The house was well located and well organized. It was very comfortable for the three adult couples that were in attendance. The out door amenities, including the lake (of course), fire pit and corn hole were much enjoyed and appreciated.

A place for great memories

We loved this home. It was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful inside. The entire family enjoyed every part of this home and had something to go on all 3 floors. The access and view of the lake was perfect. If we had more time we would have loved to get rent a boat and enjoy more of the lake. We shares great memories and would love ro do it again.

Great Family Vacation Site

The house served us well as 19 family members enjoyed a one-week family vacation. Beds in the downstairs bedrooms are a bit snug, but it was only for a week and we were together! The hot tub was very popular as were swimming off the dock and fires in the fire pit. A rented boat gave the grandkids hours of fun tubing on the very large lake. The oven in the kitchen didn't work, but Railey quickly provided another one. The very large table in the dining area allowed most of us to sit together for meals. We were surprised there was no soap in the bathrooms, but a quick trip to Walmart fixed that. We would rent this house again.

Nice and clean property

Great view, nice property but a bit dated. Clean and everything was good. Gas grill had no propane but they had a new tank the next morning. Kitchen had nothing for spices or supplies but otherwise a well stocked with cooking items. I would go back to this property.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves at this home. But on Sunday the power went out for 6hours and there where no flash lights or candles for us to use. Other then that we enjoyed the house

We loved our stay at the Sundance. I’m sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

The house was very roomy and comfortable for our group of 15. Everything was provided for us except for our consumables, which we knew when we rented the house. We wished we knew a portable crib was available, instead we brought our own.

It didn’t hurt that we had 7 days of beautiful weather. House was comfortable for our large family. Was very well stocked with kitchen necessities and the proximity to the lake could not be beat. Location was ideal with stores and restaurants close by.

Fun weekend away!

10 adults stayed the weekend and it was a blast! There were enough accommodations for everyone and the house was really great! There were a couple things like not all the jets in the hot tub worked, there was a dead fish tied to the dock, and we were looking forward to some foosball and I guess they no longer have it... but it was a great weekend and we would stay there again.

Beautiful rustic, and spacious lodging option

I recently rented this lake house for the weekend of my birthday (9/22-9-24). A large group of friends accompanied me and the house was spacious enough to fit roughly 20 people. It has a private entrance, private parking, and a private walkway to the lake. Additionally the deck is spacious, well furnished, and offers a beautiful view. The house isn't necessary modern, which is not a bad thing. But they have flat screen tvs in almost every room, a speaker system, an arcade game, and bathrooms every where. My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend , which including family style meals, an outdoor bbq, and some time in the Jacuzzi. I would definitely rent again!
