Disfrute de sus vacaciones en una hermosa casa de campo con piscina privada, entre Angouleme y Cognac. Nuestra casa es una granja de coñac renovada del siglo XVIII que ofrece alojamiento familiar amplio y cómodo para disfrutar tanto de la vida exterior como interior. Los jardines apartados que ofrecen sol y sombra o el gran huerto con una vista impresionante de las viñas garantizarán una fantástica experiencia de vacaciones. Nade en la piscina privada (12m x 7m) que está alarmada por la seguridad de los niños. Nuevos muebles de jardín, barbacoas y tumbonas disponibles. Un corto paseo por las viñas lo llevará a un acogedor pub / restaurante en el pueblo cercano. Los mercados locales, pueblos históricos y ciudades como Angoulème y Cognac están cerca. Camine o vaya en bicicleta al lado del río Charente o visite las famosas casas de coñac. Excelente golf en Cognac (20 km) y Angulema (30 km). El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Burdeos a 80 km.

We had a fantastic two weeks in this house. It was very calm and had all we needed. The pool is very big which our son’s loved. David was very helpful and kind.

Wonderful Stay

Very peaceful & relaxing stay. Spacious, clean and well supplied accommodation. Location off the tourist route but interesting local towns and countryside were accessible. Coast 1 hour drive! David the property manager was on hand and very helpful and kept the pool clean and tidy during our stay. Booking process from start to finish was excellent. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Beautiful family home in amongst the vineyards.Superbly stocked kitchen. Fabulous pool. Newly refurbished bedrooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds (note beds are doubles and can’t be split into twins). Lovely terrace to dine on, beautiful sunsets just outside the perimeter of the house through the barn doors, and fabulous views of the night time skies. For those over 1.7 m tall be aware of a few low beams /doorways

Group Holiday with a baby

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property and the pool was fantastic. The only improvement we could recommend would be air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was mid to late 20’s when we stayed and the upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortably hot but overall great place and the property manager gave us some fantastic advice on restaurants and the like

Another wonderful holiday!

We enjoyed our week here last year that this year we booked for two weeks, and we had another fantastic holiday in this beautiful property with our children (now 9 and 7 years old). The house is in a great location - this year we explored more widely, in Cognac/Angouleme/Chateauneuf. It also has a lovely courtyard garden and great pool which was heated to 30 degrees - perfect to be both warm on cooler days and refreshing on hotter days. David was exceptionally helpful and we had all we needed for a great time. We hope to visit again very soon.

Sadly the photos were better than the reality. Very tired , bad smell in the downstairs area. It did not mention next to a road. In the lounge there was a TV which the nine people it accommodates would not be able to seat everyone and mostly which was the most disturbing was the taxidermi animals which upset my daughter immensely as she is a vegan there was no mention of this at all or any evidence of this in any of the photos. The outdoor furniture was below standard, broken sunbeds which could have caused cuts.

Fantastic holiday house in Cognac region

This is a beautiful house with a great pool in an excellent location. We had a wonderful holiday with our two children (6 and 8) and we cannot wait to go back.

Très bon séjour dans cette belle maison

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette belle maison. La maison est vraiment très belle et bien équipée, l'extérieur avec le jardin et la terrasse est très agréable, la piscine est vraiment très grande (et chauffée), les enfants (et les adultes) ont beaucoup apprécié, en plus il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire (bouées, jeux, transats...etc). La cuisine est vraiment très grande et bien équipée. David est très sympathique et dispo en cas de besoin Les petits bémols: la literie pourrait être un peu plus confortable. le satellite ne nous a permis de capter que des chaines étrangères (mais ça ne nous à pas manqué de ne pas regarder la TV)

Un séjour agréable dans une charmante maison avec piscine

Un séjour très agréable dans une maison propre, charmante et spacieuse. La piscine très grande et chauffée rend le séjour idyllique. L'intérieur et l'extérieur ressemblent bien au photo du site, aucune déception en arrivant sur place. La communication s'est très bien réalisée avec les propriétaires en amont et pendant le séjour. Je recommande cette maison dans une région charmante.

Superb gite for family holiday

Spacious well equipped house, garden and barns amongst vineyards in beautiful rolling countryside. Large heated pool is a real treat. Isolated yet easily connected. Lots to do and see in surrounding towns and villages. River swimming and canoeing and cycle path riding is wonderful - never seen so many kingfishers. David is very helpful, and not intrusive.

Idéal pour se détendre en famille

la maison présente tous les agréments pour passer un très bon séjour : elle reste fraîche par temps de canicule, très bien équipée (cuisine et équipement bébé), piscine grande avec qq mètres de pied pour les enfants et plein de matériel de piscine. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, accompagnés par David, très disponible si besoin. Seul petit bémol : la proximité immédiate d'une départementale assez fréquentée en journée (mais très peu la nuit). Les fenêtres sont bien isolantes.

Stijlvol huis, prachtig zwembad

Indrukwekkende, stijlvol ingerichte woning, grote en goed geoutilleerde keuken (enige puntje van kritiek is de kwaliteit van de afwasmachine). Door de afgelegen ligging kom je echt tot rust.

Wonderful!

We've just returned from a two weeks stay here from the UK and had a fabulous time. The house is absolutely beautiful, once you enter through the gates you are in an oasis with the gorgeous house looking over the garden and down to the pool. The pool is huge and absolutely brilliant - we all enjoyed playing in and sunbathing round here everyday. The area is lovely - we had wonderful days out to Cognac, Angouleme, Jarnac, Jonzac and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne - all in easy distance. The house is very spacious (there were 6 of us) and we loved the huge kitchen which has everything you need. Overall we absolutely loved the house, had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend the property for anyone looking for their own wonderful spot of France for a week or two.

Fantastic

Koen and Ine always got back to us very quickly. They were very accommodating when I needed to change the layout of one of the bedrooms. David is on hand to help if needed. The house is beautiful and quite quirky which we loved. The pool is massive and the kids and adults alike enjoyed using it. We had plenty of towels and pool towels. All in all fantastic thank you for sharing your home.

Lovely family farmhouse with a great pool

Six of us stayed here for a week - the accommodation is comfortable and clean and the kitchen better stocked than mine at home! The pool is excellent and private and we enjoyed making the most of what was a perfect week weatherwise. This is a great bolthole for those wanting a well-placed escape and once the gate is shut behind you, the courtyard is a little oasis. The house is on the main road, but traffic is not too busy and this didn't spoil the experience. We recommend this house to anyone wanting a home from home escape to this beautiful part of France.

Een zalig vakantiegevoel overvalt je bij het betreden van het domein.

We hebben met ons negen, twee families, enorm genoten van de mooie boerderij, de prachtige tuin,het grote zwembad en de zalige rust tussen de wijngaarden en de zonnebloemen.

Amazing place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The house is amazing and so are the grounds, Koen & Ine were very accommodating prior to our arrival & then David was on hand once we were there if we had any questions. The house was superb with lots of space to unwind & relax - we were a family of 4 and we had our friends stay here too (2 adults & a toddler) and there was plenty of space for us all plus extra! The pool is fantastic and clean and there were all of the facilities that we required. Highly recommend!

Heaven on earth

We stayed in the Logis de Renaudes in December 2015. The farmhouse is fantastic! It is furnished and decorated very nice. Although it is a large house, there are plenty of cosy corners where you can have some privacy when you stay there with a lot of people. All the rooms and bath rooms are very clean. The kitchen is equipped very well. In the kitchen there is a large table which invites to cook, eat, “meet and greet”. The living rooms make you feel at home. As we went in December, the fire place insured a warm cosiness. We can’t give any comment on the swimmingpool because we didn’t use it (December). Although it was Christmas time, we had very nice weather: from 15 till 19 degrees. We enjoyed the garden as it was lovely with the winter sun. The garden swing was perfect to relax! The owners left a lot of information of the region. We went for several walks in the environment. It is a very nice region where it can be so quiet. We also visited Angoulemes and Cognac. We drank a lot of “pineau de Charentes” and visited (while tasting) the cognac farm of Duluc a few kilometers away. When you want to visit Duluc, you ‘d better call them first to be sure they hear the door bell ringing. One thing is for sure: we go back to Logis de Renaudes. It’s heaven on earth.

A lovely relaxed and well equipped farmhouse.

This is a lovely property and worked well for us as two families. The kitchen was large and well equipped with a lovely view over the garden. We enjoyed lunches and dinners outside in the garden and we also thoroughly enjoyed swimming and playing in the large pool. We went with 4 children from 2-8 years who all enjoyed themselves and this meant that the adults could relax too. We explored the local area with the help of the information provided by the owners and would certainly consider staying in this property again.
