Casa Nirvana es una villa independiente tradicional construida en piedra con balcones, terraza y jardín. Ha sido restaurado y restaurado por el actual propietario y cuenta con pisos de terracota y una chimenea, junto con una agradable combinación de estilo tradicional y contemporáneo. El alojamiento se proporciona en 3 niveles: cocina y sala de estar en la planta baja, baño en el primer piso, dormitorio principal y segundo dormitorio y mansarda en el segundo piso (habitación King en la parte superior). El aparcamiento es amplio y conveniente. A solo 1 hora del aeropuerto de Pisa y al alcance de excelentes playas y de esquí, Casa Nirvana se encuentra en el centro de Lunigiana. Es un refugio de ladera perfectamente lujoso, para aquellos que no están dispuestos a aventurarse lejos; Sin embargo, está idealmente ubicado para que los más aventureros exploren esta hermosa parte de Italia.

Tranquil rural location

This lovingly restored hillside property is in a tranquil setting offering fantastic views over the surrounding mountains and valleys. The property is spacious and with a large garden there are lots of opportunities to relax in comfort. Maintained and equipped to a high standard the property is likely to exceed expectations. During winter months access to the property may be difficult due to the remoteness of the hamlet.

Spectacular location

Perched on the side of a mountain-top village, with its labyrinthine arched lanes and tucked-away houses, Casa Nirvana is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The terrace/garden is beautiful with stunning views and the house was clean, bright with plenty of space and everything we needed (even Cluedo and chess!). Highly recommend.

La tranquillité en montagne

Après des séjours dans des villes et des centres urbains, cette propriété est l’endroit idéal pour relaxer et décompresser. Les vues depuis les chambres sont splendides. L’appartement est propre et frais. C’est aussi un bon pied à terre pour faire des voyages de jour sur la côte. Attention, mieux vaut aimer la conduite dans des routes étroites et sinueuses en montagne pour séjourner dans cette villa - c’est ce qui fait le charme du retour à la villa en fin de journée. L’épicerie dans la municipalité Aulla, à 15 minutes de conduite, propose une foule de petits plats du terroir. De plus, Colette est adorable. Je n’hésiterais pas à revenir y séjourner .

Herrliche Entspannung!

Wir waren für 6 Tage in Casa Nirvana und fanden es einfach traumhaft. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt in wunderbarer Hanglage und wir haben den Ausblick und die Ruhe jeden Tag genossen, nachdem wir davor 2 Wochen in der Toskana herumgereist sind. Danke für diese tolle Unterkunft.

außergewöhnliche Lage, tolles Haus

Das Haus ist etwas Besonderes: urig, eigen, schön. Es liegt an prominenter Stelle im letzten Dorf eines Ausläufers der Appeninen, bietet Ruhe und eine phantastische Aussicht. Für schnelle Ausflüge zum Meer oder zum Einkaufen ist es allerdings eher weniger geeignet. Kommunikation und Organisation waren topp!

Sehr schönes Häuschen in kleinem Bergdorf

Wir haben die Ruhe und die Aussicht, die das Häuschen bietet, sehr genossen. Bei gutem Wetter ist man auf der schönen Tereasse oder dem kleinen Garten sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man so täglich braucht. Die Verwalterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich hervorragend um alles was so anfallen kann. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Eines der schönsten Häuser in denen wir je Urlaub gemacht haben. Das Haus ist perfekt aufgeteilt. Es gibt insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, welche sich im ersten und zweiten Stock befinden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und die Küche. Die Küche bietet alles, was man für ein leckeres Abendessen benötigt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Terrasse und ein kleiner Garten. In diesem kann man schön entspannen und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick ins Tal. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat wunderbar funktioniert und auch vor Ort hat man eine Ansprechpartnerin, die bei Fragen uns immer hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Insgesamt kann ich das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen!

Ein tolle Haus mit einer mega Lagequalität. Der Rückzugsort für unsere Familie war genau richtig in dieser nicht leichten COVID Zeit. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war der nicht zu gebrauchende, verrostete Aussengrill und zu kleine Bratpfannen für zwei Personen (wir waren zu fünft). Family Künzler

Beautifully restored old house with excellent mountain view

We had a wonderful week in the house which was equipped with everything we needed. The house is located in a small charming mountain village offering a very authentic Italian experience, still in short driving distance of tourist highlights, shopping and restaurants.

Angereist mit zwei Personen, fanden wir die Casa Nirvana wie auf den Bildern zu sehen vor. Die Abende können gemeinsam auf der großen Terrasse genossen werden. Zum Abend kann der Blick in ein naheliegendes Tal der Umgebung und auf die Apuanischen Alpen am Horizont sehr entspannend sein. Nahe des Hauses befindet sich auch ein Wanderweg, der quer durch die Gegend von Tresana und weiter führt. Wer gerne kocht findet in der geräumigen Küche einen großen Gasherd und einen Ofen, muss aber mit einer etwas kleineren Auswahl an Pfannen und Töpfen rechnen, aber es war alles da, was notwendig sein könnte. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und konnten diesen in der Casa Nirvana wunderbar genießen.

Beautiful view and surroundings

Casa Nirvana was a haven to hang out in with beautiful views of the mountains and a peaceful feeling within the house and surrounding village. It being August and very busy in all the touristy places, we mostly preferred to hang out at the house as a family and enjoy the lovely space and view.

Sfeervolle woning in rustig bergdorpje

Casa Nirvana ligt prachtig in een rustig bergdorpje. Mooi uitzicht over de heuvels en Apenijnen. Huis is compleet en schoon met een lekker terras. Als je van een bad houdt is de badkamer prima, ben je een douche type dan is enige lenigheid geboden. Hoewel noordelijk gelegen ten opzichte van toeristische steden zijn Lucca, Pisa en Florence goed te doen. Aanrader als je van een ontspannen week houdt.

Beautiful Holiday

Our stay at Casa Nirvana was absolutely fantastic. Set in the beautiful Tuscan hills, the location was just ideal for both a relaxing quiet break and for visiting the surrounding areas such as the amazing Cinque Terre along with Lucca, Las Spezia and the beautiful beaches at Marinella di Sarzana and Massa. The house itself was immaculate. 3 excellent double bedrooms, gorgeous bathroom with roll top bath and a kitchen that was just a joy to cook in. The views from the house are a joy to behold and as soon as we arrived, we relaxed immediately. Our son at the time of travel was just under 2 years old and had so much fun playing in the garden and exploring the beautiful village setting that Casa Nirvana is set in. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Nirvana and am already looking forward to our next stay there.

A Tuscan gem

We visited Casa Nirvana with our two children (7 and 12) and were taken aback by the wonderful location. Set in a tiny village in the Tuscan hillside, it was peaceful and really made us feel we were experiencing the 'real Italy' with no tourists apart from ourselves. The local residents were very friendly and the caretaker had thoughtfully left delicious local tomatoes, peaches (the size of a fist!) cheese etc so we could make breakfast after our late arrival. Having a car was a must, and allowed us to explore the beautiful and historic town of Pontremoli, La Spezia with it's chic marina and the amazing coastline of the Cinque Terre. Lucca was also a lovely surprise and the place to go for stylish shops. The house itself was very well equipped, very clean and beautifully decorated in Tuscan style. The children loved it and we discovered a fantastic outdoor Olympic pool complex 20 min away which was very well priced for whole day visits. We all really hope to visit again.

Mountain retreat

From the first point of contact until our arrival, the owner could not of been more helpful. The view from the property is just breath taking and Casa Nirvana has been lovingly renovated the photographs on the owners page although accurate do not do it justice, you have to visit to appreciate its beauty. Everything you need for a self catering holiday has been thought of and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The property is very remote (but we knew this) we enjoyed visiting Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terre and even Lake Garda. Thanks to Colette’s (housekeeper) suggestion we also visited Pontremoli (amazing cathedral) and Bagnone. We spent our last day chilling in the garden making the most of the sun and views!! The cats gave us a warm welcome on our return to the house each evening and we also enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant down the hill. I would not hesitate to recommend Casa Nirvana and hope to return one day soon.

We live on a smallholding in rural North Yorkshire and we share our UK home with Biba the Labrador, Delilah the Norfolk Terrier, Wilma Beagle, Mr Binx, Mrs Peacock, Isabella and Skye the cats, 3 horses, 2 highland cattle, a collection of geese and hens & a small flock of sheep! Life is not dull. It's not quite "The Good Life" because we don't live off the land, but we love the countryside and the idiosyncrasies of life in a country village. We have a long standing love of Italy. There is a passion about the way Italians do things; their food, their wine, their love of family, their style. The country is so historically and culturally rich. We originally set out to buy a holiday home but inevitably we have put down some Italian roots & Casa Nirvana is truly our second home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The food, wine, climate and culture were the reasons why we chose to buy another home in Tuscany, Italy. But there are so many beautiful areas in Tuscany that it took us a while to figure out precisely where we wanted to be. It had to be somewhere not too commercialised or touristy, somewhere that felt authentically Italian and somewhere easily accessible by road and air, because difficult travel arrangements would be a disincentive to popping over for short stays. We spent a long time looking at various properties, initially in the Garfagnana, but nothing seemed right. Then we found Lunigiana and instinctively knew this was the place. It has the coast, the mountains, a rich cultural heritage and such natural beauty. We felt at home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Having decided to focus our search on properties in Lunigiana, we set about drawing up a list of all the things that were important to us in our holiday home. Most of the houses and apartments just have terraces, but we definitely wanted a garden. Somewhere to put the sun lounger, the paddling pool and the football. Secondly, although we were not looking to have purely beach or skiing holidays, we wanted the option of spending a day at the coast or on the piste, without having to travel too far. We also wanted to be within an hour of an airport, central for sightseeing and handy for amenities. But we also yearned for somewhere peaceful and relaxing, where we could unwind and immerse ourselves in genuine Italian culture. Casa Nirvana ticked all the boxes on our very tall order!
