Villa 36 es una villa ��nica con vista al mar en la costa de Carolina del Norte. Este retiro es el lugar perfecto para tomar una semana y trabajar desde aquí utilizando Internet de alta velocidad o desconectar por completo y concentrarse en perfeccionar su bronceado.

A solo unos pasos de la playa, esta hermosa villa ofrece tres dormitorios y tres ba��os completos, incluidas dos suites principales y un loft, cada uno equipado con su propio televisor de pantalla plana. El nivel principal es amplio y abierto, con una cocina totalmente equipada, un acogedor comedor y una cómoda sala de estar que ofrece increíbles vistas al oc�����ano. Hay tres espacios al aire libre, que incluyen un porche con sombra y una terraza ����ntima donde puede disfrutar de una bebida fría mientras observa la puesta de sol sobre el océano.

La villa también cuenta con dos carritos de golf, uno para cuatro pasajeros y otro para seis.

Wonderful place to stay!

This house had everything you need to have a fabulous stay! We had a little trouble with our golf cart, but our rental group got right back with us and took care of it super fast. We couldn't ask for better customer service. We look forward to hopefully staying there again soon!

Beautiful home!!

We rent multiple times a year for over 20 years and Wendy Wilmot provides the best service!! They provide very thoughtful touches and great information about what is happening on the island at the time of visit. This is our first time in one of the villas and loved it. This rental was extremely clean and newly updated, plus the location can't be beat.

Perfect stay

My teen daughter and I came to BHI for Spring Break. The villa was perfect for us- very clean, well-appointed. It is beautifully decorated and we appreciated all the extras that made our beach days simple. We used the bikes and beach chairs and both were in working order. We initially had difficulty connecting to the internet but were able to get it resolved quickly.

Stress free fun at BHI

This getaway was all that was described in the VRBO ad. Perfectly close to the beach and easy to get around everything that we needed on the island. I'm usually not a good sleeper, but had some peaceful nights of sleep in the very comfy king bed. My friends and I would definitely return

Perfect time!

Wendy Wilmont Properties made sure we enjoyed our stay and we are so grateful for their quick communications and helpfulness with our trip! It was perfect!! We loved the roomy golf carts, bikes, fridge water filter and ice! The home was perfect size and loved the bathrooms connected to each room, all of the outdoor spaces to enjoy and seriously so close to walk to the beach. We will be back!! Thank you!!

July 2017 Stay

Excellent location and space was great for our needs. It was clean. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy and hot. We slept most of the week on the couch or sharing a bed with one of our girls. The kitchen mat and door mat were quite dirty and the den blankets were stiff and scratchy. Overall, great spot and perfect location for our first stay.

WE weren't sure what to expect but we could not have been any more pleased. Ocean and golf course views were surprisingly great. Location to the BHI Club is a plus. We will be renting Villas from WWP from now on.

Villa was situated overlooking small water with fish, turtles, birds and gator(s) and the ocean for beautiful sunsets. Villa was well stocked and clean and the two golf carts were a bonus for us. Only thing we missed was a kitchen/dining table to sit around and play games. Big table on deck but not usable in rain and cold.

Prefect location and Fabulous views

What a wonderful villa. As you enter the doors the views are breathtaking ✨️. The freshwater that surrounds and the vast ocean are so relaxing from the kitchen and living room. The special touches of the towel and mugs was so thoughtful as well. Home is stocked with kitchen essentials, games. Blankets, towels, and more. Wonderful overall layout and very clean. The golf carts are wonderful and much nicer and newer than other rentals we've stayed. A few things to note: the large king bed has a very hard mattress for those that prefer soft and you will notice some uneven flooring and settlement around the home. Front door is tricky and we never got it to lock but no complaints here. Will definitely stay again!!
