadezimmer und die ebenso neue Außenküche machen das Urlaubserlebnis perfekt. Wo sonst kann man vom Frühstückstisch aus direkt in das Becken tauchen? For sure: see you next year!
