El apartamento está situado en el encantador pueblo de Marseillan, junto al puerto, a solo 5 km de las hermosas playas de arena mediterránea de la región de Languedoc. Este hermoso apartamento en la planta baja, con capacidad para 4 personas, está bien equipado con un alto nivel para que su estadía sea lo más cómoda posible. Tiene su propio jardín privado con acceso al resto de los terrenos. Tenemos nuestra propia higuera para que cuando esté en temporada (principios de julio y finales de agosto) pueda disfrutar de higos frescos durante su estancia. Puede pasear por el pueblo y el puerto por sus famosos mariscos, Noilly Prat y diversos vinos locales; Explore el histórico Canal du Midi o el Etang de Thau en barco. Pase sus vacaciones visitando viñedos locales y pintorescos pueblos franceses, como Pezenas, Agde y Sete. Para los amantes de la playa, hay playas para todos los gustos y para los aventureros hay oportunidades cercanas para practicar vela, windsurf, buceo, equitación, rafting y kayak.

Superb accomodation

What a lovely place to stay. Located 10 mins walk to harbour and restaurants and easy drive to many local resorts - would definately recommend Meze. Every thing that you could want in the way of fixtures and fittings all placed exactly where you need them. Clare and Charlie could not have been better hosts. Close enough if you need advise or help but keeping a discreet distance.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Laufnähe zur Stadt. Vorallem der herzliche aber unaufdringliche Umgang der Vermieterin ist hervor zu heben. Großer Garten mit Pool zur Mitbenutzung. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub am Strand und mit Ausflügen nach Beziers, Carcassone und Montpellier verbracht.

Lovely comfortable apartment with every facility and walking distance to the port

We three friends spent two weeks in June 2018 in this Marseillan apartment and had a wonderful holiday, thanks to owners Clare and Charlie who were so friendly and helpful but never intrusive. The apartment was a few minutes’ walk from Marseillan town and port and we were also able to enjoy visits to nearby towns and villages such as Agde, Pézenas and of course Marseillan beach, which was just a few miles away. Our ground floor apartment with access to the garden was spotless, spacious and beautifully furnished with everything provided including dishwasher, washing machine, English TV and even items for the beach – in fact nothing was missing. We would certainly have no hesitation in visiting again.Thank you Clare and Charlie for making our holiday so enjoyable. Frank, Joan and Kathleen, Bletchingley, Surrey

Fantastic apartment

We have recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful 'home from home' apartment. The apartment is perfect...absolutely everything you could possibly need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay, including Wifi and British television. There is an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine and a nice glass of wine in the evening! The apartment is within easy walking distance of Marseillan's enchanting port and excellent bars and restaurants. Marseillan Plage is a short drive away, which has a lovely sandy beach and more bars and restaurants. Clare and Charlie were the perfect hosts, so nice and so helpful...really going above and beyond to make our stay the best it could possibly be, without being obtrusive. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this as an excellent place to stay for a holiday in Marseillan!

Wonderful relaxing break in beautiful apartment

We had such a wonderful time, eating and relaxing outside on the sunny patio garden. So close to walk to the lovely village with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, and near the beach too. Lots to do, but peaceful enough not to need to either and the apartment was immaculate. Clare and Charlie are wonderful hosts, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. On hand to help with anything, but at a discrete distance. A very friendly unspoilt place on the coast, we will definitely be returning!

A holiday in Marseillan

We stayed at this property for two weeks in August. This is a delightful apartment, extremely clean and well maintained and very well equipped. The owners provided a warm welcome and good instructions and information even though, on this occasion, they could not be there to greet us themselves. Clare and Charlie arrived during our second week and are a friendly but not in any way intrusive couple, allowing their guests privacy. There is a broad range of equipment provided in the apartment which would benefit anyone flying to the location. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the pretty port town of Marseillan, the cycle paths, and the Etang du Bassin. The beaches are clean and easily accessible. The property is also ideally situated for longer trips out to explore this wonderful part of France. We would recommend visits to Beziers, Pezenas, Sete and other smaller villages in the location. Alternatively, relaxing in/outside the apartment is a real pleasure. Thank you Clare and Charlie for providing such a great holiday home! Anne-Marie & Chris Palmer

A real gem !

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in the apartment -joined for a week by our 2 sons who flew to Beziers ( 20 min drive and also bus from airport into Marseillan ). The apartment is spotlessly clean , the bedrooms really spacious with plenty of storage , and the kitchen modern and really well equipped with everything you could need -we cooked in for half the time .English TV channels so we could watch Wimbledon ! There is a great laundry room and storage room where we were able to store golf clubs . There is a large Carrefour for large shops only 10 minute drive away . Charlie and Clare are fantastic hosts , with a warm welcome when we arrived and were available provide any information needed for local sightseeing and eating out. We played golf 4 times at Beziers and Cap D'Agde -good inexpensive holiday golf .There is a 'golf pass' for the area which can be purchased at each local club for an overall reduction on green fees. We also visited the Noilly Prat distillery -highly recommended - toured the oyster fields with a boat trip from the harbour, and had a tour of' ' Jean De Mas ' the Oyster Farmer who provided a plate of oysters on the sun deck overlooking the Etang after the tour . Our sons did some wake boarding and the beaches are an easy drive away. Marseillan itself ,only 5 minutes walk away is a real hidden gem. There are weekly markets , and a selection of traiteurs , boucheries and boulangeries accesible on foot each morning . In the evening the main harbour has a wonderful selection of restaurants to eat out at by the water after a game of Boules en route ! We are hoping to return to this bit of France as there was so much else that we didn't manage to do

Very Happy

We recently returned from a week's stay in Marseillan and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 small children. The apartment was spacious enough for us all and everything we could possibly have needed was provided. The kitchen in particular has everything provided and it was quite possible to cook a full meal - something that is certainly not the case in most rented holiday properties. The location is super and a few minutes walks takes you into the centre of Marseillan and the small port. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and it's the location of the Tuesday market which we enjoyed a walk round. The owners, Clare & Charlie, were very friendly and most welcoming. For sure we shall return!

Amazing hosts!

A lovely, clean, fully equipped apartment, with access to a well-looked after garden - complete with fig trees. We had an amazing holiday, that our children are still talking about almost two years later. Clare and Charlie are fantastic hosts; even though the apartments are separate, they were available if we needed anything and were always happy to entertain our very excited children! The location is great - within walking distance of the town and a short drive to some stunning beaches. I don't think I could recommend the place and definitely the people highly enough. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful holiday spot

The apartment exceeded our expectations and proved to be the ideal holiday accommodation for our family. It was immaculately clean, very spacious and fully equipped. Charlie and Clare were extremely helpful and provided lots of info about things to do in Languedoc. Marseillan is a gorgeous village and port with lots going on and plenty of great restaurants. There are plenty of beaches to visit and lots more to do including canoeing on the rivers, caving, cycling, etc, etc. We hope to return next year.

Friendly owners apartment with garden

Lovely very well equipped ground floor flat with garden with garden loungers and table and chairs provided. We had a wonderful welcome from Clare and Charles including a bottle of wine and details of the festivities that were starting in the village that afternoon and lasted all weekend. Everywhere was immaculately clean and very well equipped including beach mats and parasol for the local clean sandy beaches (couple of miles away). Clare also encouraged us to do all our washing there before we went home as it dried in an hour. We also enjoyed picking and eating the figs from the tree in the garden. Marseillan is a very pretty port with good choice of restaurants and shops all within a mile. It is a very good base to explore the local fishing villages and market towns as well as exploring further afield to Nimes, Carcassone and Pont du Gard and only 15 minutes from Beziers airport. We also enjoyed watching the local water jousting unique to the area. We would recommend a stay here and have done so already.

We are cycling, kayaking and outdoor enthusiasts and can often be found paddling down the local rivers, cycling through the pituresque vineyards and surrounding countryside, or simply relaxing with friends and family on the beautiful golden beaches or at one of the many portside restaurants. We fell in love with the charm of Marseillan town, the beautiful beaches and surrounding countryside. There are plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from and also local shops to buy wonderful fresh local produce.

The villa has lovely internal and external living spaces and is only a short 5 minute walk into the charming village of Marseillan where you can find a wonderful selection of great restaurants and shops to visit and the views around the port are lovely. The close proximity to the beautiful golden beaches is wonderful and the historic towns of Sete, Agde and Pezenes are all within a 20 minute drive. Carcassone and Montpellier are also close for day trips.
