Ubicado en el corazón de Tavira! Un espacioso, planta baja, apartamento de 2 dormitorios con aire acondicionado en salón, dormitorios y cocina. Sala de estar incluye TV vía satélite, reproductor de DVD y chimenea de gas con una cocina bien equipada y 2 baños (baño principal y principal). El apartamento tiene ascensor para acceder a la terraza, estacionamiento subterráneo y otras dos plantas. El apartamento tiene un gran patio con vistas a hermosos jardines. El patio tiene muebles de exterior que incluyen una mesa grande con 5 sillas y 2 tumbonas. Tiene una maravillosa terraza grande en la azotea (30 metros cuadrados) con espectaculares vistas sobre el casco antiguo de Tavira y el mar. Se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad de Tavira (exactamente 8 minutos), cerca de todos los servicios, incluidos bares, supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, bancos, estaciones de tren y autobuses. En una buena ubicación para acceder a un increíble tramo de 4 millas de playas con arenas doradas. Desde el aeropuerto de Faro se tardan entre 20 y 30 minutos en llegar al apartamento por la A22.

This lovely apartment was delightful. The furniture was very comfortable and in good condition. Plenty of parking and the neighborhood was quiet. Very close to a grocery store and walking distance to downtown. Kitchen appliances were in good condition & easy to use. There were good seasonings to use for cooking. The large patio was wonderful for eating dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay. Communications were excellent. The apartment was perfect for us with a well equipped kitchen and a large patio area. The shops were within walking distance as was the train and bus stations. Tavira is a beautiful place and we would happily stay in this apartment again but for a longer period next time. Thank you

The apartment is clean, modern, and fully equipped. The kitchen is very practical, with a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. The terrace is also a great bonus — perfect for dinners or sunbathing.The only downside is the walking distance to the town center and the ferry to Tavira Island — it’s a solid 15-minute walk, and some streets can feel unsafe due to the lack of sidewalks.

We found the apartment well furnished and very well equipped with kitchens utensils. Nicely decorated and excellent bathrooms addled to the comfort of our stay. The terrace had full sun from morning through to 5.30pm during our mid May early June stay. An added bonus would have been access to the roof terrace to enjoy the evening sun.

Everything you need

Comfortable apartment with good WiFi, new kitchen appliances and lovely terrace. Easy walk into the city, Jorge and Lias restaurant is literally 2 mins walk, definitely worth a visit.

Back in our neighborhood

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Weare very familiar with the area since we have stayed inthe complex before. The location was great, easy walk to town. The area is quiet, yet close to town. We had anissue with the heating, however, Chris was great in resolving that very quickly.

Quiet, pleasant flat in a convenient location

The flat is pleasant in a safe, quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the town centre , train station and bus station. Tavira is a lovely old town with many restaurants, good communications and history. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

3 Weeks in Tavira

We absolutely loved this place! We walked the whole city from here. The property was clean and the property manager was incredibly responsive. The large courtyard was blissful in the morning and evening and a 2 min walk to the Secret Restaurant put things over the top. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here!! Adeus, Don and Joani

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is beautifully presented and really well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great: 5 mins walk to the train station, same for Lidl, and 5 mins to the centre. A charming place.

Stay at Tavira

We thought everything was as stated on the website. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The walk into Tavira was easy and took less than ten minutes. However, although the apartment was ground floor, there was nine steps to climb once through the main apartment door to the building. This is something people should be aware of if they are disabled.
