7 great days. The outdoor space and pool was fabulous with great views with sun all day particularly in the evening. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped for self catering whether preparing meals indoor or out on barbeque. Great location for exploring quieter area of the Island - car essential but the road network is high quality and all parts of Island accessible. Mini market well stocked in walking distance as couple of places to eat. Hosts live on site but unobtrusive and only too happy to help if required. One or two items a little dated but fantastic value for money and if/when we return to Lanzarote would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thanks Peter and Carroll

Lovely relaxing stay

Nothing bad to say about it. Was made to feel very welcome. Peter was very helpful with any queries we had. All I will say is you will need a car because it is very out of the way but we loved it.

The property has everything you could want: pool, hot tub, books, television, nearby small food shop, beautiful landscape, nearby town of Teguise and fairly central location on the island.

Great Place for a Winter Break

It was everything we hoped it would be. Great weather, great location, lovely pool, comfy bed and practical kitchen. Carroll and Peter were lovely hosts; nothing was too much trouble. A brilliant rural retreat away from the holiday crowds. We look forward to returning.😊

Family short stay

What an amazing place to stay, the views from pool side are absolutely stunning. The apartment is situated behind the main house and was spotlessly clean and all ready for our arrival. Having the sole use of the private pool and hot tub was perfect. We would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful view, amazing facilities

We loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment. The photos really don’t do it justice, the inside of the apartment is clean and surprisingly modern, and the real star was the outside. The private pool with jacuzzi was amazing, with spectacular views, we enjoyed it every night and had a wonderful couples holiday here. Would return happily.

Wee piece of heaven

Absolutely loved this apartment. We were looking for a holiday that provided some peace and quiet and this is exactly what we got. The views were to die for. The owners Peter and his wife Carol live in the house in front of the apartment. They were on hand if we required anything but were not intrusive. They provided excellent tips for local restaurants etc. We made great use of both the pool and hot tub which were both like going into a hot bath. We definitely reccommend this apartment without hesitation.

The Brown Family

A super location with easy access by car to any of the islands lovely beaches and attractions. We ate several times at Casa Morelino which had a delicious menu and friendly staff. Visiting Timanfaya and the Sunday market at Teguise are highly recommended. Having our own pool was lovely and any questions we had were quickly answered by Peter. He also very kindly let us stay later than 11.00 a.m. on our departure day which was much appreciated as our flight was in the evening. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a peaceful and interesting place. Thanks Peter.

Just what we needed

This place is a superb holiday stay. We came in October to get away from busy life in London and to get some sunshine. The apartment is located in quiet area, just 20 minutes drive from the airport. Peter was very welcoming and we felt like home once lodged. The amenities, swimming pool and the OMG hot tub were just perfect. Peter was always on hand , to resolve any queries and we loved his wicked sense of humour. It's a convenient location with loads of local amenities just a short drive away. Thank you guys for a lovely stay. Highly recommend. :)

Great place to relax

What a brilliant host. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved having a huge heated pool all to ourselves plus free use of the hot tub. The villa is built into the side of the mountain and the temperature inside stays the same regardless what it’s doing outside. Villa has all conveniences you could need. Gas hob, electric oven and a microwave. Local store has all basics but you will be advised to pick up the things you consider essentials before you arrive or expect a short drive to find a larger shop. The local beach towns are hosts to surfer and other water sport enthusiast so you will find beach food and tapas easily. We will probably be back again when we want to unwind and get away from it all. Thanks Peter, we had a great stay. Ron & Liz

When I first arrived I thought I was going to hate it as we were like 30 minutes away from all the tourist places and nothing like we had done before but wow I was wrong. The peace and tranquility was just lovely the pool was just wow and the hot tub my son and husband also loved. Peter carol and their son Chris are all lovely lovely people always on hand if needed but never did. We hired a car off peter which I highly recommend . I had never drove abroad before and found it so easy. I drove to different places every night trying different food places. Costa teguise was my sons favourite place to go but did also go to Puerto del carman a couple of times as both are the same distant away. We spent our days chilled going in the pool or the hot tub or just lying there in the peace. The views are also to die for. I myself and my husband would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much Peter and Carol hopefully we see you soon

Amazing stay

What a truly wonderful find for our family holiday. On arrival all we were astounded by the panoramic view. All was ready for our arrival, clean and fresh including the little bed for our baby. The essentials that we had ordered in advance were waiting for us, the Jacuzzi was lovely and warm as was the pool which is a bonus when you have a young child. All this was just for our use, no other holidays makers, no fighting for sunbeds. Supper in our private attached summer house with the pool and patio lights on, at the press of a button the pool electronically opens and you are looking across the countryside to the sea and surrounding beauty, after a long day sightseeing it was just sublime. As for the apartment, it is detached, terraced into the mountainside with views across the roofs of the houses lower down the hillside to the sea, it is well furnished, spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need, including a large enough fridge freezer, which for us is a must. The English television system kept the kids amused whilst we were able to relax, they could not wander off without passing us sitting around the pool. The sweep fans in the bed rooms were a must for the hot evenings, the beds were both comfortable and modern. The whole apartment was of a good size. Being able to park the car off road, beside the pool was a bonus when we had shopping or luggage to carry. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Beautiful, relaxing place

We have stayed here before and keep coming back. The apartment is the top storey of a converted outbuilding behind the owner's property. Very secluded, peaceful and quiet. The view from the windows is out over the roof of the main house, stretching for miles across the lava fields, with small volcanos and the sea in view. Very handy for the whole west coast, with surfing at Famara beach, and the volcano park close by. The location is central, so that all the main attractions are easily reached by car. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with extra blankets and towels if you need them. Big fridge, with medium freezer, good oven, microwave and stove and all the equipment you need for cooking. Best of all, the pool is heated and so lovely to swim in, with the view in front of you. We have been there in January as well, other years, and the pool is still great, even though the wind outside can be chilly. There is a warm sunroom at the end of the pool, with comfy chairs, a lovely place to sit and read in if it is not too warm, or the wind is strong. There is a local shop on the main road, about 5 minutes walk down, and larger supermarkets a few miles away. Plenty of restaurants, although most are 10 minutes drive or so away. Peter, the host, is very welcoming and extremely helpful but also respects your privacy and leaves you alone unless you want anything. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to go back.

Incredible

The apartment is up a flight of stairs from the front door. The main room is a Kitchen Lounge and Dining room, with bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The size of the main room is far more than I ever expected from a rental property approx 20 x 30 ft at its max points. The view from the window looks down towards Club La Santa which is approx 4 miles away but he sea views are far reaching - in fact wether you are lounging, in the hot tub or in the swimming pool the views of the sea are there. The entire space around the owners house is yours - pool hot tub, table and chairs for 8 , BBQ Loungers, chairs on the perimeter to admire the view and the owners blinds are always closed to give you the maximum privacy. I asked Peter if they ever used the pool and his response was - only when we don't have guests, we like our guests to enjoy the surroundings in private. The village is small and the apartment is perched towards the top of the village in a secluded location with stunning views in all directions - a car is advisable and any part of the island can be reached within 40 mins. There is a washing machine for guests use so no need to line the airlines pockets with their extortionate baggage fees. The kitchen has everything you need to make it a home from home including a freezer to enable less trips to the shops, although there is a very well stocked local shop within 300m. Peter and Carroll have lived on the Island for many years so they can advise you all things Lanzarote from attractions to healthcare. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute - we will book 4 weeks next year! Thanks you for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

Badly equipped property with no satellite TV and bad kitchen equipment, rusty bathroom fittings.

The pool and surrounds was fabulous apart from the sunbeds. The temperature was perfect and the ability to keep it at this temperature by the use of the electrically operated cover for the pool was very convenient. The beds were comfortable. There the positives end. Our washing machine was outside the apartment with 3 other 'dead' machines and was totally rusted at the bottom edge - i didn't want to use it. The cooker in the kitchen has dials to turn the hob on and it was very difficult to tell if they were on or off. There was no smoke detector or fire extinguisher or first aid kit and when I enquired, I was told there was no requirement to provide them. Not Luxury. There were not provisions provided - not from previous occupants - all cleared. There was no soap in the bathroom for us to wash our hands after using the toilet on our first day, very little paper, no condiments in the kitchen area - absolutely nothing. Again, it was the "health and safety gestapo" that disallowed this apparently. But not providing soap in the bathroom is surely a health and safety issue in itself. I would not consider it suitable for any with a disability or infirm as there are about 10 steps from the pavement up to the property area and another 14 up to the apartmentment.

AVOID!

On arrival it was pitch black, uneven surfaces, lots of stairs, with two children this was not ideal. Put my torch on my phone and there were cockroaches everywhere outside near the pool. We finally found where we were staying. It was not the luxury apartment as described. It is an outdated health hazard. There is no aircon just a couple of ceiling fans, one of which looks and sounds like it is going to fall off the ceiling on to the bed, very stuffy apartment. I mentioned this but were given no aircon device to help with the situation. There is a broken bit of plastic sticking from the bathroom wall which is a hazard. I used the microwave and it burst into smoke everywhere . The last message I sent the owners I had no reply no apology no offer of a refund. I would avaoid this place. We cut our stay short and found somewhere that actually matched the description. Also worthy of a note, I don’t know what chlorine they use but all of us had a reaction to it and it made us all very itchy, my daughter suffered worse and came out in a rash all over. They also have cameras everywhere pointing at guest areas, very weird and made us feel uncomfortable. There is probably more to add but honestly I don’t want to remember anymore of this awful place!

Una verguenza , la peor experiencia

Estaba la casa y la terraza infestada de cucarachas nos tubimos que ir la primera noche a dormir en el coche y por supuesto no volvimos mas a la casa. Aun asi vrbo no a echo absolutamente nada para ayudarnos , aun y mostrandole los videos de las mismas. Nos han robado casi 500 euros! Y nos hemos tenido que buscar cualquier apartamento para el resto de los días no quedarnos en la calle. Peater una persona muy muy desagradable y poco resolutivo. Primeramente le explicamos de buena manera la siguiente y le ofrecimos llegar a un acuerdo mutuo , no quiso , y solo queria echar un spray anticucarachas en el espacio y que siguiesemos durmiendo ayi, cosa que como todos comprenderan no iva a pasar, termino hasta por amenazarnos el a nosotros , una experiencia horrible. El soporte de la aplicación no podia ser peor, no nos ayudaban en nada , nos tubieron hasta las 3:00 de la mañana entrando y saliendo de la casa para grabar videos que luego decian que no era suficiente prueba. Ademas de eso al siguiente dia llamamos para que nos ayudasen nuevamente y la chica nos colgo el telefono sin dar una explicación alguna. La peor aplicación de alquiler vacacional y por supuesto el peor soporte. Una vergüenza.

Se puede mejorar bastante con poco.

Apartamento con escalera algo incómodo, suelo de madera muy ruidoso , colchones ya pasados incómodos. Zona de terraza compartido el.paso con los dueños algo extraño, alrededores muy descuidados con restos de maquinaria y chatarra no muy buena imagen. Dueños amables con contacto mínimo de agradecer. Lo pasamos bien buena piscina y jacuzzi, además de las vistas.

Relax en Lanzarote

El apartamento es estupendo. Lo mejor es la piscina privada y el jacuzzi. La zona exterior es muy amplia. El apartamento es cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta. Está en Soo, un pueblo genuino de Lanzarote, donde se respira relax. Está muy cerca de la fantástica playa de Famara y del bonito pueblo pesquero de La Santa

Vue imprenable depuis le jacuzzi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Peter. L’appartement est fonctionnel et constitue un excellent point de départ pour visiter toute l’île. Il se situe juste derrière la maison de Peter et donne accès à une piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi et une petite véranda avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et le coucher de soleil. Peter est un hôte attentif et réactif au moindre problème et qui a pu rester discret. Petit bémol le logement ne comprend pas les éléments de base tels que sel, poivre, liquide vaisselle, éponge, papier toilette, allumettes pour la cuisinière au gaz, etc. Dans l’ensemble nous retournerions chez Peter les yeux fermés pour notre prochain séjour à Lanzarote!

I am not really sure if I should write these words in Spanish or English since the owners of the house speak fluentlier in the language of Shakespeare than Cervantes. Anyway we had a great time in Soo.The house was wonderful; everything you could need in the house and tyhe wonderful pool with marvellous views from there- Soo was a nice place, full of clouds every day in July, perfect to relax from sunny hot daytime in the island.We could say than Soo is 15 minutes far from sun but it is perfect to walk through the 4 volcano-mountains from the house to Famara Beach. We can only say thank you to Mr and Mrs Carroll for thir nice hospitality and wish her some more good health for the future. You will enjoy the house and the location.Perfect

Excellent property in a great little village. The hosts, Carroll & Peter, were really welcoming without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. There was plenty of hot water and the bed was really comfortable. The view from the terrace and BBQ was amazing.

We have lived in Lanzarote for over 20 years and are a family run company. We are on hand 24 hours per day in case you need us but we are far enough away to leave you to enjoy the freedom of having a villa holidays. Why choose Nazaret? It is a typical Canarian village with a mixture of sophisticated and typical restaurants, is very near to anywhere and only 20 minutes from the airport. We have had clients who have lost their passport or become ill but have always been there to deal with things and get them home again.We are on call 24 hours per day and can arrange most things for our clients.

The property ner Famara is also near to La Santa where athletes from all over the world come to train. It has a laid back life style with views to kill for. It is not for somebody who likes falling in and out of pubs because it is a very typical canarian village where people like you to try and speak a little Spanish and are more than willing to help you who try. For the keep cyclists amongst you it is the ideal location because it is on the cycle training routes. We offer collection of bikes and bike boxes from the airport or can put you in touch with cycle hire companies on the Island.

The main benefit to this property is the fact that the manager is very near if you have any difficulties or need advice about where to go or the best restaurants to choose. We are well equipped for children and also for cyclists. The pool is warm and the hot tub is devine. We have a supply of cots, high chairs and most things a child would need.
