Al oeste del centro de Albufeira se encuentra colorido puerto deportivo de Albufeira. Es un gran lugar este para pasar una tarde de ocio viendo a la gente y los barcos, y bebiendo café o una cerveza en una de las muchas cafeterías elegantes vienen bares a lo largo del puerto deportivo. Se puede decir que un esfuerzo considerable, y la inversión, ha entrado en Marina de Albufeira. Es muy colorido, con esculturas de delfines y mucho más. Hay un club de su yate, además de tiendas y varios viajes en barco salen desde el puerto deportivo.

Very well equipped and in a super position in the marina. Bars and restaurants a 1 minute walk. The apartment needed a few repairs especially the bathroom with cracked tiles and losely fit hand rails. Would we come here again...in a heart beat.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Albufeira. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. The view over the marina is lovely, albeit very busy and not particularly quiet, it is peak season though. A choice of bars and restaurants in walking distance and a taxi rank right outside your door so very convenient to get around. The security is not the best, we were unfortunate to be victims of a burglary on our first day. We left the apartment to go for breakfast for one hour, closing the door behind us expecting to be safe with a Yale type lock but we made the mistake of not dead locking the door and we didn’t use the safe, our fault, perhaps naive. I recommend that guests always double lock the door and keep valuables in the safe. The thieves took all of our cash, euros and pounds which put a damper on our stay. The police weren’t any help and the we would have expected the lock to be inspected/changed by the property manager. We think the thieves either picked the lock or ?? Otherwise recommend this accommodation.

Long term stay

The location was great for us. Was well equipped for short term stay.Had some issues with the power going out often if you tried to do two things at once. But the property manager answered right away and once we knew how to get it back on no problem.The apt is a little tired and is in need of a little love. You can tell it is only used by renters that don’t really care. No cleaning supplies on site or vacuum, just a broom and mop for a long term stay it would have been nice to have proper cleaning supplies. Overall a good stay.

This unit was as advertised. The only negative critique I would have is that the queen bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable.

A Perfect Stay

We stayed here for 5 weeks and had such a great time. The location is extremely convenient with a number of restaurants at your door step and a quick walk or Uber/Bolt/Taxi/tourist train or Tuk tuk ride to old town which are waiting all outside the front door. We really enjoyed this unit in particular as the building was smaller than some of the others so only one other apartment on the floor. The air conditioning worked well as did the dishwasher and laundry so was great for a longer stay. We hope to return some day and would not hesitate to book here again. The beaches and albufeira in general were amazing. Thank you to the owner and property managers for making our stay such a memorable one.

Apartment was good for 5 of us, with one on the sofa. Kitchen was small but had most of the items we needed to do a few meals. That said, if we used the oven and had the air conditioner on (in the living room) at the same time, the power would have to be reset. The location suitednour needs as we had a rental car. Warning!!! If you keep the spare key in the keyhole on the inside of door, it will cause you to be unable to use the key on the outside to get back in the apartment, as it will jam the lock. Costly mistake, as we had to pay to get the door opened by the handyman. Just mentioning this, as locks do not function the same everywhere around the world.

Excellent apartment, location was good to explore Albufeira old town and surrounding areas, you do have plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. You don’t need to go far if you don’t want to. Would highly recommended and I will be back 😊

Want to Return!!!!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment on the marina for a month (we stayed here last year for a month too). My sister and brother-in-law joined us for a little over a week. All of us liked the convenience of the location. It offers transportation in the front of the building, restaurants and boat tours down a flight of stairs by the marina, and is within walking distance to Old Town. There are 2 elevators to the third floor apartment. It was spacious enough for the four of us. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are firm and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the comings and goings of the tour boats. Since the balcony faces south we got sun all day long. Another plus is the pool. It is well taken care of. So clean and we could always find a lounge chair. We had one problem, which was our own fault. We locked ourselves out of the apartment on a Saturday! Both set of keys were on the table in the apartment. Carlos was such a huge help getting us back in! Thank you again! My husband and I sincerely hope to return for a third visit next year.

Algarve getaway

The location was excellent, lots of restaurants, bars and activities nearby. There's a private crystal clear pool but the beach was not easily accessible from the Marina, even though it says 800 meters. There was underground parking included which was great as it kept the car cool. The apartment was a good size, with a balcony overlooking pool and marina. However there are a few minor improvements that could be made to improve the overall experience. The lock on the front door was antiquated and difficult to use. Kitchen had new appliances, but was meagerly equipped, no filters for coffee maker, no paper towels, and the corkscrew was broken are some examples. The dining room chairs looked new but when you sat on them you sank down as there was no bottom on the chairs The tv remote battery cover kept falling off and the batteries in the air conditioner remote need changing. The beds were hard, and our hips hurt after after 2 weeks of sleeping on them. There was a tub in the ensuite bathroom with a hand held shower which was awkward to use. There was a good size TV but there was only 6 Portuguese channels to chose from. Luckily we could sign into our Netflix account to watch English language shows. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed being in that location.

Excellent location, lovely apartment, we had a fabulous time. We wee met by tbe host who had arranged the transfer from the airport, comunication was very good.

Great Marina stay

Lovely apartment with full amenities. Located at the marina which is full of lots of bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the old town of Albufeira.

We find the area perfect to access to the beach by foot or car. Marina area has lot of restaurants, shopping, children play areas, water sports.

It has easy accessibility, can be reached without having to enter the old town. Also it has access through the old town as well. Has a Giro bus stop just outside the apartment.
