Wonderful Villa Sandra Maria

From start to finish a wonderful holiday. We were a group of family and friends, all adults, and the layout of the villa with two separate guesthouses offered the most relaxing and private spaces for everyone. The outdoor areas were our favourite, with a choice of dining spaces, but everywhere took in the breathtaking views. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was brilliantly equipped as was the Barbecue. It was a short drive to several lovely beaches and seaside tavernas , having been to a great many Greek Islands, the food in Kea was the best we have had in Greece. Olga, who owns and manages the villa, was simply perfect. As responsive and helpful as you could wish for and also discreet and respectful of your privacy. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sandra Maria and whole-heartedly recommend it.

Delightful Stay

We are a group of friends from Cyprus and we had the most amazing time in Villa Sandra Maria. Mr.Bill, the manager welcomed us at the port and he was waiting patiently to finish the procedure of our 2 car Rentals and then he drove us in the villa where, fresh orange juice, fruits and white local wine were on the table! The host made a toast to welcome us and wish a pleasant stay. That was just the beginning of an amazing time. The stunning views, crystal clear pool and very clean rooms were fantastic. The outdoor/pool area is large, plenty of sunbeds, sitting areas, decent sized rooms with en-suit bathrooms attached to each, outdoor shower in a stoned corner, powerful AC, WI-FI, BBQ , outdoor music, everything you need. The host and the manager were also incredibly responsive and amenable to our needs. I asked Olga if it was possible to check out later than 10.00 as we would have had nowhere to go and with all our luggage, she promptly replied a yes, and we were given a whole half day for free. We would book this place again in a heartbeat, perfect for a family or a group of friends. Spectacular!

Just perfect

A charming and aesthetically impressive villa with clean lines and modern design but in keeping with the island's architecture. We adored the outdoor space and especially the just-breathtaking sea view by the pool. Olga is a great hostess and every small detail of the Villa revealed her passion for architecture and decoration. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a lovely set up then this is the place for you.

Unspoilt paradise with amazing views

Kea is a quiet, relatively undeveloped and unspoilt island. As soon as you arrive you can't help but relax as people are friendly and the living is easy. Villa Sandra Maria is the icing on the cake. It is the last of a group of three villas built down the cliff side so has uninterrupted views, privacy and quiet. The infinity pool was so inviting and warm and the views were amazing. I somehow awoke every morning and watched the sunrise, and we dined outdoors every evening and watched the sun set. Heaven! There are so many different areas to sit, two large, shaded outdoor dining areas, one sheltered from the occasional wind, which was actually quite a pleasant feature in the heat. Because the villa faces north you can find shady areas to sit while still looking out on the view, including a secluded, mature garden area. We stayed in the main house which has an open plan master bedroom suite upstairs with three balconies. There was also a smaller double bedroom downstairs with separate shower room. They both featured plenty of storage and the two showers were powerful and the water hot - there was even a cold outdoor shower which was really handy for the pool. The comfort and decor of the villa makes you feel at home straight away as it has many of Olga's paintings and lovely touches to make it feel like a home. Every detail has been thought of, the villa has surplus amounts of towels, linens and crockery, so we did not want for anything while staying here. Correspondence with Olga, the owner manager was excellent. She responded quickly to any queries, booked the ferry crossing for us and when we experienced problems with the wifi she sent somebody to fix it immediately. We visited two of the local beaches, where you can park on the side of the road, under the trees and wander down to the sheltered, sandy coves which are well organised with loungers to rent. There are many options for eating out nearby, including a yacht marina with several restaurants, or for cheaper restaurants visit the lovely hill town of Ioulida. We shopped for all our food at the supermarket, bakery, butcher and fishmonger in the port and also bought fresh fish from a man on a boat and loved being able to buy delicious local produce grown on the island. We really did not want to leave and will definitely return now that we have found this beautiful island and gorgeous villa.

Amazing holiday, beautiful villa

After searching for a 5* accommodation for months, after seeing the pictures we knew it was where we wanted to go for our holiday to spend a week just chilling and enjoying the villa & surroundings. When we arrived it was more beautiful than words. We arrived at dusk so had to wait to see the outside, when we woke in the morning to see the view from the window, it was breath taking & spent many hours just sitting looking at the views. Olga was so tentative and helpful from the minute we arrived. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday and was great to meet you and become a friend. If we were to rate the villa we would give a 7* if we could. We will be back!! Love Jacqui & Steve

Really special villa and setting

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Olga's properties. We are a fussy and well traveled family (husband is an architect). The property is lovelier than one anticipates from the web site - really stylish and wonderful for 2-3 families / couples. The layout allows for privacy and for sharing meals and larger groups getting together . The location is magnificent - the views of sunset, sea, sky and the shipping lanes are amazing. Olga is so helpful and the information she gives is very reliable. We loved the 2 week stay and could have easily stayed another week. Thank you Olga and come and visit us in Kenya!

A unique experience with great amenities!

Spending a weekend in Sandra Maria Villa has been the best choice we could have ever made. Apart from the great and convenient spot on the island, with the most amazing view, every small detail of the Villa reveals the passion of Olga for architecture and decoration. And when this is combined with her warm friendly character, the result becomes unforgettable! We highly recommend both Sandra Maria Villa and the Studio O, for a truly unique experience! You won't believe your senses...

Beyond words... as another holidaymaker mentioned. "Luxury" is fully justified, for amenities, breathtaking view of Aegean sea, nature and of course every single detail in furniture and decoration inside and outside of the villa. My wife and I came for getting married in Ioulida, the main town of the Island and invited friends from France (Paris) as our witnesses. "What a shock !" : these were there first words, standing close to the crystal clear swimming pool and enjoying the unbelievable view. They couldn't move... Olga, owner of the place, was so helpful in creating the best conditions for our stay to be perfect. What a rejuvenating time we had ! We travelled to some "must see" places on the Island and stayed for hours, close to the swimming pool, enjoying the silence, the view, the harmony of the surroundings. Our friends were so reluctant to leave... My wife and I are luckier : we leave in Athens, some one and a half hour away. We'll be back... Jean-Marc

Heaven on Earth!

I have no words how to praise and to be honest no words would be enough to express our experience during our one week stay in this luxury villa. We were greeted warmly by owner, Olga and to us to the Villa which is placed by the edge of top hill with breathtaking view of Aegean sea. A massive property with all the modern amenities in such a private , peaceful, calming environment with lovely, super clean, infinity pool, is simply amazing! The owner looked after us so well as if we were her family member, and we were really touched by this. I must say the week we spent in that villa and explored the quiet, peaceful island with friendly people around you, excellent food, beautiful sea beaches, was once in a life time experience. The description of the property on the website do no justice as its incomparable to any description and one can only appreciate its only when you are there! If I have opportunity , would visit every year, and would recommend to any one to visit and enjoy. The only thing I disliked was rapid passage of time! One wouldn't want to leave such a heavenly place which is so easily accessible. I want to thank Olga for her amazing hospitality and her management team who were readily available anytime for any need. A BIG Thank you !! If I can, would have given 100 stars but the page allows only 5 stars :)

Paradise found

We had no idea what to expect but we all feel we have found paradise. Perfect villa in a stunning setting, infinity pool, cool breeze, warm sun, clear blue skies and a perfect host, Olga, who with her infectious enthusiasm met us on the ferry to Kea, produced a map and suggested all the places we should visit and perfect eateries. She has not let us down. From the delicious Red Tractor wine to the acorn flour cookies at the specialised local shop, she has come up trumps. The villa is perfect for all ages. To see the Island in ALL its glory, the rental of a Jeep is a must. To explore stunning coves with the clearest water, a four wheel drive is recommended. Walking and swimming is superb. The Island is so clean, no garbage anywhere. The beauty being no airport, no neon lights, just a tranquil paradise scattered with tasteful properties constructed from the local slate stone that you want to tell everyone about but then again you don't want to share. Brimming in history, one is in awe of those who constructed all the terraces thousands of years ago which adorn every hillside. Highly recommend renting this villa which is just 10 mins from the Main Port, 5 mins from superb restaurants. We will be back sooner than later. Thanks Olga, you couldn't have given us a better time in a better location. One very, very happy family.

Great vacation home

We - a party of 6 people - had a really relaxing time in Villa Sandra Maria. It had all the features we had hoped for - an elevated position with great sea views, nice comfortable and well maintained house and interior decoration, owner was very helpful and nice giving us guidance and advice, short trip to the village with good restaurants was easy with a car even if we mostly preferred to have our lunch and dinners at the house enjoying the breeze and views. All in all - a vacation as it should be.

GREEK BEAUTY

Two couples, we had a wonderful unforgettable week in a gorgeous villa. Perfect location,layout and facilities. The prooperty itself was brand new,thoroughly clean and elegant.Astonishing views and amazing sunsets!The owner provided excellent customer service .We enjoyed the unbelievable house but also the unspoiled island Kea, where are amazing places ,taverns with fantastic Greek food and beaches with crystal clear waters. It was a perfect holiday with a lot of fun,sun, swimming, great food and relax .We would very warmly recommend this property for those who seek the Greek Beauty and Perfection.Our best holidays ever!!

Dedicated in the last 11 years to mastering the craft of Greek hospitality, Olga Anastasiadou and her daughter Sandra Maria Tsoti built their first Villa “Sandra Maria” in the hidden gem of Cyclades, Kea; the ‘luxury suburb of Athens.’ The second “Villa Meli” was built in 2015 and it is a destination - venue of its own.
Olga is an economist with studies in Philosophy and a Master in Philosophy, shares her time between Athens and Kea. Sandra Maria studied medicine at Imperial College, London and worked in NHS. Today she is back to Greece and doing her specialty fo Plastic Surgery.
Inspired by the Greek culture and with a background of an extensive travel history, they deliver today sophisticated lifestyle experiences.
Several years ago, when they started their journey in luxury villa rentals, they realised that the unique Greek blue skies and sparkling Aegean seas were more than enough to attract travelers from all over the world. Today, they offer these two prime-location family-friendly waterfront villas with their own character, for travellers seeking high quality holidays and relaxation.
