La cabaña tiene un ambiente cálido y acogedor y un excelente alojamiento. Todas las salas de recepción y dormitorios tienen vistas al mar. El famoso hotel Lugger y el Ship Inn están a pocos minutos a pie.

El jardín es lo más destacado de la propiedad con dos terrazas de piedra y un área de terraza con vista al mar, al puerto histórico y al pueblo. El pasillo es un horno de cal catalogado.

Hay tres salas de recepción, una cómoda con una gran ventana donde puedes sentarte, relajarte y mirar el mar. Una sala de estar con Sky +, estación de conexión para iPod y WiFi. La sala de estar tiene una estufa de leña para acurrucarse en los meses más fríos. El comedor tiene capacidad para 10 personas fácilmente. Hay una cuna de viaje con colchón adicional, cambiador, puertas de escalera y una silla alta.

Puede aparcar fuera del garaje al lado de la propiedad.

Día de cambio: comuníquese con el propietario, ya que puede ser flexible.

Las tarifas están sujetas a cambios hasta que se confirme.

We all loved the house and the location, the views from the garden were stunning and it was the perfect place to have an easter egg hunt.The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed, the beds were very comfy. We coukd not fault a thing.

Lovely property in a great location, fully equipped with tasteful furniture and a fully equipped modern Kitchen. Bedrooms are large, airy, light and clean. All linen was newly laundered and of good quality. All in all, a delightful stay with a wonderful cliff garden. As always in Cornwall, parking would be an issue with more than one car; however, there is a handy and reasonable community parking area.

A lovely relaxing couple of days at this lovely property - watched incredible sunrises over the sea, enjoyed cosy nights in front of the log fire and had a lovely meal at the hotel just a few steps away from the house. Homely, comfortable and well equipped, we loved our stay at Cliff Garden

Blissful retreat

We had the most amazing time at Cliff Garden, it super clean and very well equipped, for all occasion, needs and wants. The garden views are not to be missed, it’s a perfect base for exploring nearby beaches and other destinations. We loved our holiday there and hope to come back next year!

Cliff Garden is a Gem

We loved our stay at Cliff Garden. The cottage is filled with light, has a wonderful kitchen, the most comfortable beds, and is just steps from The Ship Inn for the best fish and chips! The cottage was larger than we needed as a family of 3 but made us realize that we will come back with friends next time! Our only wish was that our stay be longer!

Waterside, warm and welcoming

Great location, lovely property, and a very thoughtful, responsive and helpful host. Weather was not so kind but the house was warm and cosy so it did not matter.

We had a fantastic stay. The property is stunning and very well equipped. I would recommend to anyone. It is ideally placed to enjoy Cornwall. The whole trip was completely without an issues.

Very nice stay in Portloe

The cottage is nice, quite spacious and very near to the sea. Garden with a beautiful view. The only downside is the slight dampness. But overall we loved our stay.

Dear Bert, I am so glad you enjoyed the cottage and your stay in Cornwall. As we say in our notes on the house, the area as you enter is technically an outside space as this is the historic feature of the old lime kiln. Unfortunately as this does have rock walls it does appear damp from time to time, especially in the wet weather like we've been having. All of these old listed cottages do suffer from moisture as they are so close to the sea and we do also highlight this in our notes. I am glad that you still loved your stay. I am going to double check the property to make sure that the main accommodation is warm and dry. Best Wishes Fiona

Perfect retreat - will be back!

My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at Cliff Garden, visiting beautiful quiet beaches, eating excellent food in local restaurants. The area has something to offer for all the family and the house is so well equipped and comfortable, we felt very at home. Will definitely be back as we hear that there is going to be a new kitchen and decoration before Christmas. Can't rate this place highly enough - Portloe is such a gem.

Absolutely Perfect

We couldn't have found a better place to stay for our Cornwall vacation. The house was clean and beautiful and well-appointed, while still maintaining the old cottage by the sea charm. The host was very availalble if we needed anything and the village residents were lovely. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely weekend break!

We had a lovely break here. Great communication from Fiona throughout booking. The home is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped plus the views from the bedrooms are amazing! Property is within a stones throw of the small harbour (perfect to give the dog a quick run) and the local pub with very friendly owner. Would absolutely recommend the property and the village.

I have let Cliff garden since 2005. We use the cottage as a family holiday home too so I have tried to make it really comfortable and a good place to stay to enjoy the best Cornwall has to offer. I like to think of Cliff Garden as a home way from home and hope you will too.

Portloe is a beautiful picturesque fishing village on the Roseland Peninsula. It has wonderful beaches and cliff walks. Local pubs and restaurants serve delicious cuisine. It is very peaceful yet you are able to travel to all the attractions of Cornwall quickly and easily. A bus service runs through the village to local areas which can be very handy.

The cottage is actually situated on the South West Coat Path with stunning cliff views - perfect for walkers, and their four legged friends.

The little harbour and beaches nearby are perfect for walkers, swimmers, anglers and professional sand castle builders.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The atmosphere of the cottage and its garden is such that it is the perfect place to unwind. The lovely sea air and listening to the waves is so relaxing. To sit up in the garden and look out over the sea has meant many guests have hardly left the property during their stay.

The house has a comfortable feel with top quality beds for a good nights sleep.

The friendly Ship Inn about 100 metres away serves good pub food. The little harbour is ideal for swimming or paddling as well as watching the boats go in and out. Freshly caught crab and lobster is readily available.
