Este apartamento se encuentra en el primer piso en una calle sin coches cerca del famoso barrio judío Barrio Santa Cruz, y la alfalfa (unos 5 minutos a pie). También está cerca de restaurantes, bares de tapas, supermercados, tiendas locales. bancos y autobuses. Hay dos pequeños balcones. Garaje público a unos 7 minutos a pie. Tiene un dormitorio con una cama doble (150 cm) y sala de estar con sofá-cama (130 cm), y una mesa de comedor para cuatro personas. La cocina está totalmente equipada y hay un baño con ducha.
Tenga en cuenta que recibo un DEPÓSITO DE 100 DAÑOS en efectivo a su llegada que se devolverá después de su estancia si el apartamento se deja en buenas condiciones y no se rompe nada.

Lovely apartment, great locatcation

Lovely clean apartment. Ideal for the two of us for a 4 night stay. Great location with shops bars and restaurants all in couple minutes walk. All main attractions within walking distance as well. Maria was an excellent friendly host. Who very kindly allowed us to leave our bags in apartment while waiting on evening flight.Highly recommend and would stay again if returning to Sevilla.

In Seville

My daughter and I enjoyed the location and being in walking distance to the historic core of Seville. We had fun riding the bus to learn the layout of different sectors. Tip: C indicates circular routes. Our host was attentive and kept in touch throughout the stay.

Great location for exploring Seville

Communication from Maria was excellent throughout and there was a warm welcome on arrival from Vicente. The location was excellent for exploring on foot - all major sights within a 20-30 minute walk, easy to find supermarkets and get to the train station. The apartment is well equipped and the air conditioning was much appreciated! Overall, good value and a comfortable stay.

A perfect apartment in a licely and convenient spot

We were warmly welcomed by Maria's husband and during our stay she rang to check all was going well. The apartment is convenient for Santa Justa station and near the major sites. It was comfortable and cool during the heat of the day, and very well equipped. There were many bars and restaurants nearby providing a lively atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic apartment in Seville

This is a super apartment, ideal for a couple visiting Seville. The apartment has everything you need to make a perfect base for a visit to this lovely city, and Maria the host is super helpful. The apartment is ideally located in easy walking distance from the train station or about a 20euro cab ride from the airport. It is in a perfect spot on the edge of the picturesque narrow streets of the Santa Cruz area. It has several convenient local cafes and a few bars too. Its also easy walking distance to most of the big tourist attractions and 10 mins walk to the Alcazar.Recommended!

Old Town Stay in Seville

The apartment was located within walking distance to many of the main attractions, as well as restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The kitchen was well-equipped, but could have used a more thorough cleaning. The bed was comfortable, however noise from the restaurant at the corner of the street was somewhat loud in the evening. The host was very responsive, and we appreciated her waiting an extra 1 1/2 hours for us to arrive when we were late.

Perfect location and nice apartment

All very good, nothing to complain, communication with the owner was fluent, nice flat only 15 min walk from the highlights in historic centre of Sevilla (Cathedral and Alcazar), many tapas bar and restaurants near, only 20 min walk to central train Station Santa Justa, taking the bus from a bus stop which is very near it is only few minutes. Same for connection to Airport. We were happy that we find it and would come back, many thanks!!

Ideal Location

We stayed for just over a month in January / February. This was a great little flat for visiting Seville being within easy walking distance of all the main areas for sightseeing with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets etc. The bed / sofabed were very comfortable with the kitchen being fairly well equipped for our stay. Maria was very attentive and looked to ensure she was available. There was some external noise, although fortunately we are slightly deaf. I would recommend this as a place to stay in Seville.

Very nice trip

The Trip was very nice. You can quickly reach your destination on foot. The Appartement was clean and Perfect for 2 people. Is highly recommended. We are there at the beginning of january and found that the floor in the appartment was very cold. Unfortunately we didn‘t have any slippers with us. Please don‘t forget these

We will stay here again on our next trip to Seville

The apartment was very clean. The property manager was helpful. She kept up the communication. She fixed a small problem in the apartment. One thing is that the apartment was very cold in the winter since there is no central heating like I'm used to in the US. But she provided 2 heaters and it kept the apartment warm.

Great host, but not the greatest experience…

Maria communicates very well with her renters and her apartment is rather conveniently located but the area isa bit noisy and the apartment has zero natural light. It was not the cleanliness place either…cowebs in a wall corner, a really rusted pair of scissors we left on the fridge fairly worn out towels…the price is hod bough…

Ideal location for an enjoyable stay

Although, plainly furnished, the apartment was clean and functional. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but it was well-equipped had we chosen to. Very comfortable bed and air-conditioning meant we slept well despite the high temperatures during our stay. The location was ideal for us, a fifteen minute walk into the Cathedral square and pretty central for most other areas of the city. The cafe, just a minutes walk away, became our breakfasting spot and the staff, who quickly got to know us, were very friendly. And, finally, our host, Maria, was on hand when we arrived and kept in occasional touch by text to ensure we were enjoying our stay. In conclusion, an ideal location for us to enjoy the wonderful city that is Seville!

Great place.

Nice apartment, well situated, and comfortable. We did not have great weather to start, so we found the apartment a little cool. However they have provided multiple heaters so we were comfortable if we needed. We loved the place, but like many cities in Europe even though we were not in the middle of the city it can be noisy. This is nothing negative on the apartment, but 1st timers need to be aware of Europe and staying in an apartment instead of a hotel can be noisy from the outside. Well stocked kitchen, a couple of nice small balconies to enjoy the outside with a coffee. Marie was super nice offered to let us leave our suitcases in the apartment till it was ready. She even provided coffee and tea. Nothing is perfect, so if you want long showers the Hot water runs out so only shorter ones. It's an older apartment and personally I think the shower needs an upgrade. However we travel alot in Europe and it had everything for our need so no issues for us, loved our stay and host.

The property is older but in good condition. This puts it in closer proximity to the main sights to see, which were within 20 minutes walk depending where you wanted to go. Also very fast internet service. The 2 biggest items: I asked about parking, and was told it was nearby, but never given instructions. I had to park approximately 8 city blocks away and pull my luggage- there was not a place to even stop and unload my car. None of this information was given. Also, it is on the second floor- no elevator. For planning purposes, it would have been nice to have this information ahead of time. Otherwise very nice property.

Muy positiva

El apartamento está muy bien situado cerca de todo,está limpio y cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, también tiene una cama grande muy cómoda y un sofá cama grande y cómodo en el que se duerme muy a gusto.La propietaria María se puso puso en contacto en todo momento p con nosotras para facilitarnos la llegada.
