Nuestra magnífica villa de planta abierta se encuentra en una posición inmejorable con vistas a las aguas del Océano Atlántico, con vistas panorámicas vírgenes del infinito mar azul, nuestro patio exterior privado es perfecto para cenar al aire libre, delfines de temporada y avistamiento de ballenas piloto, viendo las puestas de sol inmejorables y sin olvidar las interminables horas de simplemente observar las actividades cotidianas de los barcos y yates que pasan a uno de los puertos deportivos más sofisticados del mundo. Que es solo un suave paseo de 5 minutos a lo largo de un paseo iluminado, donde encontrará una amplia gama de restaurantes y bares que ofrecen cocina internacional y local para satisfacer cualquier apetito. También hay muchos puntos de venta de diseñadores, supermercados, junto con excursiones marinas, alquiler de botes y pesca deportiva. Eventos especiales tienen lugar en la Marina durante todo el año con regatas de yates, competiciones de pesca deportiva que reúnen a competidores de todo el mundo. Alternativamente, un servicio de taxi acuático o autobús conecta la zona con el principal centro turístico de Puerto del Carmen; Los huéspedes con automóviles pueden conducir allí en menos de diez minutos.

Villa Marina views

Lovely property with excellent views. Very clean and a lovely welcome hamper. Full sky tv package too. Walking distance to the marina with bars, restaurants and supermarket. Car park at the top of the complex not far at all. Would totally recommend.

Perfect location

We've stayed in this villa before, and I've no doubt we'll stay here again. Nice spacious villa, well heated pool, short walk to the marina, and about as close to the sea as you could get without getting wet!

What a view!

Seafront Villa 7 was exactly as advertised. The house is lovely and extremely peaceful. The views of the ocean and the entrance to the Puerto Calero are stunning. Katie was an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions we had and even helped us find a local photographer for a family photo. Everything we could have asked for!

Fantastic location

Lovely very spacious villa, with a good, properly heated pool, but it's the location that makes it stand out from the others. It really is front line. It is as though the sea is literally the other side of the wall! On top of that it's a very short easy walk to the marina, but far enough away to be clear of the hustle and bustle. We've been going to Lanzarote in the winter on and off for around 30 years, and Puerto Calero is our favourite location, and this is now our favourite villa. We've already booked for next Christmas.

ideal villa

Absolutely perfect. Great awnings in the outside area so we could stay in the shade all the time. Outdoor shower was great for the salt water swimming pool. Everything you could ask for in the kitchen. Smashing TV with satellite channels including sky sports. View over the sea from the master bedroom was spectacular - joy to wake up to. Looking forward to visiting again.

Absolutely beautiful property

Best and most restful holiday we have had in a long time! , the villa is immaculate, well equipped with everything you would need , very comfortable bed and pillows.. the view from the villa is STUNNING! You can lie in bed and watch the boats go by.. plenty of space if you were on holiday with family, a nice big private pool,ping pong table downstairs and also some gym equipment ( didn’t use that 😂) ,puerto calero is a lovely bit of lanzarote if your wanting peace and quiet , lovely walks along towards the hotel .. couldn’t find one fault with this villa.. we definitely recommend it and we will definitely be back , and also Thankyou for the late check out made our return journey home a bit easier xx

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus in erster Meerlinie

Wir waren zu acht für 10 Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine kleine Fernsehecke für Kinder, sowie ein großzügiger Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnnbereich, mit Zugang zur Terrasse und Pool, mit unglaublichen Meerblick. Zudem findet man ein kleines Gäste WC mit Dusche. Im 1. OG befinden sich die vier Schlafzimmer, alle mit WC und Dusche, zwei davon mit traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Die anderen beiden jeweils mit einem kleinen Balkon und Sicht Richtung Inselinnland. Die Villa ist in einem markelosen Zustand, sehr gepflegt und tip top sauber. Die voll und großzügige ausgestattete Küche mit Herd und Backofen, sowie Mikrowelle lädt zum Kochen ein. Es ist ein Kühlschrank mit TK vorhanden. Der geheizte Pool, die Terrasse mit einem großen Esstisch und Loungemöbeln laden zum Verweilen ein. Fürs BBQ steht ein großer Weber Kugelgrill zur Verfügung. Wer, wie wir, Glück hat, kann Delphine und Wale sehen. Über einen privaten Weg (mit Tor) neben dem Nachbarhaus gelangt man auf den Meerweg, der direkt zum Hafen führt. Jo und Amanda waren schon vor der Buchung sehr hilfsbereit, halfen unkompliziert und antworteten unmittelbar auf Anfragen. Ein toller Service, den wir so selten erlebt haben. Wir (drei Generationen) hatten wundervolle Tage im Seafront7 und würden jederzeit wieder kommen, das Haus ist anstandslos weiter zu empfehlen.

Wunderbare Lage - schönes Haus - alles perfekt

Wir waren im April 10 Tage in dieser Villa. Sie liegt direkt an der Promenade mit Blick aufs Meer und den Jachthafen. Auf der ruhigen Promenade läuft man wunderschön am Meer entlang ca. 10 Minuten zum Jachthafen von Puerto Calero und findet dort eine gute gemischte Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Auch ein Supermarkt ist dort vorhanden, sodass man alles zu Fuss erreichen kann. Von der Terrasse kann man wunderbar die Segelschiffe und Fischerboote beobachten. Es gibt immer was zu sehen. Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet, es hat alles was man braucht. Es ist auch alles sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr nett von Katie und Amanda betreut und haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu erwähnen ist auch noch der tolle Salzwasserpool, der auf gut 30C geheizt war und den wir viel genutzt haben. Für Kinder gibt es eine Spielecke, sodass man nicht viel Spielzeug mitnehmen muss. Ein wenig seltsam fanden wir, dass bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt vor allem die Handtücher (und Bettwäsche) ohne Aufpreis nur einmal gewechselt wurden und das bereits nach 3 Tagen. Eine bessere Aufteilung (z.B. nach 5 Tagen) hätte uns besser gefallen. Die Handtücher ware auch genau auf die Anzahl Personen abgezählt. In der zweiten Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes hat man mehrmals stündlich die Flugzeuge starten hören. Es war aber nicht sehr störend. Alles in allem waren unsere Ferien auf Lanzarote grossartig und wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

This property was great, the location was fantastic, beautiful views and loads of space

We had a lovely Christmas at this property. The space was great, inside and out, and the house was very well furnished - everything you could possibly need and four ensuite bedrooms. The views were spectacular and the location ideal - very quiet but within walking distance of the shops/restaurants. The pool was a godsend for our grandaughter allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroudnings. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Holiday

A much needed break for my family and I. From first thing in the morning till late at night, we found ourselves watching the endless blue sea. We were even lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins passing by one morning whilst having our breakfast on the outside patio area. Very spacious and clean villa, which felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended.

Superb

A lovely villa, located in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Easy walking distance to the Harbour, where we found a selection of restaurants to please any appetite. As well as hiring a car we also used the water taxi to Puerto Del Carmen. Highly recommend a trip out on the Catamaran (Along as you don't suffer with sea sickness) it provided lots of fun for us adults and the kids.

Idyllic villa with fantastic seaviews

A lovely townhouse with comfortable surroundings and fantastic sea views, ideal for watching the world go by. The villa is very clean and well maintained, it has everything you need, the outside space is ideal for relaxing; with seating areas in the sun or shade. The marina is only a 10 minute stroll away and offers a good selection of restaurants and shops. We travelled as a group of 8 friends and found the townhouse spacious, we all agreed that we would love a return visit to this idyllic setting and would highly recommend it.

Amazing Sea View Villa

We stayed at the villa for a week a family of 8 adults ( 4 couples ). The villa was very spacious and very clean. Two of the bedrooms had the sea views and were outstanding. The villa had everything you needed. The outside space and the pool were great and the sea view was amazing. It was approx. 10 min walk to the marina via a footpath were there are a selection of restaurants, small supermarket, and chemist. You can also get a water taxi over to Puerto del Carmen from the marina which costs around 6 euros one way. There was also a small market twice in the week down at the marina which was lovely. I would definitely recommend the villa to friends and family and would definitely book to stay there again. Thank you to Katie, Jo and Martin for the excellent service they provided.

Much more than a home away from home

This was our first visit to Lanzarote and we couldn’t believe our luck when we arrived at the property. So spacious, clean and light with all of the facilities that you need for your stay (we used the washing machine almost every day). The views are to die for and it’s the perfect location to see all of the boats enter and leave the little port. We saw dolphins splashing about in the sea on our final day, which was amazing. We took the short walk down the promenade to Puerto Calero every day, which has some beautiful restaurants and a fully stocked supermarket. We did our sightseeing in the mornings so that we could return to the villa for lunch and then relaxed around the pool for the rest of the day. It was the best holiday that we’ve ever had and I can’t wait to go back again.

A little piece of Heaven

A spacious modern Villa, located in a wonderful tranquil part of Puerto Calero. I found myself watching the everyday activities of the boat life passing by on a daily basis. I couldn't fault the lovely weather at all during the 7 days we stayed there. The port is only a 5 minute walk away from the villa and has a varied selection of many restraunts to choose from. This villa is highly recommended to friends and family all year round. I will be back again very soon!

Superb

Our second stay at this wonderful property. Lovely quiet position yet within easy walking distance of the harbour. I could watch the boats go by all day. Please don't book for the time when we want to visit again!

A very clean and modern apartment in a beautiful l

The property was high spec.Quality fixtures and fittings.It was in a lovely location with all amenities nearby. Pool and outdoor area were excellent. Lots of nice touches like soap, sunhats and basic condiments. Any issues were quickly responded to. Two minor quibbles; a temperamental dishwasher and very stiff sliding door.

Wonderful villa

Wonderful villa equipped to the highest standard and very comfortable beds . Beautiful terrace with excellent sun beds and pool towels provided. Stunning views and so easy to walk into the marina with all the restaurants etc. Excellent communication with the owners and with their management team in Lanzarote. We often stay in this area and I can honestly say this is the best villa yet we shall go back and I have already and would recommend this to friends . Thank you for letting us stay in such a beautiful place.

Lovely well located property

This was a short working break, but the property was ideally located - very quiet, great views and well maintained. We would certainly come again, either on our own or with the family. It is easy to walk to either e local restaurants or the short ferry trip to Puerto Carmen (which is a nice 45 minute walk too).
