Great bungalow in a fantastic location, 10 minutes walk to beach and 15 minute walk to the centre of Sutton on sea. Very secure and large garden.

Lovely cottage close to the beach but in a quiet residential area away from the bustle which has been perfect for our family. The garden was great for our dog with loads of space to run and play. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Stayed 3 nights with my dog and we both enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was perfect with just 15mins walk to the beach.

We stay in the area regularly due to visiting my parents and this was the cosiest of our stays. Perfect location for walking our dogs (Acre Gap being a stones throw away). Comfy sofas, comfy beds, everything we needed. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

The street is quiet and the house is close to the beach and Sutton on Sea town centre. It's well located.Parking is private, off road and convenient.The garden was mostly very tidy and is well secured.The house was warm throughout.The kitchen was clean, as was the rest of the property, and it was comfortable.The "welcome" supplies by way of tea bags, milk sachets, washing up liquid and a spare loo roll were appreciatedBUTthe furnishing seemed very tired, including worn/split cushions in the seats in the conservatory which we eventually found had spilled their filling underneath a covering blanket.the bathroom was also very tired, an old and grubby light pull and the bath's sealant is very unsightly.the bedding seemed very old and the towels provided were unpleasantly worn and thin.we could not find a visitor's handbook to help us mange the TV or heating or to switch on the ovenGenerally we enjoyed our stay because of the positives, but would not return - at any price - because of the negatives outlined above.

Charming cottage. Great amenities. Lovely garden. Comfy beds. Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go again. Also, I was slightly worried it would smell of dogs but it absolutely doesn’t. We loved it for a Sutton on Sea mini break.

My wifee andi ( and our small dog) found the cottage to be the ideal place for a short restful break The information provided by the owner about local dog friendly places was particularly useful

Fab weekend

The weather was lovely always helps, the cottage was in a great position for the dogs with the Sandilands walk to sea meaning we were only 10 mins away from the sea front. The cottage had everything needed, the conservatory was the best!

Great cottage

Lovely cottage with everything you need and very clean and tidy, lovely to have a conservatory which was always warm. Also good to have the enclosed garden. Just a short walk to the beach where dogs were allowed. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Superb property

Lovely clean property with literally everything you would need.Simple self check in and full instructions given by owner.Lovely garden which our dogs loved.Nice quiet area with the beach and nature reserve just around the corner.Deserves six stars and we will be back.

Relaxing weekend

Carl was really helpful due to us changing our booking to the other property he rents out in Mablethorpe, the house was well equipped, garden enclosed great for GSD, close to fantastic beach with lovely large beach cafe, thoroughly relaxing stay before the madness of Christmas, will definitely be back again.

Nice cottage good location

We stayed at sunshine cottage mid July and found it to be very comfortable. Only a very short walk to the beach and to town with a nice secluded garden perfect for our Labrador. The pond was very nice and it was like home from home as we have fish of our own. There was fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived so we could have a cup of tea straight away. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

A lovely little property.

A very clean property, with everything a family of 4 might need for a stay near the sea. Quiet neighbourhood. A problem with a drain was fixed very quickly; the owner and the housekeeper both contacted us to explain what was happening.

Coconut Cottage

Very clean Everything you could need supplied. Dog friendly garden Plenty of space Covenient to beach Would have been 5 but feel that decor is tired. Should consider chaning nets to blinds as weather was hot and cottage very warm

As you know my wife was ill ‐ and is still attending hospital daily- and she found the garden room very restful It was a shame we had to cut short our stay because the cottage was ideal for us - and our dog - to have a break

Cosy cottage in Sutton on Sea

Stayed at the cottage during Easter week 2016. Sunshine Cottage is really near to the promenade and beach - so handy for dog walks by the sea. Sutton on Sea had enough to offer for us for a few days, a quaint seaside village unlike the nearby the larger busy resorts nearby. Not far by car if you want to visit them. The weather was quite cold when we visited but the heaters in the cottage made us feel nice and cosy. Good dog friendly garden and off road parking. Ideal if you want a quiet relaxing break to the seaside.

Nice place 👌

Overall the place was lovely, close to the beach and very quiet area, however unfortunately the sofas and chair smelt really bad of dog urine, obviously understand pets are allowed but the smell was very over powering However if this wasn't the case it would be spot on, would recommend 👌
