ESPECIAL DE INVIERNO 2 noches $ 450 SIN CUOTA DE LIMPIEZA - The Heart Of Brewster

Nuestra casa "The Glass Mar" se encuentra en la histórica Tubman Road, en el corazón de Brewster. El salón está abierto a una cocina cocina y un comedor en el primer piso. Hay una amplia cubierta de la sala de estar supervisando un patio trasero grande, semi-sombra, un lugar perfecto para sentarse y relajarse después de un día en la playa, tomar un cóctel y la cena parrilla (barbacoa de gas incluido).

Hay dos amplios dormitorios y un baño en el primer piso. Arriba, hay un tercer dormitorio, segundo baño y un gran loft / sala de estar con un sofá cama. La sala de estar está equipada con los niños juguetes, juegos de mesa, libros, un televisor y un sistema de entretenimiento Wii, todo lo que los niños necesitan para entretenerse.
La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos, incluyendo una máquina de café Nespresso y está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar o en la parrilla. Hay Wi-Fi y aire acondicionado en la casa. El patio está semi sombra, tiene un par de sillas de madera y un pozo de fuego para disfrutar de asar malvaviscos en la noche.

Nos encanta la zona de Cape Cod y nos gustaría que nuestros huéspedes tengan la mejor experiencia en el Cabo. La casa cuenta con dos bicicletas para adultos, que se puede llevar a dar un paseo a lo largo del Cape Cod Rail Trail y cerca del parque de estado de Nickerson. Hay muchos estanques locales en la zona de Brewster donde se puede ir en canoa, pesca y levantarse de pedaleo. La casa cuenta con sillas de playa, una sombrilla de playa, un refrigerador y juguetes de playa para los niños. Beautiful home, lot to love

We stayed over July 4th, 2025. The home is very clean and has everything you'd want at a cape house. The grill worked great, the AC was excellent, lighting, TVs and backyard were all functional and well appointed. The owners were extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. We have 3 kids ages 8-10-12. The home worked great because the kids could sleep upstairs and enjoy the living room up there while we cooked or slept etc. :) They refurbished the home- bathrooms were new etc. The outside driveway can fool you into thinking it may not be as good, but the owners are working on the landscaping and once your inside, the home is awesome. My kids enjoyed the spacious backyard and we enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit. Don't hesitate- great place. : )

Great outdoor space and play room

Property is in a great central location within Brewster. Beds, common areas upstairs, and playroom on the second floor were in great shape. The basement play space, outside/yard (landscaping, fire pit chairs), and some of the decking/railings could use some T.L.C. The propane was gone on the grill when we got there and there were old wet towels in the drier still soaked from the prior renter. Otherwise the property offered everything we needed for a nice family vacation near the beach

Check your code!

Arrived at 1030 pm in the pouring rain and code would not work. Tried calling owner and contacting thru app. Had to make alternate arrangements for that night at our expense. Finally heard from owner the next morning who apologized for giving wrong code. Got a refund but didn’t even cover one night of our stay. Window a/c units had black mold and need to be cleaned. Very strange refrigerator - you practically have to get on floor to access freezer. No washcloths in house. Extremely uncomfortable mattresses on bunk bed - couldn’t even use them.

Good location for accessing town, beaches and ponds

Well appointed kitchen, but small so hard to have more than 1 person working at a time. Location provides easy access to many beaches and ponds but once off Susan Lane the road is a bit windy and not great for walking so while the beach is technically walkable I would recommend driving if you want to arrive safely. Nice deck with grill for outdoor meals. Loved the outdoor shower!

Quiet Cape Cod Stay

The house is Cape Cod style and has two bedrooms with one large bed each on the first floor and a bedroom on the second floor with bunk beds and a larger bed. The living room is cozy and the kitchen has everything you need for a nice stay. The street is quiet and in a circle that is nice to walk around. It's a short drive to the beach and the Brewster Store (our favorite place). We stayed in winter so Brewster was quiet but still lovely. There is good lighting outside of the house so you can see if you return to the house when it's dark. We did have a little trouble with the key pad and contacted the owners and they responded quickly.

Classic, clean, comfortable Cape cottage

Comfortable and clean. The fire pit and the outdoor shower were nice treats. Ping pong table and bikes are in good shape (not a lot of room to play pong if you're a serious player, just fyi). Host was always responsive. Grill is great and ample. Porch table and chairs are very good. Kitchen stocking is average I'd say. Generous AC options all over the house.

Cute Cape with lovely deck. House fit our needs, would have liked a bit more cabinet space in kitchen but had all the things we needed. I might change cleaning services as the clean towels were still in dryer and bath mat in tub was moldy. House clean overall. Also in great location for our needs.

Tree house living

House was roomy and clean. It felt like living in a tree house. Sitting outside on deck or around the fire pit was relaxing and a good opportunity to spy birds. Would definitely rent again. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location.

Wonderful Brewster house

This was a great house for my family vacation. This was our first time in Brewster, and it was an easy drive to the Chatham, Orleans, and the national seashore area where we spent most of our time. The house is on a quiet dead end street, and fit our 3 cars easily (could have fit another if we had needed it.) We fit 6 adults and two kids into the house comfortably. The house had plenty of things to help make our beach vacation perfect for both adults and kids (beach chairs, outdoor games, large outdoor table on the deck, two bikes, and plenty of toys for kids of all ages.) The ping pong table in the basement, outdoor shower, and the fire pit were nice add ons to the house. We had one minor problem the first day (the air conditioner in one room Wasn’t working) but George promptly came and brought a new air conditioner even after he was told we wouldn’t need it for the week. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

We live in the Boston area and have enjoyed going to Cape Cod for years. We have two young children, ages 14 and 9. We had traveled to many different areas of the Cape, love exploring the Atlantic coast as well as the Bay beaches, as well as checking out various ice cream shops and lobster shacks. We fell in love with the house because of its central location, within a few miles from the best beaches the Cape has to offer, as well as within its close proximity to so many fresh water ponds. We like going to the beach in the summer, riding our bikes, going camping, canoeing , hiking and traveling, as well as spending time with our friends and family.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The "Sea Glass" is a typical Cape Cod house exterior with a nice contemporary European look on the inside. We had rented many different houses on the Cape over the summers and loved Brewster area and the beaches near by - Corporation, Mayflower, Skaket beaches. The area had a special meaning to us because of the wonderful summer vacations we've had in the Brewster area and we knew we wanted a find a home in the area that we can return to every summer.

The "Sea Glass" is a spacious property which comes equipped with everything you may need during your vacation. If you are a coffee lover, you can enjoy Nespresso coffee on the porch. If tea is your passion, the kitchen comes fully stacked with variety of tea choices and modern kitchen appliances and amenities. The "Sea Glass" comes with two adult bikes, BBQ HD TVs with cable, high speed WiFi and garden fire pit. Beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler are waiting for you. There is a loft/lounge on the second floor full of family games and toys, where the kids can play. In the basement we have a game room with ping pong table.
