The apartment is very spacious, free Wi-Fi, HD TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Situated in the heart of Liverpool's shopping district, and nightlife, with shops, bars, restaurants, Liverpool University and fantastic public transport all a stones throw away. You’ll love our apartment, because of the location of the apartment and the size. It is very comfy and modern with a bold bright colour in each room. The apartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
The Space:
This incredible modern apartment has 4 bedroom with 4 double and 3 single beds. all with modern white en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a brand new 42 inch Plasma smart TV on the wall.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has wheelchair access.
We have 3 other apartments in the same block, all ground floor and next door to each other and can accommodate large groups up to 50 guests.

The large living space with an open plan living room and dining area is the perfect room to eat, drink and laugh together. The big comfy leather sofas and plasma tv on the wall are very cosy. Each bedroom has its own lock on the door.
Bed Linen and Towels
This apartment, benefits from fantastic Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury Egyptian cotton towels which are provided for each guest during their stay at the apartment. All of our bedding is dry cleaned and freshly ironed.
Kitchen
We provide all necessary kitchen utensils to make sure you have the perfect stay.

Please note we use a guest app service, which will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules as soon as you make a booking with us. 14 days before your booking, you will get a text & email prompting you to click on the link, which takes you to the mobile responsive website which has a map of where you are staying, directions to and from airport, train station etc . 48 hours before your stay you'll get another text & email which will tell you that your arrival details have been released which has all the access information to get into the property that you have booked for your stay. We will provide an emergency telephone number for emergencies during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on site, so we can't store luggage in advance of your check in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can't hold tickets to football games/theatre shows for guests.
Other things to note
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a secure luxury apartment block. There are 4 bedrooms each with their own brand new en-suite bathrooms and HD Smart TV. There is a large open plan Kitchen and living room with comfy sofas and a plasma TV on the wall. This brand new apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and even a chrome American Fridge. There is a cycle store room, a utility room with a washer & dryer.
There are 4 double beds and three single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and desk, dressing table and chair, mirror in each bedroom.
Please return keys and fob in the lock box on your departure.
Please note that the loss of keys will result in £100 charge
Please turn the heating off when you leave the property.
Please keep property locked at all times.

There is a code for the apartment block. We will provide instructions of access are provided once the apartment once the apartment has been booked and 48 hours before check in.
The Neighborhood:
This amazing apartment is located right in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. It is in walking distance of bars, shops, public transport. Liverpool is an incredible city with so much to see and so much do. Head to the Cavern Quarter and learn all about the Fab Four nearby at The Beatles Story! Here you can discover how the band members met and go behind the scenes at the Abbey Road Studios and also visit the famous Penny Lane. Have a walk round the Albert Docks and taste some gorgeous food from all the restaurants there and listen to some live music.
You could even hop on a cruise ship and go round the Mediterranean. Visit the vast amount of museums and art galleries Liverpool has to offer. Tate Gallery is the most popular modern art gallery outside of London! The collection is situated inside a former warehouse at Albert Dock, and is bright and spacious. Lady Lever Art Gallery houses another art collection in the city. The World Museum is filled with fascinating artefacts from all over the world. Merseyside Maritime Museum is another popular museum showcasing items related to seafaring, sea travel and Liverpool’s own port. People travel all over the world for the tourist attractions, nightlife and great food Liverpool has to offer. There is one thing for sure you are guaranteed to have a fantastic stay in our perfectly located apartment.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop directly outside the flat door on Moss Street and round the corner on Prescott Street which together cover most areas of Liverpool. You can also sign up and hire a bike online and pick it up on Prescott Street which is the closest bike station. Taxis are easy to flag down, Delta taxi firm is a good local company in Liverpool.
Car Park
We have a secure gated car park on site - which we can provide parking there for £10.00 per day per car. Please get in touch directly, if you want to pay for parking during your stay.

Great place to stay and excellent location.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfy, and the living area was very spacious. The location is close to restaurants, convenience store, and other amenities. Loved the Beatles theme.

We stayed there for 28 days and did very much enjoy our time. Location was ideal as close to city centre without the noise of the city centre, close to shops and easily accessible by taxi or buses. the apartment was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of 6 and the ensuite bathroom in each room was an added bonus. Overall we rate it highly and would return if possible.

Leak in roof
The apartment itself is in a good area and easy to walk into the city. The apartment had a hole in the kitchen ceiling and when we arrived the whole kitchen was under water with a dirty colored water. They didn't send someone to fix it a couple of days later but said they have been dealing with this for 3 years. Bedroom 2 was also very cold as the window wasn't great and allowed a lot of air in. The check in process was disappointing also when the keycard for the parking wasn't left as requested. The owner did reimburse us for parking and discounted the stay a little which was nice.
