Precioso apartamento de dos dormitorios con fantásticas vistas al puerto de Tenby. Capacidad para 5 personas, dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y vistas al mar, segundo dormitorio grande que puede estar compuesto por 3 individuales o una doble y una individual.
A solo unos minutos a pie de las tres galardonadas playas de Tenby y a minutos de las tiendas y una amplia variedad de cafeterías y restaurantes. Perfecto para un fin de semana para dos parejas o para unas vacaciones familiares.
Kemendine aparece en cada postal de Tenby, con su grado en la lista y lleno de historia. Era una casa pública en el siglo XVII y la placa del patrimonio sobre la puerta muestra que George Eliot (Mary Ann Evans) escribió su primera novela aquí.

Amazing memories made

We stayed this weekend at this little gem of a house. Perfect location, the most amazing view to wake up to and fantastic info from owner. We made wonderful memories this weekend and will definitely be back.

Perfect location

This apartment has everything you could possibly want from a trip to Tenby. Location, views, access to shops and restaurants, never ending entertainment from watching the tide go in and out and all the activities is the harbour.

Comfortable stay with great views

We stayed at the property from Thursday to Sunday. Correspondence with the host was brilliant and very prompt. The host allowed us to check in and check out at our convenience as the property wasn’t being let either side of our stay. This made a huge difference and was such a lovely gesture. The property had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Sitting in the two bay windows and enjoying the harbour and beach view was a real treat. The property is within walking distance of the town and lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The only criticism was that the flat was cold on arrival and it was during a cold spell. The property had overnight storage heaters so had to be turned on and then we had to wait overnight for them to be warm the next day. The storage heater in the living room wasn’t working so there was a small oil filled mobile radiator supplied but it took a while to warm the flat through.

Large property Would benefit from an upstairs bathroom or at least a toilet. Otherwise the property has everything you need. Parking is a bit difficult especially for someone with a blue badge.

Great break

Lovely little apartment with great views over the harbour and our children loved being able to borrow the wetsuits. Really well situated to make the most of everything Tenby had to offer.

Perfect place to stay in Tenby

We had such a nice time at this cosy property in Tenby …like being in the front row at the theatre. The shower wasn’t easy and we didn’t manage to work out how to get Freeview on the telly, but otherwise all perfect. I am sure Caroline and Roger would have assisted if we had asked for help. All in all a wonderful airb&b experience,

Fantastic property in excellent location

This property offers everything. A stunning view, super easy access to all of Tenby’s beaches and the town is on the doorstep. All you need to do is relax and enjoy. Tenby itself is beautiful and offers all that you need for a relaxing break. Communication with property owner is excellent and the welcome letter received is very helpful and informative. The house is very well presented, comfy beds, good/clean linen and towels and a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need, although Tenby offers many great places to eat so no need for cooking! Great all round accommodation.

A beautiful apartment, fantastic view, high quality finish

Just the perfect location with amazing views. The apartment is well furnished to a high standard. Clean and tidy with quality bedding, crockery and cutlery. Many great pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The choice of 4 beaches on the doorstep. Everything to suit any family- Tenby is a hive of activity but maintains a relaxing feel. A great holiday location all round.

Family quality break

This property is just lovely, beautiful location, and had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. We loved the views from the window seats and enjoyed relaxing watching the sea roll in over the beach below us. Beautiful, would highly recommend.

Lovely Accomodation

My wife and I stayed in this property with our 3 children (aged 9, 7 and 20 months) for four nights on a short holiday in Tenby. The accommodation was clean and ideally located on the harbour within walking distance of the town and the beaches. The property was lovely - big rooms with fantastic views! It really was a perfect 'base' for our family break. We all wished we could stay for longer and would very happily stay here again.

Beautiful View of Harbour

A lovely Georgian apartment. Very spacious, with a great view of the harbour and beach. Brilliant location for restaurants and bars after a hard day at the beach! Loved it, feel refreshed and very sad to leave such a lovely place.

Great location in Tenby

We had a great weekend staying here in Tenby as a family. Location is faultless as it is right next to the harbour & next door to an Italian restaurant. Cracking views from the living area and the main bedroom. Had a problem with a leak but Caroline was very quick to help deal with it for us and did not have any impact on our holiday. Will be back!!

Perfect location

Lovely property in a perfect location right in front of the harbour. The view from the bedroom was to die for. And I discovered Tenby Harbour Brewery just around the corner!

COVID BREAK!

Such a lovely apartment in an amazing location. Well equipped, clean, and lovely big bedroom with view out to the harbour. We visit Pembrokeshire and Tenby at least twice a year exploring the coastal paths. Loads of pubs and restaurants to choose from. We are ate Plantagenet House and Florentinos which was very conveniently right next door ! Both excellent. Also savoured the ales at the Harbwr brewery. Thank you for letting Is use the apartment and we will be booking for next year.

We are Roger and Caroline and have been coming to Tenby with our 3 boys who are now all teenagers for the past 18 years for our family holidays. They have grown up playing on the beach as toddlers and now they are older enjoy all the water sport activities and eating out as a family in the many restaurants.
We also love getting away for the weekend by ourselves, especially off season and enjoy the stunning walking along the Pembrokeshire coastal path with our dogs.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views over the harbour are wonderful whatever the weather and constantly changing. You can never get bored watching the hustle and bustle of the harbour in the busy summer months or off season just the tide coming in and out, no two days are ever the same.
The location is unbeatable, when the children were small it was fantastic to have 3 beaches on the door step, not having to pack up the car and get everyone ready, if you forgot something you could just pop back for it. Now the children are older it is the perfect place to given them a bit more freedom in relative safety and there is always plenty going on.
Although we overlook the busy harbour the evenings are very quiet and there is very little traffic so a good nights sleep is guaranteed.
We also love having so many wonderful restaurants and cafes in walking distance, there is no need for a car unless you want to explore further afield. We have often stayed for two weeks and not needed to use the car once.
