Esta magnífica unidad ha sido completamente reformado. concepto de cocina abierta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. comedor tiene una gran mesa adicional donde toda la familia puede sentarse y disfrutar de una comida juntos. La sala tiene un sofá cama con una gran pantalla de televisión y acceso a la terraza que tiene una vista increíble del patio y el Golfo de México. Las dos habitaciones tienen camas tamaño queen, TV de pantalla plana y de reproductores de DVD. El baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha con un lavabo / zona de tocador extra. La unidad está ubicada centralmente dentro del complejo de todas las comodidades que el Matador tiene que ofrecer.

Very nice, decorated beautiful, kitchen was very nice.

Kept up very nice, had problems with elevator, kitchen was nice, we needed paper towels and coffee filters. Shower floor needed bleach. But overall a wonderful place to stay.

Nice place

Great location and grounds were well manicured. Beach is beautiful. Condo was not as clean as it should have been. Carpet, floor and baseboards very dirty, dishwasher was in pieces but fixed wnen we reported it. Gasket hanging loose on refrigerator. We still enjoyed our stay.

I loved the condo, very clean and nicely decorated. The only fault I had staying at this condo is the drains were very slow to drain the water in the shower and sinks.

Weekend getaway

Perfect location! Being at the end of the strip was wonderful. Away from the crowds and beautiful water. The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. View of the ocean from the balcony was pretty. It was a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Quiet section of the beach. Not too many people. Lots of great places to eat. Close to Destin too. Property is well kept. This unit is close to the washer and dryer And. It far from the trash drop.

Please provide ALL check out info. up front

Some checkout details were placed on check in docs. Additional check out details were emailed to me the night before checkout. I didn't see email to after I left the property. Additional checkout tasks in the email suggested a possible fee for not leaving beds unmade,starting the dishwasher or placing bath linens in the shower. Otherwise, nice property.

We will be back!!

Start off by say we had an amazing stay at El Matador. Best beach on the gulf I’ve visited, by far. Our condo was recently remolded and very up to date. We had an A/C problem but they sent maintenance over immediately. The price was right and the stay was better. Only downfall was our condo only had one shower.

Quite a walk to the beach and built in pool. Only 3 barbecue pits for the complex

Overall a good experience aside from the few inconveniences

It's what you can't see...

I am hoping by now the owner has replaced the mattress and had a thorough cleaning of the unit. We arrived to a unit that looked wonderful in the pictures but once we got to the bedrooms it was disturbing and disgusting. Mattresses were stained sooo bad, no mattress covers like I was told by management on the phone when I booked- they were mattress pads... This was both beds! I found bed bug traps under the bed which later they said were precautionary, which I'm not willing to believe at most it was precautionary from because of a previous infestation due to the fact that there was a missing outlet cover (indicating treatment) and liquid drips all over the painted walls in the room and bathroom which I didn't think about until later. The sheets and bedspread which are white looked like they needed to be shaken out from all the different specks of dirt, lint or whatever was on it. But back to the mattresses, they had tons of different stains, probably pee and God knows what else. Management wasn't available to rectify the problem because no one was in on Sunday. I contacted the owner and she went and checked the unit but both owner and management refused a refund because they said it wasn't "bad enough" to give a refund and I needed to dispute with credit card company even after the girl in office said she agreed the mattresses needed to be replaced and were gross. After we inspected this it left us no choice but to leave the unit after a 13 hour drive and go rent a $500 a night room elsewhere and ruined our planned 5 day trip and dropped it down to 2 nights. The owner said I was dramatic and the security we turned key into said he had never seen anything like it and we were distraught from the moment we arrived. Which is odd because we pulled up and asked where to get the key since they were closed and he helped us get it we took a short drive before looking at the unit and my husband was alone and very calm when he turned in the key and we had no contact with anyone else in that 20 minutes of being there, it was a rude comment and had no credibility to it at all. Worst vacation experience ever.
