Cottage con Encanto en el distrito histórico de Beaufort

Esta encantadora cabaña de ladrillos se encuentra entre hermosos robles y se encuentra junto a un parque con el bosque de robles más bonito de Beaufort. Este entorno pacífico y tranquilo tiene 1400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable y un gran patio. Recientemente renovada, esta casa cuenta con pisos de madera, baños con azulejos, dos televisores de pantalla plana y está bellamente decorada con ventiladores de techo en cada habitación.

La cocina está equipada con vajilla, cubiertos y pequeños electrodomésticos, como cafetera, microondas, tostadora, licuadora y batidora. Estufa, lavaplatos y refrigerador son nuevos.

La casa es de dos pisos, con una habitación individual abajo (cama doble) y las otras dos habitaciones arriba (reina en el dormitorio principal y dos gemelos en el otro). Hay una pequeña habitación fuera de la habitación doble que se puede usar para una cuna o una cuna (las cuales se pueden proporcionar a pedido). Además, hay otros dos sofás que se pueden usar para dormir.

La casa se encuentra a poca distancia de la ciudad, a 10-15 minutos de Parris Island (8 millas) y 20-25 minutos de Hunting Island State Park y la playa. Un lanzamiento público del barco está a media milla de la casa. Practica cangrejos, pesca o contempla la hermosa puesta de sol sobre el interior de la costa.

Este es un alquiler para no fumadores, no mascotas. Fumar en casa (porche lateral de vidrio incluido) y / o traer mascotas resulta en la terminación inmediata del alquiler. El garaje no está incluido en el alquiler.

The house and location were stunning. Within walking distance to all of Beaufort’s charming downtown. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the house to anyone! I had to message the host and she responded immediately, great communication.

We loved this historic house, primarily for its location (about 5-10 minutes from anything you'd want to see in Beaufort). A nice park that is literally next door was a bonus, as were the hardwood floors, ample parking and safe neighborhood. Would definitely return.

Perfect Wedding Getaway

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end and Laura was fantastic to communicate with! We stayed here for a few nights leading up to and following our wedding and it could not have been more perfect. My husband and I even got ready and shared some private vows here and it was perfectly intimate and beautiful. The home and grounds made for lovely photos. It was just the two of us and parents (wouldn’t recommend doing for larger parties for space and for courtesy to the host as their home is nearby). Would recommend for any getaway to BFT.

Great Family House

We loved this property. It was just as described. We went to Beaufort for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had plenty of room for my husband, my twin college-age sons, and me. The house was immaculate. Thank you for having coffee and filters in the cabinet! We will definitely be back!

Quirky older home (millstone front stoop) in quiet neighborhood for great morning strolls under the trees. Easy walk to downtown dining. Comfy 2nd-floor bed tucked under the “eaves”. Thoughtfully stocked with plentiful towels, night lights & hangers. Laura offers great advice on activities (book sale for the local library!). Try Spartina Charters for family-friendly educational boat tours of Bluffton saltmarsh.

The charming cottage

Where to begin! Beaufort you are fantastic!

While looking for new place to visit, we settled on Beaufort SC, next thing, where to stay. Not the hotel type, we like a home setting. This place jumped off the page while searching and I looked at the listing for a few weeks, messaged the owner and my questions where answered, from there we booked the trip. This place is AMAZING, the owners are as well. Spotless and inviting, great quiet neighborhood. Close to every amenity the area has to offer, maybe I should say less to keep the secret longer, but this is a great place if you enjoy long walks under the ancient Oaks covered in Spanish Moss and ferns. Old historic buildings and culture. An untarnished public state-owned beach. Great foods. I could go on and on. But the home is better than I expected and a very nice surprise.

Lovely Cottage

The cottage was so pretty and right beside a beautiful park. Perfect for our family. We had a karate tournament for my son on Saturday and we decided to make a long weekend of it. The cottage had everything we needed and more. It had a nice area outside to sit and/or eat as well. We will definitely be back!

MCRD Parris Island Family Day & Graduation

This was perfect for our trip to see my nephew graduate! There was room for everyone - 4 adults & 2 children. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The property is beautiful and being next door to a park was a bonus! We spent our days at Parris Island then came back to house for dinner. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare family dinners. The house was very clean, with plenty of extra towels and bedding. The location was amazing - just a minutes drive to downtown Beaufort and ~20 minutes to Parris Island. We felt like we were staying at a family members home - we felt so welcome! The little things like the outside lights and heat being on for us! I would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.
