Hermoso apartamento de 1 habitación en Pluertuit con piscina climatizada al aire libre

El apartamento es una vivienda espaciosa de 2 pisos que tiene entrada en ambos extremos y tiene un ambiente muy cómodo de hogar a hogar. En la parte trasera hay un patio (ver fotos) rodeado de otros 11 apartamentos. Algunos son de propiedad francesa y tiene un ambiente de comunidad realmente amigable. El frente da a la piscina climatizada al aire libre, los terrenos y la zona boscosa, más allá de la cual hay un pequeño estanque que se puede utilizar para pescar. El grupo está abierto durante julio y agosto y es mantenido por una compañía externa. Los terrenos son extensos con mucho espacio para que los niños corran, jueguen y anden en bicicleta dentro de los terrenos.
Todo el complejo es extremadamente tranquilo y le garantizará un momento muy relajante cuando no esté fuera de casa. Pluertuit es el hermoso pueblo local que se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del apartamento. Cuenta con varios restaurantes franceses, una crepería, supermercado, Pattiserie, varios bares y muchos otros servicios locales que esperaría encontrar en un pequeño pueblo.
El apartamento está a solo 10 minutos en coche de Dinard, que es la ciudad costera más cercana y es absolutamente encantador. Tiene una hermosa playa con numerosos restaurantes y bares.
El área circundante también tiene docenas de hermosas playas, paseos costeros, visitas turísticas, compras, restaurantes, bares y otras actividades. Todo a poca distancia en coche.

Notas sobre el alojamiento:
La propiedad se adapta cómodamente a dos adultos y dos niños pequeños. Hay un sofá cama doble en las escaleras y también se puede usar una cama individual plegable.

Fuera de:
El apartamento tiene un área de patio y un pequeño jardín en la parte delantera con vista a los jardines, el área de madera y la piscina. Esto es ideal para barbacoas y relajación general, especialmente cuando toma el sol la mayor parte del día. El patio contiene un juego de muebles de jardín de Ratan que es perfecto para cenar en Al Fresco y también tenemos dos tumbonas.
Dentro de los terrenos, hay una pequeña piscina de pesca rodeada de árboles y los residentes pueden pescar si así lo desean. Tengo algunos aparejos de pesca básicos en el apartamento que son más que adecuados para pescar carpas de hasta 4 libras. También tengo un conjunto de palos de golf que también se pueden usar.
La piscina es para residencia / huéspedes solamente y aproximadamente 12m por 6m y climatizada. Está abierto del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre solamente.
El patio es ideal para petanca mientras disfruta de una copa de rojo que a menudo hago con mi amigo que posee un apartamento con vista al patio.

Hay un armario de almacenamiento debajo de las escaleras que contiene la tabla de planchar y la aspiradora.

The property was excellent and Wayne was great re communicating before, via tel, whats app and email, with directions, suggestions re the area, and re keys etc. There are some good cycling lanes around the area and the Super U super market is two minutes away, which was simply fantastic. Saint Lunier beach was just fab, with free parking everywhere and an amazing cafe / restaurant over looking the bay and beach. The gite was ideal for St Malo, Dinan and Dinard. Wayne was an excellent host.

Beutifull Location

A super apartment with all the modern touches, sky so the wife does not miss Downton Abbey or Match of the day. gorgeous beaches minuets away. peacefull location on the edge of the village. we holiday here frequently, love the location and very nice owners.

Well equipped and everything we needed, though no sun in early evening.

Good - well equipped except only one bedside light so we had to take turns with it! Bed linen not so great, but it works well. Surroundings are lovely.

A lovely gite with excellent facilities.

The bedroom and living room / kitchen were very well maintained in a lovely peaceful setting but with an excellent heated swimming pool which we used every day. The neighbours were friendly and helpful and the small town was only five minutes away with all the services you could wish. A real bonus was British TV Freeview channels to watch in the evening. The place is close to superb tourist visits like Dinard for the beach and Dinan and St Malo for history and shopping as well as superb food and restaurants. Only a short trip from the ferries to and from UK and close to Dinard airport. If I was in the business of buying my own place in France this would be high on the list. Also excellent communication and assistance from the owner Wayne when needed. Great holiday and many thanks.

relaxing stay in beautiful setting

Lovely smooth 50 minute flight into Dinard from Stansed and a quick 5 minute transfer from the airport to the apartment. Always a great start to a holiday. We met Judith the representative in France for Wayne the owner of the apartment, she filled us in on all we needed to know and also provided us with the internet access password which although I couldn't get to work (probably my fault) was a nice gesture. I could receive my 3g here though so it wasn't an issue. The apartment was beautifully clean and fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen equipment. There was also a great selection of books, Dvds and games which kept myself and my husband and our 10 year old daughter entertained in the evenings. Lovely provision of garden furniture which we used in the private garden area at the rear of the property which provides direct access to the heated swimming pool where my daughter spent most of the time. At the rear of the pool there is a grass path which leads to the small lake/pond area a beautiful relaxing little spot where I spent many an hour reading whilst my husband had a crack at fishing. Lots of carp to be had. Wayne has a rod and reel and some fishing tackle that he kindly allowed us to use. The village of pleurtuit is a 10-15 minute walk and we caught the bus from there into Dinard and St Malo both lovely beach towns with lots of restaurants and shops. We also used the bikes available at the accommodation to bike it into the village a couple of times which is a pleasant and easy ride cutting the time down to 5 minutes. We cut through the housing complex which makes for a shorter walk. There is a particularly excellent Creperie in the village and we were regulars here. Delicious crepes and galletas as were the cute jugs of cider accompanied by teacups really unique and fun touch. I must say the mattress was so comfortable which has been rare to find on previous European holidays. We all slept so well that now I am home my own mattress fails to match and I am now mattress shopping. The blackout electric blinds really add to a peaceful and deep sleep experience. We went to completely relax and recharge our batteries and this was the outcome. If you want a little bit more action you need to venture out I would therefore recommend a car but you can still get around without one but immediate access to places is less possible. We will definitely return and thank Wayne for his attention to detail and a wonderful stay.

Great appartment in fantastic location

We had a great 7 day break at Pleurtuit. Pre arrival communication with Wayne was fantastic. He answered any queries promptly and telephoned the week prior to our arrival. Judith then contacted us during our stay with helpful suggestions about local restaurants etc. The appartment was in a quiet rural location yet you can walk into pleurtuit in about 20mins. There is a large supermarket in Pleurtuit and also 2 patesseries and a butchers. There are about 4 restaurants in Pleurtuit although we actually ate in Le Relais 5 out of our 7 nights. The staff were friendly, the menu was varied, food good and very well priced compared to more touristy areas. We visited Dinard, Dinan, St Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Combourg, Fougeres and St Briac which were all beautiful and very close to the property. We even drove to Normandy beaches which is about a 2 hour drive. I would def recommend this appartment. We drove 2 hours from Nantes airport but Dinard airport is just up the road. The appartment itself is very good. There is a lovely enclosed garden and patio with sun loungers and inside there is a good supply of books and dvds. Also you can get uk tv chanels. A very busy holiday with relaxing base to return to each day

Beautiful Apartment, Fantastic Holiday

I have stayed at the apartment several times and have always felt instantly relaxed, at ease and at home. The same can be said again ... instantly falling into a chilling, holiday mode on walking through the door! The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped for a truly relaxing, very comfortable stay. The owner has made some upgrades and recently installed a new kitchen, redecorated and bought new furniture. It is spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything to a high standard. All you need is provided. The location is superb both the immediate location and the proximity to the towns of Dinan, Dinard and St Malo, all wonderful to visit and spend time in and all very unique! The coastline and beaches are outstanding, and the food whether shopping and eating in or going out goes without saying! Had a truly fabulous holiday, looking forward to my next stay:) Michelle & Anthony (July 2018)

Amazing, relaxed getaway

A beautiful apartment in idyllic surroundings. Upon arrival the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed - it instantly felt like a home away from home. The apartment itself is beautifully finished with a lovely private garden area and great shared pool. We wasted no time jumping in the pool and then getting a BBQ going! A lovely walk into Pleurtuit with some beautiful places to eat. Also a short drive from big supermarket to grab all the essentials. There is so much to do in the surrounding area however far you want to venture in the car - with lots of info left by the owners on their favourite places to go and eat! We loved Dinard (great beach), St Malo and Dinan (beautiful cobbled streets to explore). This is a perfect getaway whether you want to relax, or explore some traditional and picturesque French towns and villages.

Fabulous Apartment and excellent location

Spent a lovely relaxing week at this beautiful, clean and very well equipped apartment, every thing we needed was provided and it was like home from home there was even a washing minchine. The town of Pluertuit was a typical French town, there is a supermarket (Super U) for all the big item but in the village there ia a butchers and boulangerie as well as a couple of bars and restaurants. The apartment is ideally situated for sightseeing and St Malo & Dinan are well worth a visit. The owners were very helpfull and were in contact before, during and after our visit to make sure every thing was ok. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Apartment, Everything We Wanted And More

After a very short drive from Dinard Airport (15 minutes tops) we came to Pluertuit, a lovely little village with a very friendly feel. It was our first time in France and the Owners couldn't do enough for us in terms of answering our questions and helping us prepare for our holiday. We found the Apartment with ease and was impressed from the start. The Apartments are set out around a very attractive court yard, with this particular apartment's back garden backing onto the swimming pool (which was great for the kids). There is also a small, very pretty lake which we enjoyed walking around daily. The property itself is lovely, immaculate and furnished with very good taste. The new kitchen had everything in terms of appliances. We hired a car and everyday found different beaches to visit (big sandy beaches at Dinard, St Marlo to name but two) and different places to go and eat at night (Dinan was our favourite for restaurants). With so much to see and do our 5 days flew by and we didn't feel as if we had even scratched the surface. All the different places we visited were never more than 20-30 minutes away, which meant we struck a great balance between chilling and enjoying all the apartment has to offer, with getting out and exploring some of the great places on the doorstep. We felt at home from start to finish and loved every minute of our stay. The Owners are top class people, the place is fantastic and it is without hesitation that we are recommending it to our friends and family - we will definitely be looking to return soon!

Amazing Apartment, village and holiday!

The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy and everything we could think of had been provided, including a welcome bottle of wine, which was very much appreciated after the journey! The gite has it's own garden which comes complete with a table and chairs, a BBQ and a chiminea. It was a stones throw away from the heated pool which was the perfect size for both adults and children alike. Our two boys, aged 11 & 8 couldn't wait to get in everyday. The people in the surrounding gites were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The village of Pleurtuit is very pretty and only a couple of minutes drive away, or a 10 minute walk. It has an absolutely delicious patisserie from which we bought fresh croissants and baguettes daily. There's also a great, very friendly pizzeria which serves lovely food, and much to our children's delight, non alcoholic cocktails! The surrounding beaches are all within a short drive and are idyllic, in particular St-Jacuit de la mer. I highly recommend this property. We had an absolutely wonderful time and are definitely planning to return next year.

Gorgeous apartment, fabulous location

A wonderful holiday! Fabulous place to stay, great part of the world to explore. Journey out a doddle, less than an hour’s flight from East Midlands to Dinard, pick up hire car at Dinard airport and a short drive to the property. Pleurtuit is a small French town, surrounded by open countryside with the local amenities that you need for your stay. A 10-15 minute walk from the apartment into Pleurtuit in the morning to pick up fresh bread from the boulangerie is a joy! The apartment itself is a delight! It is the owner’s second home which shows in the tasteful décor, high quality furnishings, and how well equipped it is. The apartment is spotless, extremely comfortable and relaxing, a great place to curl up with a book or watch a good film - books and DVD’s left by the owner to choose from. For the Sport enthusiast, the apartment has Sky TV and there are bikes available, perfect to explore the surrounding open countryside or for the more energetic to cycle to the nearby seaside town of Dinard. Golf clubs are available for your use and fishing tackle to fish the lake located almost at the bottom of the garden! The shared swimming pool is well maintained and also spotlessly clean with never more than a few people at a time using it at any time. It is a great base to explore from, easier with a car and the roads are quiet and easy to drive on. The nearby seaside town of Dinard is lovely and the market on a Saturday morning is not to be missed especially by food lovers and budding chefs! There is a superb selection of fresh produce and ingredients on offer, perfect for mooching and cooking up a treat later! The port of St Malo should be on the list with its fortress, beautiful beaches and array of shops, restaurants and café’s. Inland there is the quaint, picturesque town of Dinan set on the canal, full of fabulous medieval buildings! There is a great selection of restaurants and café’s everywhere you go which offer good quality, fresh food at reasonable prices, it is France after all! Needless to say the markets and supermarkets also offer a wide and varied selection of food and produce should you wish to stay in and cook. The Owners could not have been more helpful and make you feel welcome to enjoy their beautiful home and have a glorious holiday! There is plenty to do and see but the apartment and its location offers a peaceful, tranquil place to return to at the end of the day … perfect balance! We will be returning! Michelle & Anthony.

Lovely relaxing short break

We stayed here in March this year for a short break. We were pleasantly suprised at how close the property was from the airport, so no long transfer. The aparment was really clean and modern and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The surroundings were really picturesque with an outdoor heated pool, so it was lovely to come back after a day out exploring Brittany and sit outside with a glass or 2 of local wine. The village of Pluertuit was only a 10-15 minute walk away with all the local ameneties to hand. We would definately stay here again and would also recommend this property to our friends and family.

First class place to stay in tranquil area

This property was better than we imagined. It was exceptionally clean and modern and ticked all the boxes! The courtyard it was situated in, was very quaint and quiet which was much needed. However very well situated to all local amenities and surrounding areas and places to visit. We cannot wait to go back. First class, thank you! Tracy and David Mills

Perfect French Getaway

Stayed at this apartment is Pleurtuit in May and will be back. Lovely, quiet location in the countryside yet close to all the amenities you need. It's great base from which to tour the region. The owners use the apartment for holidays themselves so it's more like a home than a holiday letting and as such the apartment has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable such as TV with English channels, video player, DVD player, stereo, washing machine etc. The area is perfect. Great beaches, lovely picturesque tiwns and villages, top restaurants.The complex is beautiful and the outdoor pool is a bonus. There is even a fishing lake right outside the apartment. Great stay and as I say we will be back.

Perfect stay in La Vieuville

Our stay at La Vieuville was lovely, made perfect by the lovely apartment, beautiful grounds and fantastic pool. The apartment is in a lovely spot, on country lane heading out of Pleurtuit, so you really do get peace and tranquillity during your stay. Pleurtuit is lovely with a few bars and restaurants, all within walking distance and the surrounding area is beautiful with loads of towns and beaches to visit. This apartment is highly recommended

everything was as we expected, a pleasant clean well maintained holiday retreat, my wife and I have stayed at the resort several times, enjoying the local french village atmosphere, the Dinard coast, St Marlow restaurants, Dinans old world charm, plenty of walking and places to see. I would certainly recommend this relaxing holiday resort to my friends, the helpful owner made it all so easy, with good customer service throughout.

My name is Wayne and I am a Financial Adviser and live in a small village called Meriden, the very centre of England.I have travelled a lot over the years and have always loved France. I decided to buy a property that was easily accessible and in an ideal place to explore Brittany, both for weekend breaks and main holidays. I have owned the property since 2006 and use it as much as I can. The area is very quite and beautiful, in an ideal place to explore the whole of Brittany. La Vieuxville is one of the few places I can totally relax.

I have always enjoyed France immensely - the food, the weather, the countryside, the people, the wine and the beautiful beaches! I currently live in the centre of England and I have always wanted to own a property close to the sea. Buying in Pleurtuit gives me an very easily accessible property in lovely countryside, surrounded by some of the best beaches you will see anywhere. The property is also ideally situated to explore beautify Brittany and for heading further south.

The main thing for me is how peaceful and quiet the property and grounds are. The property backs onto a lovely courtyard surrounded by many of the 13 apartments. The courtyard is used for boule by many of the residents. At the front you have direct access to the lovely grounds that lead to a fishing pool which is concealed by trees. In the summer I spend so much time in the garden relaxing, having bar-b-q's and drinking vin rouge. I also visit the small fishing pool daily as I can really relax with a beer down there. There are dozens of places to go and see within easy walking or driving distance and the local food and hostelries are second to none. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed with the place! I love it and go back year after year and are still finding new places to visit!
