Quality property with everything as described. In fact, exceeding the initial expectations based on the photos (particularly swanky room at the pool level). Spectacular sea views from any room and any floor, well maintained and decent size pool. A welcome basket much appreciated. Dimitra, the property owner, is very responsive and proactive. Amazing help from Natalie, who looks after the villa, including extensive touristie tips, extras on request (a pot, a parasol), superquick fix of the leaking shower or a mulfunctioned fan. A car - definitely a must but location worked for us well given uncomplicated access to Fiscardo, multiple beaches, supermarkets and yet delivering well on piece and quiet we were after. A minor thing of note, particularly for those with allergies - visiting stray cats could be a bit overwhelming.

Our 4th stay in Evreti. Chosen for the tranquility, closeness to Fiskardo, views across the sea to Ithaca , rural undeveloped location.

Wonderful stay and did not want to leave

We had a wonderful stay and the host Dimitra was helpful in answering our questions and Natalie was absolutely amazing and even replaced the coffee machine the same day, which didn't work which we were very grateful for! The pictures of the views are even better in real life which we were thrilled with and the pool was a really good size to swim in. The friendly, sweet cats were a wonderful addition to our stay. We will definitely return!

Villa Armonia did not disappoint

What a fabulous time we had at Villa Armonia. You definitely do need to hire a car for food shopping or trips to local village or Fiscardo for a evening. We did get a taxi a couple of times which was 15 Euros each way so that we could all enjoy the local wine 😉 Natalie who cleans the villa lives very close by and was so very helpful with suggestions of where to go as was Dimitra. We would without hesitation recommend this villa

A memorable holiday

I thought twice about leaving this review as I want to book this next year and don't want anyone else to find it... However, this a superb villa in a stunning part of the beautiful island of Kefalonia. The villa is situated a short drive from the picturesque village of Fiskardo. There are numerous beaches within 20 20-minute drive, so much so that you could visit a new one every day during a week's stay. Myrtos and Asos are slightly further away, but also easily reachable. The property is clean and spacious and has a pool perfect for splashing around in (though perhaps a little small for any proper swimming). The views to Ithaca are breathtaking and you won't get fed up with sitting on the terrace looking over the sea. If I was being ultra critical, I'd say that there are a few kitchen utensils that are either missing or have seen better days, but trust me when I say it won't spoil your stay. Natalie who lives near is very responsive and knowledgeable of the local areas and helped us to quickly solve a couple of minor problems. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at villa Armonia

We spent 10 nights at the villa and had a fantastic time. The villa was exactly what we expected (spacious, well laid out, nice and clean with a stunning view across to the island of Ithaca.) We had one minor issue with the airconditioning which was quickly resolved by Dimitria. The local beaches are fantastic and ideal for snorkeling and paddle boarding. Fiskardo is only a 5 to 10 min drive away and great for eating out.

Beautiful villa in a stunning location

We had a wonderful time at Villa Armonia. A lovely villa, with incredible views, in a beautiful area of Kefalonia. Dimitra was very helpful and quick to respond with a few queries we had before our arrival and while we were at the villa, Natalia was extremely friendly and helpful with extra towels, local knowledge etc. Evreti is about 10 minutes drive from the nearest tavernas and shops so you would need a car. The only thing that could be improved would be a proper set of utensils for the BBQ (unless we just didn’t find them!) Would definitely recommend to anyone. Fantastic!

Stunning villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at Dimitras villa. She was a great host, always quick to respond to any queries / issues. The villa itself was stunning, with an incredible sea view, the best view of anywhere we have ever stayed. The location was so peaceful which was perfect for relaxing and was only around 10 minutes drive to Fiskardo. We traveled with our 9 month old baby and they catered for this really well with a cot, high chair, trike and inflatables for the pool. We would definitely love to stay again one day.

AMAZING VILLA!

Amazing house in the middle of montains - the house is in Evreti, a neighborhood 6km away to Fiskardo and less than that to Foki Beach. Great view, very comfortable, clean, kitchen well equiped and refreshing pool outside. Excelent option to stay if you are looking for a quiet place!

STUNNING VILLA!

This villa is stunning. The photos of the view do not do it justice. Took our breath away. So so quiet too and extremely relaxing. Lovely clean villa, great size private pool, very close to Fiskardo which has so many lovely restaurants and things to do such as renting a boat for the day. Dimitra is easily contactable and responds very quickly to emails if you need her. Highly recommend this villa. If driving from the airport be aware the roads can be quite narrow and very twisty turny. Took us about 90mins to do it going carefully. But stunning views as you go.

Just perfect!

Armonia villa is amazing. Everything was clean and nice when we arrived. Dimitra is a great host, gives you information and is available if you have questions. Although we only stayed for a week the house got cleaned after 3 days which was really nice. The villa is perfect for 4 persons with lots of outdoor space and a great pool. The view is absolutely breathtaking and cannot be explained. You just have to see it! We'll be back and will definitely stay longer than a week next time :)

Just Fantastic!

Armonia Vila is in a spectacular location with breathtaking panoramic views which cannot accurately be captured in photo's. The villa was larger than expected and was well equipped, it was spotlessly clean. The outside space was fantastic with excellent outdoor furniture. it is an incredibly peaceful location.The nearest taverna is by Foki beach, approximately a 1 hour leisurely stroll. There are fabulous taxi services in Fiskardo if you choose not to hire a car. Dimitra, the owner was fabulous and couldn't do enough to help. It was our honeymoon and the trip completely surpassed our expectations. We would definitely return and have already recommended the villa to friends and family. Fiskardo was fabulous, the people were incredibly friendly and generous.

A holiday to remember.!!

We spent 7 nights at Villa Armonia. The villa is situated in a lovely quite part of the Island only 5-10min from Fiskardo. The villa has a stunning view of Ithica and it was lovely to sit on the terrace and watch a breathtaking sunrise - Truly stunning!! The accommodation itself is very clean and specious although basic. There is WiFi available and there is plenty of room outside with a good size pool. Dimitra the host is excellent and very helpful. When you arrive the basics are provided - bread, milk, eggs and butter - a nice touch! She also provided inflatables for my two children to play with in the pool. With regards to eating out. Foki Taverna is very reasonable with a lovely beach with crystal clear water. Odysseus Taverna in Agios Jerusalem is also a lovely place with great traditional Greek food also with a fantastic beach. Fiskardo also is worth a visit if you want to see how the other half live!! I highly recommend Villa Armonia. I'm sure we will visit again. Thank you

Ideal for a relaxing holiday

This being our 6th trip to Fiskardo in as many years we enjoyed our stay at the Armonia Villa in Evreti. It's a lovely spot for a quiet relaxing holiday but still only a 10 minute drive to Fiskardo where you'll find lots of lovely restaurants, supermarkets, boat hire etc. The villa was spotlessly clean and provided us with all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Outside was a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds and an umbrella if shade was required, there was also a BBQ but we did feel the patio furniture in that area was ready for renewing. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any question. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return to this village and indeed the Armonia Villa

A perfect base to explore Northern Kefalonia

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Villa Arminia. Dimitra was very easy to contact and quick to respond to any queries. The villa is situated in the quiet village of Evreti but is easy to reach by road and is only a 10 minute drive to Fiskardo. Local taxis were cheap, €10 into Fiskardo. Our favorite local stop was at Foki beach, a stunning cove with clear azure blue waters, a great place to swim and relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the villa and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful & peaceful location

Thank you for a lovely stay at Armonia Villa. It was perfect for our family. The pool was lovely and it was helpful that it was on a separate level so we did not have to worry so much about our toddler falilng in. The view was panoramic, we loved it. We explored some beautiful coves in the north of the island.

Very special location and lovely villa!

We really enjoyed a very relaxing week at Villa Armonia. It is in a beautiful, quiet location but within easy reach of Fiskado and some lovely beaches. Dimitra was easy to contact and always very helpful.

Simply Wonderful !

This was our second visit to the Island, so we were really excited to be returning. Villa Armonia surpassed our expectations, it was truly amazing. The location is stunning, breathtaking sunrise and seaviews, the pool and villa are outstanding. We had the most wonderful holiday, our only regret was that it wasn't for longer... our children are already asking us if we've booked Villa Armonia for next year !

Beautiful villa in a stunning location
