Wunderbares Apartment mit Meeresblick

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war großartig. Die Lage ist optimal, der Komfort mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und gut ausgestatteter Küche sehr angenehm. Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand und hat schon morgens Sonne. Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn, der uns empfangen hat, waren sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war easy und schnell. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Relaxed Week Off

Very nice location, quiet and fantastic view over the beach. We stayed a week end march and spent most of the time on the bis terrace. Parking was not included in the price, however the garage is directly around the corner and we were helped by the friendly host to get a discount for a week (ca. 14€ per day). We will come back!

Very nice apartment, perfect location

Monica was very responsive and patient, even though we arrived late on a Saturday night, and quickly arranged prepaid parking for the entire duration of our stay at "Parking La Puntilla" around the corner. (Parking was €14 per day, but very convenient. Locals pay €100 per month :-) We were there for two full weeks with three kids from 10-13 years, and went snorkeling on the reef at low tide almost every day. The apartment has an excellent and comfortably large terrace (3x7m) and we spent most evenings cooking with all windows fully opened, overlooking the city, beach, and reef. Grocery shopping is 2 mins away at SuperDino, which has everything you need at reasonable prices. This apartment comes highly recommended!

Full of life and still a lot of privacy

Great place with a perfect location. The balcony was where we stayed the most. Enjoying breakfast while morning swimmers were in sight. Afternoons in the sun and evenings just looking at the magnificent view. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The apartment was really nice with a cosy kitchen. We will be back.

Nice apartment just in front of the beach

We are a family with two small kids spending one week in november 2018 at this apartment. We can highly recommend the apartment. You have an amazing view at the playa las Canteras. When you go out of the door you find many nice restaurants and bars, a supermarket is not very far. The beach is right in front of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it s clean and the bathroom is new. The owner of the apartment helped at once when something was not working anymore.

Perfect break

The owner, Monica, is helpful and professional. She organised the taxi to pick us up and return to the airport. On arriving at the apartment we found it spotless, secure and very well appointed. Lots of good quality appliances in the kitchen with a decent TV and comfortable seating. The balcony is large with a table and chairs as well as room for sunbeds. Location wise, its perfect for sunbathing on the beach where the hire of sun beds is very reasonable. Great sightseeing and shopping. There are many restaurants and they all provided good food at a reasonable price. Parking would be difficult if you hired a car and everything is on your doorstep or a short taxi ride away.

Super week in Las Palmas

This was our second stay at Monica's apartment. We had a lovely week, the weather was good and there are plenty of good restaurants close to the apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location with a fabulous view of Las Canteras beach. The apartment is very clean and Monica organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport. This is a beautiful, clean, spacious apartment that is at the end of the sweep of Las Canteras beach. It has a very large balcony, a Perfect place to people watch and observe any fiesta that is often on the beach. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment is in a great location right at one end of Playa De Las Canteras with fantastic views of the beach from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with beach towels and chairs. Even though it is above a restaurant (which serves very good food) there was no noise in the bedrooms so everyone slept well. Monica the owner was very helpful in answering any questions and made us feel very welcome. I have been to Las Palmas a number of times and this apartment is in one of the best locations in my opinion. We have already booked to go back next year.

The beach right in front. It has become one of the best places in town to stay especially in winter time where everyone is at work, except tourists. The beach is just for them with a very good weather especially from September to January, May-August
On this site, you will have the opportunity to interact with the local people as it is not particularly turistic resort. This is the best place to stay to learn more about our culture and interact with the residents of Las Palmas de GC while enjoying the sunshine, the food and the beach.
