El apartamento forma parte de un pequeño complejo, situado en un lugar tranquilo. Tiene wifi gratuito y Sky TV. Es cómodo y espacioso, y también hay una terraza privada en la azotea, con el uso del spa caliente 8 plazas y fantásticas vistas de la bahía de Polis. Hay una plaza de aparcamiento y ascensor. Se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de los restaurantes chipriota agrupados ronda plaza del pueblo Polis. En la dirección opuesta, se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la encantadora playa de Polis, que está bordeada por una eucaliptos. El pueblo pesquero de Latchi, famosa por sus tabernas de pescado, está a pocos minutos en coche o 20 minutos a pie por el paseo marítimo. Latchi es también un centro de deportes acuáticos con el buceo, motonáutica, vela y paseos en barco con salida desde el puerto deportivo. Long stay holiday

We stayed for 5 weeks and had a great time, close enough to the beach and only 10 mins walk into Polis town were you can get some great food Our host was extremely helpful and I would recommend this location

Underwhelmed!

Apartment itself was fine. Spacious and pretty clean although bathroom could do with a bit more tlc. Kitchen well equipped. However none of that mattered when you have temps in high 30s and only one functioning aircon that turns off every two hours. Bedroom aircons didn’t work and kept being g told it was us. We come from a hot climate ourselves and know how to use aircons. Our bedrooms in the afternoon were 35 degrees with only a fan to cool. This was not repaired and told it would take a month or more to get a contractor. Also water kept going off because of work being done. The position was disappointing and certainly not the views shown in the photos. The walk to the village was longer than indicated and the village itself is pretty ordinary with little to attract you. Only one really good restaurant - Saddles - the other three we tried served dreadful food. Saddles was awesome. The beach was not a casual stroll. It was 600 mtrs at least and the beach was horrible. We drove down to latchi beach every day which was much better. The pool was sparse with wobbly steps and zero atmosphere. All round the building needed some serious TLC. The area itself had very little to offer in the way of day trips or entertainment. Blue lagoon was lovely. We lasted 10 days out of our three weeks and left to go back to larnaca so we could at least find something with aircon and atmosphere. Very disappointing holiday all round.

Wonderful apartment

We had a great stay in the flat. It's perfectly located for a short walk to Polis town and the supermarket and a short drive to Latchi which has great bars and beaches - we found ourselves going down to the harbour for frappes every day. The dual aspect of the apt means you can enjoy both morning and evening sun. The hot tub is accessible on a different floor to the apt, with one other apartment having their own separate space on the roof. Would reccommend to others!

5 Star Apartment

Very well equipped apartment. Comfy bed, good shower. Sitting out on the main balcony day time or evening was a joy with lovely sea views. Sunroof nice place to sunbathe (even half way through November) & hot tub an added bonus. Views to sea and along the coast are fantastic from the sunroof! The apartment is located very well in that it is in a very quiet area of Polis but you are in the bars and tavernas in the town centre within a 10 minute stroll. We had a lovely week here.

Within walking distance to some Restaurants, quite stay

10 minutes walk to next chance to go swimming in the mediterean sea. 15 minutes walk to some good restaurants and taverns. Clean and good equiped apartment.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Die Wohnung war gut zu finden. Die Kommunikation vorher war schnell und alle Daten waren zuverlässig. Es gibt einen privaten schattigen Parkplatz der etwas Übung am Anfang verlangt aber dann auch kein Problem mehr war. Ein Fahrstuhl bringt einen in den zweiten Stock. Besonders mit Einkauf richtig Klasse. Unten gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool der regelmäßig gesäubert wurde. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es gab ausreichend Handtücher. Nach einer Woche wurde Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. In der Wohnung gibt es Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum und dazu auch Ventilatoren. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht.Die Lage der Wohnung ist Klasse, zu Fuss zum Strand oder nach Polis ist kein Problem. Als Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Wanderungen war die Lage auch perfekt. Das Highlight ist der private Whirlpool. Wir haben ihn jeden Abend genutzt. Traumhaft. Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen, weil das Sofa sowie die Küche langsam ihren Dienst getan haben. Aber trotzdem werden wir sicherlich wiederkommen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.Ein toller Urlaub auf einer tollen Insel.

Just had a lovely 3 week stay at this fantastic well equipped penthouse apartment. Great facilities, amenities, bar and restsurant a short walk. Would definitely reccommend. Jackie was like a tourist information person.

Wonderful apartment in Polis

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 night stay in this apartment. It’s modern throughout and was spotlessly clean. It’s very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. It’s well positioned to go into town and also a short stroll to the beach. Beautiful views also from the three balconies. Comprehensive tv package with ex pat tv with catch up and movies also. Would definitely use again when visiting Polis.

Wir haben im Juni 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Und was soll ich sagen? Es war einfach perfekt! Unglaublich sauber, aufgeräumt, liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man bräuchte. Von Kühlakkus über Tüten, Geschirr und so weiter. Dazu noch ein wunderbarer Ausblick und ein toller Ort mit vielen zu Fuß erreichbaren Restaurants und Bars. Ein wunderschöner Strand lag ebenfalls um die Ecke. Und das Highlight der Wohnung war die eigene Dachterrasse mit einem riesigen Whirlpool. Wir haben fast jeden Abend darin verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos, auf Fragen wurde innerhalb von Minuten nett und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Wir haben nichts zu meckern und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! :)

Dissatisfaction

The jacuzzi was broken 2 days before we arrived and remended broken our whole 13 days stay, which was very disappointing, as nice as the pool is its hard work carrying your sunbeds down and up 9 flights of stairs, and it gets very busy from 4 with kids, not being able to use the jacuzzi in the evening was a let down , but other than that we do enjoy the apartment, and will still book and give it1 more try next year

Based in a quiet location

The appartment has everything you need and was quite comfortable. Hardly any noise in the area - just the odd vehicle going by. Appartment blocks are quiet, we hardly saw anyone in our week stay. Lovely views across to the sea. Within 10 minutes walk you can be at the beach, town centre and supermarkets. Good restaurants in the centre and there is a good variety there.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit Whirlpool

Die Ferienwohnung war, so wie beschrieben, perfekt ausgestattet und alles hat funktioniert. Wir haben außerdem auch den Sonnenuntergang im Whirlpool genießen können. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig und wir konnten von der einen Terrasse direkt auf eine Orangenplantage blicken. Wir können dieses Objekt bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Nice all year round

We had a lovely time in this modern, well provided for top floor apartment, which is well situated 500 meters from the main streets of Polis. The large roof terrace is well protected from the wind and there is a family sized Jacuzzi to enjoy. Within a few minutes walk there are a good selection of bars, restaurants and a large supermarket. The property has good internet, Sky TV plus and a DVD player, which in the winter months is a real bonus. There is air conditioning in every room, which as well as keeping the place cool has a heating mode, in addition there are also two stand alone heaters, which was essential for our stay, as there was a unprecedented 5 day long cold/wet period. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, as it ticks all the boxes. The owner Morag was more than helpful during our stay and we commend her on the good service she provided..

Nice Property for those wanting sea views and beach walks

The property is situated on the edge of Polis, so walking distance to the village and it's pubs and eating establishments, also a short walk from the beach. Would sleep 4-6, rooms a good size and with sea views to be recommended. The ramp down to the parking area takes skill to negotiate and the parking spaces are extremely tight. We were happy with the apartment fittings and decoration, however the recent bad weather has led to some areas of damp. Very accomodating owner who responded positivly to our enquiries

Stunning views from roof terrace

Quiet location but ideally placed for easy access to town and beach. Spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean. Being north facing probably more suited for seasons other than winter when we found it very cold inside with never benefitting from any heat from the sun. Apart from being cold a nice apartment in a good location.

Excellent apartment in ideal location

2nd floor two bed apartment in block of 8 apartments. Another similar building in the complex. Lift in the building. Well equipped with nice quality furniture and fitments. Sea views from living room and front bedroom. Balconies to living room and two bedrooms. Air con units to all living areas. Spacious accommodation. Private covered parking bay. Communial pool which was in the shade from mid afternoon onwards when we visited (September). Hot tub is located on private terrace on the roof. 5 minutes or so walk into town centre and about 10 minute walk to the beach. Towels, including beach towels were provided. All in all a lovely stay. Very Nice

Very nice apartment. 5-10 min walk to the village centre with good selection of restaurants, and then 10-15 min walk to local beach which was quiet with a mix of sand/pebbles. Shame the roof top facilities aren't at the same level as the apartment and the pool is a little uninviting as there are no loungers or parasols , so you have to carry sunbeds from the roof to the pool. Roof is floor 3, lift goes to floor 2. Oh, but don't bring a car bigger than a small family hatch back, as the parking space is pretty tight and required a various point manoeuvre in a Kia Rio to park and exit. We had a couple of small problems, but a call to the local property manager had them sorted and responded to, very quickly, would highly recommend.

Fabulous Sunsets

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - perfectly positioned for a walk into Polis for dinner or a wander down the beach path into Latchi. The private roof area is great for sunbathing but for us the highlight was watching the beautiful sunsets over the sea from the hot tub in the evenings.

A Perfect Holiday Getaway

My husband and I have just had a lovely 2 week stay at the apartment. As we lead busy lives it was the perfect quiet holiday. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the roof top Hot Tub was an added bonus. A short walk to the local town was all on the flat - good for disabled people and as the apartment complex has a lift it would be great for anyone with mobility problems. Morag the owner was a pleasure to deal with and her agent in the resort, Jackie, was attentive and very helpful. The views over the sea and mountains were magnificent and the town had everything we needed. The resort is quiet - if you are looking for a busy nightlife you wont find it in Polis but as the advert for the apartment states it is perfect for a quiet, get away from it all break in beautiful surroundings. Thanks Morag, we will be back!!
