Hay tantos lugares para explorar y cosas que hacer, tanto dentro como alrededor de la ciudad; puede adaptar fácilmente sus vacaciones para garantizar que disfrute al máximo. Sainte Maxime cuenta con una magnífica vida nocturna que incluye un casino, discoteca y cine, así como muchos fabulosos bares y restaurantes ubicados en las calles empedradas de la ciudad. Alternativamente, ¿podría tomar el taxi marítimo hasta St Tropez para esa cena romántica? Truly a perfect apartment with lots of facilities and perfectly located

The holiday residence is very neat, spacious and it has all the facilities you can imagine. We were suprised by the space inside and outside! Perfectly located close to the beach and the city centre of Ste-Maxime but just outside the busy touristic area.

Un très joli et confortable appartement entouré de 2 grandes terrasses situé à 5mn à pied de la plage. Une fois la voiture au garage, tout se fait à pied ! Excellent séjour !

Super séjour à Sainte Maxime

Séjour très agréable ! L'emplacement est parfait en plein centre de Sainte Maxime, de sa plage et des commerces. Nous avons fortement apprécié le confort de l'appartement. Garage très pratique assez rare en centre ville. Un acceuil chaleureux! Au top! Encore merci!

Superbes vacances dans le centre de Sainte Maxime à côté de la plage

Très jolie appartement dernière étage grande terrasse .A 5minute de la plage garage possibilité de laisser la voiture pendant toute les vacances, la visite de la région peut se faire en bateau ou en bus tout les commerces sont à proximité

Tolles Penthouse!

Die Wohnung und Lage ist toll, inkl. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Auch Betreuung vor Ort ist prima. Aber: Die angegeben Adresse stimmt nicht! Statt Hausnummer 1 ist es die 34. Im Vorfeld keine Kommunikation. Man fährt hin und wartet vor dem falschen Haus! Erst Telefonate vor Ort klären das Problem. An der falschen Adresse zudem kaum eine Parkmöglichkeit. Nachdem die richtige Adresse übermittelt war lief alles super. Ein wirklich vermeidbarrobm

Le logement est superbe ! La terrasse permet d'avoir une vue sur la mer et sur les montagnes ! Tout y est mis pour passez un agréable séjour, à 200m de la plage/restau/bar... tout est réunis pour passez un agréable séjour.

Comfortable apartment stroll to Beach

Sainte Maxime is great beach holiday in a more relaxed atmosphere than some of its busier neighbours. We booked the apartment for 4 nights mid summer. Not really knowing what to expect from the photos online, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very comfortable. Excellent well stocked kitchen for breakfast and cooking, Washing machine, comfortable beds, lots of fans and aircon. It was well stocked with beach gear like umbrellas, mats, chairs and toys for the kids. Free Wifi. Also a good selection of games, books and guidebooks. Two great balconies, although they get a LOT of sun so too hot during summer days to sit outside other than early morning or evening. Joan was very helpful and showed us around the apartment and to the carpark, which is a bit tricky to navigate first time as well as recommended some beaches and local restaurants. The city beach was a short stroll and okay. Alternative beach option is 3km outside of the city towards Nartelle and Elephant beaches where the water is crystal clear. Overall we could have stayed a couple of days longer!

Parfait

L'appartement est parfait, bien confortable, grand et propre. Avec deux terrasse et un parking. La propriétaire est très sympa et nous pouvons communiquer facilement. Nous avons passé de super vaacnces et recommandons cet appartement.

Séjours à la mer

Emplacement fantastique au centre de sainte Maxime et à 50 m de la plage et calme. Très agréable dans l ensemble. Les moins : Garage peu pratique surtout pour les voitures imposantes et loin de l appartement pour charger et décharger les bagages. Manque cruel d une toile de tente sur la terrasse.

Smart modern apartment .

The apartment is well equipped and in a great position to get the most out of the town,minutes from beach, shops and restaurants. The balconies are vast and are great for outdoor living. Joan was very helpful during our stay.

Peaceful Holiday

Just spent a lovely week in this apartment and couldn't rate it more highly. As we went at a quieter time of the year the additional touches such as the Nintendo wii came in particularly useful as well as the many DVDs on offer. Additionally, we spent a lot of out time attempting to cook the local cuisine (not greatly I must admit) and the cooking equipment on offer was very useful. The main highlight of staying in this apartment though was the views from both balconies. Waking up to see the sea from your balcony is definitely something we will be missing back home. My second time staying here, once with the family and once with the boyfriend so I would recommend to all types of holiday-seekers!

A delightful stay

A nice comfortable apartment clean & well maintained. I liked it as it is only a short walk from the beach & numerous bars & restaurants. The descriptions are accurate & the owners have provided plenty of info on the resort. With a good supermarket across the road the apartment is ideal for self catering as it is very well equipped for this purpose. St Maxime is a delightful resort & I would certainly recommend a stay there in this apartment

My wonder visit

I really enjoyed the wonderful city of St Maxime. The apartment had all the homely comforts you would want and I enjoyed the English TV which is a rare thing on holiday. The location is just right and there is lots of useful information in the apartment to help your way around. There is internet service which I found extremely useful. Can't wait to go back. Louis

Great Apartment!!!

19 – 26th Oct 2014 From the moment we arrived at Nice airport, everything was relaxed, from collecting our hire car to the journey(1 hour) to Sainte- Maxime and continued with the meet & greet with Joan who helped with our arrival. Joan was very informative and also took time to assist us in parking the car in the garage, to showing us to the apartment & explaining where everything was. This apartment is certainly special, a place to unwind and feel relaxed! The two roof top terraces are lovely, the smaller terrace accessed from the main bedroom, is a must for catching the morning sun whilst taking breakfast. The larger terrace is huge, and is great for relaxing on the loungers and dining Al fresco. It was everything as described & more, with beautiful decor, very well equipped kitchen , and a comfortable homely feel to the place. Lots to do for couples and families, nice beach, great restaurants, with a very laid back feel to the location. Very central, within 5 mins walk to the beach & restaurants. St. Tropez by ferry is a must, just check the return times for the last ferry back. All in all it was a fantastic place, which we would recommend highly - the only downside was leaving the apartment and flying home!! We will be back!!

RONSEAL

The two bed apartment in Sainte Maxime is everything you would want and more. What we love about this getaway is that everything works and it is so easy. The fixtures are great quality, sky tv in three room (for those that like a bit of home away from home) and it all just works seamlessly. For us, one of the best aspects of this apartment, is that it is so bright and sunny. You come out of the lift to your penthouse, open the door and immediately you smile as the sun beams through the windows - even if it's a bit overcast. The location is central. Once we parked our car in the basement it stayed there for the week, except when we popped over to see some friends in Le Lavendou. You can walk everywhere. I am a keen cyclist and there are seaside rides and hill climbs galore or you can just walk to the beach in 2 minutes for some relaxing time. In short, it is October, we are having a great summer holiday and the apartment has added to the quality of our time away.

A fabulous apartment

This is our third time staying at Casa Del Mar and as always, we were highly delighted with everything about our stay and will be booking to book again next year. It's in a fantastic location right in the centre of Saint Maxime and a spitting distance away from the beach. The town as a whole is also very beautiful, full of lots of great bars and restaurants so is perfect for families and couples too. We stayed in July so the weather was fantastic as expected (30+ degrees each day). We love using the terraces at night after a long day down at the beach! :-) Thanks for everything and we can't wait for our next trip! P.s. We will continue recommending your apartment to our friends! :-)

First Rate

Beautiful well equipped apartment in a great central location close to the beach, Supermarket and Restaurants/Bars. Casablanca Del Mar has everything you need for a great, relaxing holiday. We've visited several times using our own and public transport, both of which are convenient with regular buses from Nice Airport to Frejus and onwards. St Tropez is a short distance away and can be reached easily by bus or boat. The more adventurous could probably walk it. We would recommend Port Grimaud which is lovely.

Excellent apartment

We had an excellent two weeks at the apartment with our two adult offspring. It is in a prime location for the beach, marina and restaurants. You will not need a car. Thr apartment is clean and well appointed. The terraces are spacious with views of the sea and surrounding hills. Joan was very helpful especially on arrival as she showed us how to use the underground car park. Highly recommended.

Absolutely top class

This was the third time we have taken a holiday here in four years. Why do we keep coming back? Because it has EVERYTHING we want. A stunning fourth floor apartment with TWO BALCONIES so you are sun drenched all day long. The facilities are terrific - I love the kitchen and the facilities - all top of the range there! The beach is just over four minutes away, the supermarket two minutes. And as the apartment is just off the town square it is so close to anything else. Sainte Maxime is beautiful. Clean sandy beach, lots of free open air entertainment, the shuttle boat across to Saint Tropez is a must and so frequent. If you want a relaxing holiday go for it. There is a car park underground for your car (or hire car) so all very secure. We feel the need for nowhere else as when we go away we want sun...and you get that there in abundance. And I need to mention the support. The owner is always on hand prior to going for any questions. Email him and he replies very quickly. And there is currently a lovely lady in Saint Maxime who looks after the general running and she is a star. Nothing it too much trouble and she's just a phone call or text away. I'll forever be grateful for finding this property to begin. I simply cannot praise it enough.......

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We visited Ste Maxime in 2007, by chance, and instantly fell in love with it. The town offers so much all year round, with its bars and restaurants within a two minute walk of the apartment, it was exactly what we'd been looking for. You can sense the real "Family" feel of the town as you wonder through its cobbled streets and along the quayside.

We have tried to furnish the apartment to create a "Home from Home" for our guests, hopefully showing we have an eye for detail? Built in 2008, 2009 was our first year in renting the property. With many positive testimonials already received, we can safely say that your stay will be a really pleasant experience.
