Este 350sq exclusiva y gloriosamente cómodo. m villa tiene unas vistas impresionantes se encuentra en un gran 1,400sq. m parcela situada por encima de 'Santa Úrsula', una de las zonas más exclusivas del norte de Tenerife. 'Puerto de la Cruz', se encuentra a pocos minutos en coche. La villa está amueblada y decorada con buen gusto. Cuenta con un exuberante jardín de 400sq aprox. m y grandes 47. 5SQ. m piscina climatizada (con calefacción 'heatpump' extra en invierno). Ofrece impresionantes vistas al Puerto de la Cruz, a lo largo de la costa norte de la isla y el Océano Atlántico a través de la isla de La Palma. Uno de los dos salones es al aire libre, pero cubierto, con vistas al jardín. Las amplias terrazas ofrecen una selección de cómodos muebles de jardín, tumbonas de la piscina y un moderno asador a gas. Con la mejor vista jamás visto desde una barbacoa!

Had an amazing stay, the villa is absolutely beautiful, everything you could need. The pool is exceptional, well kept and cleaned twice whilst there. Sarah and Alan were brilliant, really friendly and always on the end of a phone if required.Location was perfect for everything. Amazing property with stunning views

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay at this exquisit property. Our host Sarah and Josie couldn’t do enough for us and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches! We all thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic villa and made good use of the pool, garden and table tennis table. We will be back for sure

Spacious, well located and equipped villa in quiet residential area.

Excellent communication with very accommodating host and property manager who seek to make your stay as well provided for as possible, not just the bare essentials. The villa provides lots of flexible accommodation for a variety of needs and weathers.

Great House

We have a lovely moment in this really great house. 5 nice bedrooms, really nice pool and BBQ, amazing views and sunset. I recommend 100% for 3 couples!

The main thing that hits you about this place right from the start is how homely it is. With its very comfortable beds and furnishings and ample corner lamps and cozy lighting after just a few hours you’ll feel like you've been coming here for years.The property is immaculately clean throughout with a modern and fully kitted kitchen. The pool is sparklingly clean and has a wonderful view of Mt. Teide from the well maintained gardens and balcony, the pool was also very well heated which we really appreciated with small children. Honestly I've had cooler baths. Speaking of children the pool area is completely fenced off from the garden with a gate that can be padlocked and the entire property is enclosed and gated. The Villa is super close to several supermarkets but set back up the hill enough to still feel secluded. The view deserves its own 5 star review, with forests and mountains above and the waves rolling into the towns below.Sarah and Josie are flawless hosts, super friendly and always quick to respond to any messages. There really are no downsides- the house is cozy, the wifi is fast, the water pressure is great, the view is amazing, I could go on and on.If you are looking for a spacious villa away from the busier tourist areas, thats close to some of the most striking natural beauty spots in Tenerife then stop looking and just book this place. Its wonderful, you wont regret it and you’ll never want to leave.Thanks for a wonderful stay! Jim and family, UK.

Villa Dragos great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Dragos. The villa is very nice and spacious. The pool is fantastic and the cover was great for keeping it warm. Sarah and Alan were super for answering any of our questions and for checking that everything was ok. The villa is very spacious. We improved our ping pong skills! The views from the villa are superb. We look forward to holidaying there again.

Spectacular View

We arrived late at night, everything was ready for us, even lights on to see our way in, and a welcome pack to toast our arrival. Villa is very spacious, especially as there were only four of us. Spectacular views across to the sea and Puerto de la Cruz, all lit up at night, also views of Teide across the swimming pool. The pool was large, warm and private, with fencing to separate from the patio. Thank you to Sarah, Alan and family for the ensuring our stay went smoothly.

A great find for Christmas

Once you get up the hill, you get a lot of space (5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a generous kitchen diner, indoor and outdoor reception space, garden, pool) and a great view. This is a place to kick back and relax, but know that you're only a short drive from local amenities and attractions. The hosts made us feel welcome and helped when things went awry. Would we book again? Definitely yes, but would simply request softer mattresses!

Magnífica residencia, acogedora y muy espaciosa

Hemos visitado esta magnífica villa situada en una privilegiada posición con maravillosas vistas al Puerto de la Cruz y al mar. La villa está completamente equipada con todo lo que hemos necesitado. La atención del personal encargado ha sido perfecta. El "manual' de la vivienda nos ha resultado muy útil tanto para conocer el funcionamiento del equipamiento de la casa como para conocer el entorno y lugares de interés. Definitivamente es una villa que recomendaría visitar.

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé 10 jours incroyables. Une splendide maison, vue imprenable sur le Teide et sur la mer. Nous avons pu observer de très beaux couchers de soleil. Piscine très propre avec une eau chauffée à 27 degrés. Jardin avec de magnifiques fleurs, dont un frangipanier. Maison d'une propreté exceptionnelle. Les draps, coussins, etc... sentaient bon le propre. Cuisine complètement équipée. Très bonne situation pour partir à la découverte de l'île. Table de ping pong, jeux pour petits et grands et DVD, tout y est. Nous recommendons vivement cet ébergement et espérons pouvoir y revenir un jour.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est vraiment immense, meublée à l’espagnol( meubles un peu usagés), la cuisine a absolument tout ce qu’il faut, le jardin très beau et bien entretenu.Nous n’étions que 2, donc nous n’avons utilisé que la master bed room( lit de bonne qualité) et la master bathroom. La saison étant froide( février) nous avons demandé que le chauffage soit augmenté, ce qui a été fait.La personne qui s’est occupé de nous, Katie, est charmante, compétente et réactive. Une suggestion: augmentation de la lumiere dans le salon. Un problème : le chauffage de la piscine perd tout son effet, car le système de couverture fonctionne mal et pour ne pas déranger tous les jours Katie, on a dû souvent renoncer à couvrir la piscine la nuit, de sorte que l’eau était éviemment très froide le lendemain. C’est pour celà qu’on a mis 4*( et non 5)

belle et grande maison bien située avec grande piscine

maison tres agréable avec de grandes chambres une grande cuisine et un grand séjour et une grande piscine chauffée Les supermarchés sont à 5mn en voiture. St Ursula est une ville bien située pour les diverses excursions: Loro parque, le Teide, la laguna et playa de las teresitas et les nombreuses randonnées. NE PAS hésiter à chauffer un peu les chambres le soir avant d'aller se coucher car en décembre janvier il fait un peu frais. un radiateur supplémentaire à bain dhuile dans la chambre située près de la cuisine serait le bienvenu. les enfants ont adoré la piscine chauffée et sécurisée et la table de ping pong. le jardin engazoné est de bonne taille et adapté aux petits enfants. La grande cuisine est bien équipée et le barbecue sur la terrasse à bien servi. Le salon de grande dimension est un peu sombre le soir et son éclairage mériterait d'être amélioré. Globalement cette maison à été conforme à sa description et à nos attentes.Elle est idéale pour un séjour en famille jusqu'à 10/12 personnes.

A house with a view

A nice clean house with a great view over the ocean and Puerto de la Cruz from the terrace and the vulcano Teide from the pool area. The pool was big, clean and heated and we all enjoyed it as often as we could. There are restaurants and shops nearby but getting to them you will have to go down a steep hill and then later back up again. Getting around the island is easy as the Autopista Norte is just two minutes away and from there you can explore the island fast and easy. The service was excellent. We recieved good directions on how to find the house and the manager was there to greet us when we arrived. We got all the information we needed from the manager and there was more information about restaurants, shops and places of interest written down. We have no complaints at all and would recommend this house to anyone.

Great villa for a family holiday

A super well maintained comfy family home in a quiet location with ample space in and outside. Stunning views from the property - an ideal location for our multi generation holiday. The pool was well maintained and the cover ensured the water was a lovely temperature for infants to use. The owner answered all our questions beforehand and the property manager was very helpful and prompt in responding to any queries we had, We will return.

Atemberaubender Ausblick, familienfreundlich!

Die Landschaft, der Ausblick sind unglaublich schön! Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und super ausgestattet, familienfreundlich& der Kontakt ist sehr nett! Man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner, absolut empfehlenswert! Super Haus, toller Pool& einmaliger Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Garten! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Der Ausblick war der Wahnsinn

Wir wurden sehr nett mit einem kleinen Begrüßungspaket von Sarah und Alan empfangen. Die Einrichtung und vor allem der Ausblick haben dann dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll. Die Ausstattung war super.

Spacious villa with great kitchen

We stayed here with a group of 4 adults & 4 children; and loved the space - would provide room even in poor weather - big kitchen with good cutlery, the pool for the kids as well as the small green yard. The villa was clean, well equipped and well kept. No complaints.
