Waves es un apartamento de lujo de 2 dormitorios, que es ligero y espacioso, con su propia terraza privada con barbacoa y mesa y sillas donde usted puede sentarse y relajarse. La oficina de correos del pueblo y del departamento se encuentra a sólo 1 minuto a pie y el popular pub Green Dragon está a sólo 2 minutos a pie. Este impresionante apartamento ha sido diseñado y decorado con un estándar muy alto en un tema costero, con los colores blanco mar-lavado. Ofrece alojamiento muy bien equipado, incluyendo televisores LCD y de banda ancha inalámbrica. Es muy amigable para los niños y tiene juegos para niños, libros, DVD, Wii, trona, y cuna de viaje. Es un gran apartamento, duplex bien porportioned con espacio abierto plan de estar, cocina, aseo y generosa terraza en la primera planta. En el segundo piso hay un dormitorio con cama King y TV, y un segundo dormitorio con una cama individual y literas, ambos dormitorios tienen vistas al mar. El baño tiene un jacuzzi con ducha y también tiene vistas al mar. La propiedad está muy bien equipada, es un hogar lejos de casa y tiene un lujoso ambiente de "hotel boutique". La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera-congelador, horno eléctrico, encimera de gas, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, cafetera Tassimo y todo lo que necesita para sus necesidades de cocina. I had the most wonderful stay at Waves, during a very stressful time when a relaxing break was definitely required! The property is impeccable: beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped and perfectly located. My dog particularly enjoyed people watching from the balcony. I highly recommend Waves, and I would love to stay there again!

Highly recommend for families

Had a wonderful stay at Waves with my husband and 3 young children. Great location and some really thoughtful and useful touches in the apartment including loads of kids toys! Kitchen was well set up and the terrace is great. Emma was easy to contact and super helpful and quick with responses. We even managed to check in super early as previous guests had left. Really happy we chose Waves this summer.

We enjoyed our stay at 'Waves'

We had a wonderful week at the Waves apartment. The apartment has everything you need - including extras like kid's games which were thoroughly enjoyed by our daughter! Waves is in a great location so close to the magnificent Blackpool Sands and it's easy to get to Dartmouth and beyond. We tried the Radius 7 restaurant (literally across the road) twice and highly recommend it. Emma is a great host, very easy to communicate with. And she left some milk, bread plus a basket of scones+jam+cream for us to enjoy on our arrival - very thoughtful and much appreciated! I've given a 4 star review instead of 5 for one reason only - we found the cleanliness of the apartment wasn't the best. We think a deep professional clean is needed to bring Waves back to its sparkling glory. Having said that - it wasn't enough of an issue to distract from our fantastic holiday and we recommend people stay at Waves!

Fantastic spot for a family break

We enjoyed a lovely week at Waves which is fantastically located to explore South Devon and enjoys spectacular views! The apartment was extremely well equipped, clean and homely and we appreciated the village location. Our toddler also took full advantage of the toys and books which were very generously made available for little guests. We certainly hope to be back soon!

Perfect location

This is a gem. Clean and very comfortable with a spacious outdoor area for eating and relaxing but also plenty of room indoors. Short walk to the beach and a great pub nearby.

Great Location

Lovely apartment in a great location: handy for the beach and a short drive to Dartmouth; also a pub, restaurant, general store either on the doorstep, or within 2 minutes walk. Plenty of space for me and 4 children (aged 7-14) - and they all loved it too!

From the moment we opened the door the boys did not want to leave. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed, plus more than enough toys and games to keep the boys happy. We would definitely recommend this property and would to come back for a longer stay next summer.

The ground floor accommodation was most generous and whilst the bedrooms were more compact, they were perfectly adequate for a holiday break. The level of equipment provided was excellent, the only downside being the TV controls which took a while to master. Overall, thoroughly pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Stay at Waves - August 2017

We had a wonderful week at Waves, helped by great beach weather, the whole time we were there. The property is ideally situated and the quality of the accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, equipment and decor. We'd like to thank Emma for making our stay so enjoyable. Places to visit? - Blackpool Sands is a must and a lovely walk using the old road which starts at the church in the village. Totnes, quirky but great! River boat rip from Dartmouth was a good way to see the town and estuary from a different perspective. Highlight however was the walk around Start Point including the lighthouse - superb views of the bay plus seals on the rocks. Green Dragon pub good value food and drink, however was disappointed with the Queens Arms at Slapton, waited an age for our food and somewhat patronising staff. Great fish and chips at Radius 7 opposite Waves.

Ideally placed apartment

The apartment is spacious clean and light and ideally placed for exploring the South Hams. There is a Blue Flag beach within walking distance as well as a good pub, restaurant and local shops. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Great apartment in a fantastic location

We had a really great stay in Emma's apartment. It was comfortable stay for our family of 4, well equipped and the location is spot on. We loved the fact we could walk to Blackpool Sands and it is conveniently situated close to all the other places we like to visit when in Devon, such as Salcombe and Dartmouth. There is also a nice restaurant right across from the apartment which was very convenient. Emma left us with a welcome pack on arrival, which included bread, butter, milk and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. We also appreciated the information folder which contained suggestions on places to visit and recommended restaurants. We would definitely recommend Emma's apartment and would look to rebook in the future.

well equiped, sea side stay

A flat in a great little quiet village. The apartment is well stocked with children's toys and all the things you could want for a relaxing beach-side stay, and is easily within reach of local attractions for days when the beach is unwelcoming. Emma is a wonderful host. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic as always

We are a family of four, 2 Adults and 2 children, 15 & 10. We have stayed with Emma many times over the past few years and every time has been fantastic. The apartment is clean, well furnished, comfortable, relaxing and in a perfect location for all local attractions. Emma is a brilliant host.

I’ve lived in South Devon for over 20 years, and Stoke Fleming quickly became home. This friendly village has everything you need for a relaxed seaside holiday: a cosy traditional pub, a warm & welcoming Italian restaurant, a well-stocked village shop, and Blackpool Sands beach just a minute’s drive down the hill.
