Bienvenido a nuestro hogar lejos del hogar. Venga a disfrutar de nuestra casa de pueblo bien equipado. Estamos ubicados en el extremo este de Sanibel, a minutos de la calzada y a un corto paseo de la playa. Nuestra unidad de esquina con vista al canal con nuestro muelle privado y vista a la piscina climatizada. Hay fácil acceso a la bahía y al Golfo de México en barco. Mantenga su automóvil en el garaje de la planta baja, alejado del sol y la lluvia. Dos bicicletas para adultos y dos kayaks disponibles para su uso de forma gratuita. Equipo de playa también disponible almacenado en nuestro garaje para su uso.

Nuestra hermosa casa de ciudad tiene encimeras de granito y gabinetes y electrodomésticos renovados. Hay un montón de espacio para todos sus alimentos en nuestros gabinetes. Un asistente de pesas lo ayudará a llevar comestibles o maletas del garaje a la sala de estar del primer piso. Entra en nuestras cómodas áreas de comedor y sala de estar. Disfrute de la televisión de pantalla plana en la sala de estar con reproductor Blue Ray y películas disponibles para su uso.

Relájese en uno de nuestros cuatro lanais seleccionados. También hay una sala de estar abierta afuera en el nivel del suelo. Pescado de nuestro muelle privado utilizando nuestros suministros de pesca. Todo lo que necesita es el cebo que se puede obtener en una de las muchas tiendas de pesca en Sanibel.

Arriba está el dormitorio principal con baño adjunto y dormitorio de invitados. Tener dormitorios en el piso superior le da una tranquilidad adicional a aquellos a quienes les gusta dormir o que los niños no se les moleste mientras tratan de dormir. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana. Hay un gran espacio de almacenamiento para la ropa en todos los vestidores.

Lovely Sanibel Vacation

Dave and Sue's condo is spacious with tasteful decor and all the extras needed for an enjoyable vacation. We appreciated the use of bikes, kayaks, beach supplies and the games/movies available for the rainy days. Dave and Sue are easy to work with and responsive to questions/concerns. A Piece of Heaven

This condo has it all! Wonderful location and conveniently close to the beach while having a canal at its back door. It features all the comforts of home, and during our stay we found everything we needed to be provided. It was quiet and relaxing. The owners were a delight to talk to and made access to the property very easy. We highly recommend this property and would love to go back there again.

Our stay at Musselman's condo was absolutely fabulous.! There was nothing we needed. It was the most completely furnished and equipped vacation rental that we have rented. It is a beautiful place and located perfectly on a canal for fishing and docking a boat and within a short walking distance from the beach. We had a chance to meet David and found him to be a most delightful person. Thank you, David, for a most restful vacation.

Close to beach with access. All things needed for enjoying Sanibel was there. Bikes, shelling tools, fishing equipment and great condo. Would do it again tomorrow!

We have been coming to Sanibel for 16 years now and this condo was gorgeous and comfortable.

So for starters it would've been my all time favorite but i was blessed one trip and was ocean front. However, this condo was furnished nicer and had sooooo many extras that i truly didnt want for anything!!!!! WAIT!!!! I made a mistake......i wanted to stay forever and just move in for good. I had everything i needed and more and what better way to greet the day then go to Lighthouse Beach for sunrise and early morning shelling and return to our Sanibel dream condo to a breakfast on the canal overlooking the canal. This entire condo was very cozy and all the extras were thought of and you could see that the owners loved it too and that it was full of memories for them and not only a business investment. Dave was so efficient and kind whenever we needed him. Thanks so much for offering your Sanibel dream home and look forward to staying there for many vacations in the years to come, Mark and Maureen

Month long vacation was just perfect. The condo was equipped with just about everything; I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, numerous towels and shelling paraphernalia. It was great to have the use of bikes and kayaks during our stay. A dolphin was often seen in the canal behind the condo and a short walk to the gulf for morning viewing of the sunrise was very convenient. The sunrise is definitely worth experiencing! Excellent shelling was a bonus, especially after the storm and during the full moon low tide. Thank you Dave and Sue for the use of your very comfortable condo!

Great location and very nice condo!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The condo was very nice and accommodating and in a great location on the island. As first timers to Sanibel we of course fell in love with the island immediately. If you want to get away from the hustle of the city and spend a few weeks on a beautiful island then this is the place. The condo has everything you need to have a great vacation and shell your heart out. The shelling level is insane! Thanks again for offering us your condo. We will definetly be back next year.

Everything and more!

I've practically grown up on this island (since 1973) and if I could afford to live there full time I would. Since this won't happen anytime soon my family tries to escape to our favorite place at least 2-3 weeks a year. In years past it was always the Moorings or Loggerhead Cay but this year we found a true gem. Literally can't say enough about this condo and it's owners. Feeling like this was home was an understatement & we literally did not need to bring a thing when it came to comforts (we will remember this next time). Bikes, tennis rackets, beach chairs, umbrella & buggy, life jackets & 2 kayaks for the back bay! So much to take in. Great updates and very clean & comfortable quarters. We already miss it and will be rebooking soon. The owners are very attentive and quick to respond to everything. 5 stars all the way. BP Crown Point, Indiana

Another amazing stay!

We just returned from 11 days in Seawind 105. This was our second stay here. It is just the right size for us and had everything we could possibly need. The location to the beach and other local places we liked to visit is perfect. We enjoyed the beach, fishing, kayaking, shelling and relaxing!

Very nice, wonderful place. Clean nicely decorated.

Our first visit to Sanibel, really loved the island feel. Very friendly, peaceful. The unit was lovely, all the comforts of home. It seems much bigger with the exta sun room and porch. We could fish off the back deck, watched manatees swim by! The beach was lovely, I felt like I was in the Bahamas, the water was perfect. Rode bikes everyday, I would go back again and the condo is in a perfect spot.

Great place, great location

We really enjoy our stay during the holidays. We had our boat, so having access to the canal was key. The condo was well stocked, clean and the owners were very flexible and easy to work with during our stay.

Highly Recommended

We loved our stay in this condo. We spent November and part of December here. The owners have done a wonderful job of anticipating and providing everything you would need. We especially appreciated the high quality bikes, the shelling equipment and other beach equipment, the well equipped kitchen, the well stocked linen closet that included plenty of beach towels, the washer/dryer, the tennis rackets, and the games, books and puzzles. The location is fantastic, so close to the causeway and to the Gulf. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck that overlooks the canal and watching dolphins and manatees. The neighborhood is quiet. The bike trail is right outside the front door and we spent a lot of time walking and biking the trails on the island. We enjoyed the Lazy Flamingo restaurant, which is within walking distance. We also enjoyed Matzaluna, Gramma Dot's, The Lighthouse, The Island Cow and Doc Fords. We drove out to Captiva a few times and watched a beautiful sunset. We are very happy with the customer service we experienced. The owners quickly respond to questions and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend this condo.

Amazing Condo

We had an amazing time. The condo was so much bigger than the pictures show and decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was there. Great selection of movies for the DVD player for the evenings. The condo is so close to the ocean. We brought home a box of shells. We also found 3 alphabet shells. They are very hard to find and we can add these to the one that I found years ago. We found so many varieties of shells that I had to post a picture to my facebook to show everyone. We took the bikes to Bennetts Fresh Brew for coffee and donuts. They are very close to the condo. We loved it there. They were so nice. We took the bikes to Periwinkle Parking Campground to see the exotic birds, ducks, monkeys, etc.. We had our kayaks and enjoyed kayaking. People are very friendly. Took a ride out to Captiva for the sunset and shopping. We ate at Island Cow. The alligator was wonderful and the portions are huge. We used the grill on the deck and the crock pot for easy meals. Booking for next year.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our family! The condo had everything we needed for small children (3 1/2 & 1 1/2) & was just a short walk to the beach. The Gulf was calm enough for them to play in, but the pool was an added bonus when they needed a break. We can't wait to be back!

Great Condo

Flew into Ft Myers and rented car, short drive to Sanibel. Beautiful condo, perfect location! Fully stocked with comfortable clean cozy bedding, pack and play, high chair, full kitchen, grill, tv with DVDs, beach toys, umbrella, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, all ready for you! Perfect for family or romantic retreat. Sanibel offers delicious restaurants, shopping, bike trails, and a soft sandy beach with gentle waves and pretty shells just across the street. Be sure to visit Ding Darling Wildlife area for boat tour! Quaint Island with everything you need for a great time! This condo has it all!

excellent location

perfect quiet get-a-way. Love the relaxation of the island. Everyone is so friendly. The condo was extremely clean!!! Excellent location just across the street from the beach. Love that they have bikes to use at our convenience. Kitchen items were well stocked. Love the 3 bathrooms!!!! Beautiful view of the canal from the Lanai. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect for families!

My family of four stayed in this property in June 2016. It was clean, organized and a very nice size for us. It was decorated in a fun, beach theme. There was plenty of space for our children to play when not at the beach. We especially liked the sunroom that overlooks the canal. The area was also quiet and relaxing. We had an easy, short walk to the beach which was filled with amazing shells and beautiful water. We saw other sea life such as star fish, sting rays and dolphins! My children also enjoyed using the pool and tennis courts that were very close to the property. We are looking forward to coming back and exploring the island more!

We would like to introduce ourselves. Dave and Sue Musselman have been coming to Sanibel for over 8 years and love the relaxed lifestyle. All of our eight children are grown. We have 13 grandchildren. Our lives are always busy.

Dave operates a greenhouse business he started in south central Pennsylvania. The two acre greenhouse operation is near Gettysburg, PA and serves 200 retail florists and garden centers.

Sue is a registered nurse currently working on the IV team at a local hospital. Her history includes Emergency Room, Oncology, school nursing and NICU. We live in the small, rural town of Cashtown, Pennsylvania. Cashtown is just 8 miles from historic Gettysburg and 50 miles north of Washington D.C.

We are dedicated to make your stay at our townhome comfortable and relaxing. Many memories will be made here.

We fell in love with Seawind on our first visit. Its open living concept is close to the beach with a canal right out our back door. Minutes from the causeway at the lighthouse end of the island our location provides easy on and off the island . With our two furnished bikes you can easily reach any of the fine Sanibel restaurants and stores. Everything is here to make you feel like home away from home.
