Hermoso apartamento de 1 dormitorio, con impresionantes vistas de 180 grados del puerto, el mar y la isla de Fuerteventura. Apartamento moderno y luminoso con balcón con vistas al puerto y vistas al mar de 180 grados. Tiene una ubicación tranquila, segura, pero conveniente, a pocos minutos del centro comercial, restaurantes y bares. Viene con su propia piscina comunitaria, terrazas y amplias tumbonas para que pueda tomar el sol todo el día. O a 5 minutos a pie de la playa. El complejo está bien situado en el casco antiguo y se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de los restaurantes, bares y tiendas del puerto. La playa principal está a 10 minutos a pie y una playa más pequeña a 5 minutos a pie. Todos los deportes acuáticos son atendidos y un ferry sale todos los días desde el puerto a Fuerteventura y uno al puerto deportivo. En el puerto puede participar en viajes en barco, buceo, avistamiento de delfines y ballenas, pesca, vela, safari submarino y todos los deportes acuáticos. atendido por aquí.

Fabulous views in a super apartment

The apartment is light and airy and very clean. Good storage available and generally a very relaxing environment. The kitchen is compact but well equipped and we made a number of meals quite easily. The outstanding feature is the view and it really did contribute to our enjoyment of the holiday. The location is very convenient for our activities, with no excessive hill climbing to get there after a day out walking or a hot day on the beach. An early issue with equipment was dealt with well and communication with owner and representative very prompt. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We have stayed in the old town of Puerto del Carmen several times and are aware of the hills, however there are a lot of steps, without handrails, to the apartment, so not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues. This did put us off leaving the apartment very often. The view, however, is amazing once up there. Sea, mountain, pool and town views. The wifi is also very good in the apartment.When we arrived, there were plenty of towels and the apartment was clean. However, the bottom tray in the door of the fridge was missing. Also, the electricity tripped a few times, possibly because we had several things plugged in at the same time, cooker, kettle, tv, fan. fridge etc. Although I would assume that this shouldn't have been a problem. For future reference the fuse box is behind the picture next to the front door.The bathroom could do with a small bin and some hooks on the wall. It could also do with something to put soap, shampoo etc on within the shower cubicle, as there is nowhere to put anything. The shower also overflowed a couple of times, as the water didn't go down the drain very well and there is no door to enclose the cubicle.Despite the above niggles, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing Holiday

Just returned from a relaxing stay in this beautiful apartment .Every day we enjoyed the views from our balcony of the old town, fishing port and over to Fuerteventura. The balcony which received the sun all day, was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink and relax.The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could wish for...a real home from home..John the owner was very efficient with the booking process and easy to contact when required..We were met at the apartment by the lovely Mandi who takes care of the apartment,we were made to feel very welcome and,nothing was too much trouble for her, making sure we had fresh milk and orange juice in our fridge. The apartment also has its own wi- fi which was a fantastic bonus. I cannot rate this apartment highly enough everything about it was Fantastic... Excellent Property..,Excellent Location,..Excellent Relaxation, ..looking forward to returning... very soon.

As described

This apartment could be great , however there was a lack of attention to detail . The owner was helpful and answered all our questions . We did not see the lady dealing with the property nor did she communicate with us . Useful folder of information , especially if you haven’t bee n before . Bottom shelf of fridge broken so had to take out a shelf to put bottles in . Table lamp broken so again not able to use . Lighting is awful especially in the bedroom , difficult to see yourself never mind put make up on ! Mirror half behind the curtains , one wonders ! Bathroom lighting the same if you get near to the mirror the light puts you in shadow . This could be great more light , clean settee , I hate throws and sort out the fridge .

The accommodation is in a fab location in the old part of town with stunning views over the harbour.

Just a couple of things weren't right when you open the fridge door the bottom shelf falls off, the nets in the living room want cleaning, generally the apartment needs fetching up to date it's a bit tired, we have stayed in the porto nova complex on four occasions and enjoyed it every time, but this apartment really does need fetching up to date if the owner wants to charge the rate he does. We have stayed in more modern apartments on the complex for quite a lot less than we paid for this one, however we really did enjoy our stay the owners who were in there property's whilst we were there were all very friendly and welcoming. Please take this as constructive criticism and not a negative review. We love the complex and can't wait to go back.

Excellent apartment

Great stay in fantastic location only 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. Very quiet around the pool which might not suit everyone but fine for us. Caroline who manages the property responded quickly to my emails when I had a couple of queries. Would highly recommend.

Stunning views and great location

We have had a beautiful week staying in John’s apartment and will definitely return in the future. The views are stunning, it’s clean and a good size for 2 staying. Nice little touches include a towels for the beach and products for showers (great for if you’re travelling light). It’s situated on a quiet but friendly complex, perfectly located for restaurants with an easy walk into the harbour area (there are steps and a hill on the way home but it’s worth it for the beautiful view). We would definitely recommend.

Pleasant with nice view

Lovely views.. high up ( few steps to get this high) if you have mobility issues you do have a fair few steps! Nice quiet area with everything close by. Apt was nice enough.. dated but clean. Take extra towels as we only had 2 medium sized bath towels for a full week!! All in all a pleasant stay.

As a more mature person I was not informed of the 59 steps I had to climb with 23kgs of luggage to access property.!! Not nearly enough cupboard space and no breadbin !! Pretty basic

Only staying for four nights before moving to a Villa nearbye.So so clean and well looked after.Have wanted to stay by The Old Harbour of Puerto del Carmen and this was ideal.Close to many good Restaurants and also Supermarket.Well done to Caroline who looks after the appartment.

Fantastic Apartment

This is the best apartment we have ever stay in. The decoration and furniture is top class and the apartment was spotlessly clean.the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a very good shower with lots of hot water. The apartment has its own WiFi and a flat screen TV with all the English channels. There are lots of books and dvds to use. The view from the balcony is spectacular and I relaxed in my sun chair all day getting the sun in the balcony from early morning to late at night. The complex is lovely and quite and very secure. It is so near to shops pubs restaurants and the seaside. John was very helpful with our booking and Caroline looked after us well in Lanzarote. I have it booked again for the new year for 10 weeks.

Fabulous location

The apartment was spotless on arrival and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. The views overlooking the harbour from the balcony were amazing and we spent lots of time chilling and enjoying the view. The apartment is only a 2 minute walk down to the harbour and another 5-10 min walk to some lovely restaurants. There is also a supermarket close by. The booking process was hassle free with the owners as we only booked a few days before travelling. We would definitely stay in this apartment again if visiting Lanzarote.

most enjoyable stay in Lanzarote in my 15 years of visits

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for a week. It exceeded our expectations in every way. This apartment is ideal with stunning views from a fabulously furnished balcony, an ideal location close to beautiful restaurants, water sports and the main strip for drinks at night. It also had free wifi and a tv with every channel we could think of. Anything we needed was in the apartment including a fan for the hot weather. The cleaner caroline was so helpful, kind and really could not have done more for us. The pool area was very well kept and a lovely place to lye out every day. We will certainly be coming back to stay here again.
