Nuestra casa ha sufrido recientemente una transformación completa. Todos los pisos de baldosas nuevos en los baños, fregadero de acero inoxidable 60/40 en la cocina, lavaplatos de acero inoxidable, triturador de alimentos, duchas, tocadores, espejos, accesorios, ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina, cubiertos, inodoros de altura cómoda, gabinetes, 1 cama king / ropa de cama nueva, 2 nuevas camas queen / ropa de cama, pintura interior, algunas exteriores, accesorios de chimenea, 60 'HDTV y mucho más.

Ahora, hablemos de la vista! El sol se pone directamente en el medio de nuestra cala cada noche. Disfrutará de un porche proyectado con una maravillosa vista del muelle y otro HDTV. Sistema de audio para toda la casa con sonido envolvente en la sala de estar y altavoces en el porche proyectado. Muelle privado con escalera de baño / plataforma. Armario de lavandería incluye lavadora y secadora.

Nice location but some issues

The place was overall really good. The only issues we found were the “outdoor shower area” was found under the deck and was completely unusable. Overran with spiders and filthy. The futons were actually regular couches and the steps leading to the dock were rotten and very unsafe. 2 of the deck chairs were dry-rotted and caused a family member to fall. Everything else was great! Just wish the fish bit more!

Perfect lake house

My family stayed at this lake house to escape hurricane Milton. It was such a relaxing, beautiful place to stay. Communication with the owner/management was super easy and checking in/out was a breeze. This is a must stay. We hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect lake house

When you think about staying at a lake house this is it. Sit down lake views from the family room plus a screened in porch to take in the view. We rented a boat and were able to tie up to the dock which was super convenient. Loved using the lily pad and noodles in the lake. The kitchen fridge had an ice maker and water. We would come again.

Very Relaxing

My husband and I booked for the weekend for our Anniversary. We planned to rent a boat to spend the day on the lake, but unfortunately it rained majority of the day. Barrett was very kind to not charge us for the boat rental though we had already signed an agreement. It is a very relaxing and peaceful home with gorgeous views. 10/10 would recommend and plan to re-book in the future.

Nice Fall Break

We had a great time at Smith Lake for a relaxing fall break. It was me, my husband, our 8 year old son plus my elderly parents. I appreciated that the steps down to the lake were not at steep as other properties. We rented the boat one day and had a fabulous time tubing and skiiing even though it was October! Would definitely go again.

Perfect Lake House

This house is wonderful! No clutter, clean, comfortable, new bathrooms…beautiful view of the sunset. The walk to the dock is easy, the lake water is gorgeous and clear. We had the best time! Also rented the owners pontoon boat - a blast - highly recommend renting the boat. We would definitely rent this house again and again!

Nice and Relaxing

We had a great stay; comfortable, beautiful views and relaxing. Online indicated 3 Bedrooms, 5 Beds, Sleeps 8; actually only 3 beds. If one family member had been able to come as initially planned, it would have been a problem. Suggestion- label light switches, add iron/ironing board, and set of mixing bowls. Thanks for making your home available! I look forward to returning!

PERFECT Family Vacation!

What's not to love! The house was great, clean & comfortable. The cove was perfect location, quiet, clean water, great fishing. The sunsets were magnificent from the house and the new boat dock. We also rented the boat from owners which was spacious and sooo convenient! We will be back!

Very comfortable stay!

The property was clean and so comfortable. We spent most of our time on the quaint back porch. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is well equiped. If you stay, renting the boat is a must. It was so convenient and great fun!

Fathers Day Trip

We really enjoyed Sam’s Sanctuary. We were 3 adults and one dog for quick Father's Day trip. Just enough room for us to eat at the kitchen bar. The home was clean and updated with only minor imperfections. We really enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch, the boat dock sitting area, large floating frog pad was fun and we rented the pontoon for a day. TV’s where a bit of a challenge, but ran u tube channel from our phone. Only a few minor things, but all calls were answered promptly and owner is very responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would rent again. Great home.

Great Lake House!

This property is in a great location! Very close to the Country Mall and Trident Marina. The house was very clean with everything we needed for our week long stay. You cannot beat the sunsets at this property, gorgeous! We had 4 teenagers with us and the bedrooms fit them perfectly and they loved the dock. We were also able to rent their pontoon boat and that was great. Barrett was a very responsive host to any questions we had.

Perfect fall break

We had a great time and love the property. Weather was nice, and the water wasn’t too cold for the boys to swim etc. But cool enough for some fires at night and s’mores!! We’ll be back for sure.

Cozy and clean property on the quite channel of the lake

We went there with our 3 kids which one is still under 1yo. House does not have many steps to the dock so we were not exhausted at all running to the dock and back. That is a huge plus on the lake house. Very clean house assuming that they allow pets to stay. Beautiful views of the lake from the house, dock is huge and has lots of extras for kids to enjoy the water activities. Few flaws were - no close restaurants and grocery stores around, also there are no boat ramps close to the property. Closest one appeared to be 35 mins away, we brought jet ski's but were not able to launch because it was simply too far. Owner recommended few places that were within 10 mins but when got there we were politely asked to leave because these ramps are in a private communities.

Peaceful and Breathtaking Views of Smith Lake

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this home! It was clean, had privacy and beautiful views of the water. The location was not far from the Trident Marina which had an excellent restaurant The owner was very welcoming and willing to let us bring our labradoodle. There are some steps going down to the boathouse that need repairing. We loved using the boathouse to dock our kayak, fish, relax, read, and just enjoy the beauty of the lake. It was very peaceful and we feel rested and restored. Would recommend this home!!

The shocker beware !

We rented this house for a week. We checked in and went to the lake and swam and couldn’t her out of the water. The ladder at the dock give off a electrical charge when you grab it to her out of rhe water . The pantry in the kitchen was locked so all of rhe grocery you bring has to be stored in the living room .
