Salón con pantalla plana, TV por Internet, reproductor de DVD, sistema de música Bluetooth y Wifi. Piscina privada, jacuzzi de 6 plazas. Sala de juegos con mesa de billar, home cinema con sintonizador AV para conectar cualquier dispositivo o consola de juegos, cama doble, sofá cama, baño con ducha. Cama doble en planta baja, W. C.con ducha.

Estacionamiento fuera del camino. Situado en la mejor zona residencial de Puerto del Carmen-Calle Taburiente, Los Mojones. A diez minutos a pie de la playa principal y del casco antiguo, a 5 minutos de las tiendas y restaurantes locales, Spar y Lidl en el camino para todos sus elementos esenciales, privados y sin pasar por alto.

La ubicación es la perfecta en todo Lanzarote. La atención del personal es super excelente, son muy educados y atentos. Recomendado 100%.

Muy recomendable repetiríamos

Los 3 hemos disfrutado de la vivienda. La casa tiene mucho encanto y todos los servicios necesarios y algún extra. La piscina sin ser de gran tamaño es lo suficiente para disfrutarla. Las camas cómodas aunque nosotros estamos acostumbrados a almohadas un poco más grandes, pero eso va a gustos. La parte inferior es toda una sorpresa. Hemos disfrutado mucho del home cinema. Quizás recomendaríamos poner un repetidor de la wiffi en el sotano ya que al conectar el pórtatil a home cinema la señal es un poco débil. La casa tiene mucha privacidad, tranquilidad y servicios cercanos (puedes ir caminando). El contacto con los propietarios fue continuo. A nuestra llegada el jacuzzi estaba estropeado y nos ofrecieron poner la calefacción en la piscina y en solo 2 días teníamos un jacuzzi nuevo, el cual estrenamos. La ubicación es buena ya que se encuentra hacia el centro de la isla lo que permite desplazamientos muy cercanos a cualquier sitio. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir

Fantástica casa, con muy buena ubicación

La casa está muy bien, con una piscina suficiente para los huéspedes y un jacuzzi desde donde se ve el mar. Está a 5-10 ' de las playas, bares, restaurantes... Lo único negativo sería la ausencia de persianas, y que alguna almohada y colchón no son muy cómodos (aunque esto puede ser subjetivo). El trato de Tina previo a nuestra llegada fue muy amable, y el Nikki en Lanzarote fue INMEJORABLE. Gracias!!!! Esperamos volver!

Having visited Lanzarote several times we chose this villa based on the location which did not disappoint, it is ideal. The pool was clean, however we had to top up almost everyday to avoid what we assume were filter issues. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the villa was extremely poor. It was very apparent that it had not been cleaned properly for sometime, thick dust and dirt was very clear without much investigation which was very disappointing. Curtains and sheets had rips in some, there were stains on one sheet and amongst the dust under one bed was an unknown pill. It could be best described as being maintained by quick limited surface level cleaning if that. We had to buy cleaning products whilst shopping.

Great family villa

This villa is perfect for a big family holiday, there was 6 adults and 2 kids. And accommodated us more than adequately, it’s in an ideal spot to walk to all amenities. It’s in a perfect spot for sun, but there is also outdoor undercover areas for shade. The pool and hot tub we all really enjoyed. It also included everything we needed such as a few pool floats, board games and beach towels.The pool cleaner was very kind and Nikki was very helpful.We all enjoyed it that much we have booked again for next year.

Villa Review

We enjoyed our stay at the villa which accommodated myself and my three adult children. We had everything we needed for our stay in the villa and the villa owner checked in via text to welcome us. She was easily contactable if required but we did not have any issues. The villa is spacious and has good views from the balcony and is walking distance to the beach. We had a great stay.

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa is perfect for a family with plenty of space as well as lots to keep everyone busy. The pool and hot tub were clean and ideal for us. We also really liked the cinema room for a movie in the evening! Many thanks for a great holiday

Great stay

Beautiful views of the lanzarote sea from the upstaurs balcony. My kids loved the projector screen in the basement to watch movies on in the evening. Microwave broke but swiftly replaced. 5 minute walk to lidl and a few bars/resturants and a shopping complex. Fast communication. All in all a lovely holiday thank you.

Perfect property in Puerto del Carmen

Just back from a fabulous holiday at this gorgeous villa. From initial enquiries through to returning home, the owner was prompt to reply to any questions. The villa in is a great location, a couple of minutes walk from bars, shops and a few minutes more to the sea, and the main strip. The villa has everything you could need, it was so quiet at night that you could sleep with the windows open. The hot tub and pool were wonderful, and the pool table was good fun. There were books and games and plenty of space for the whole family. We were able to park the car in the street right outside without issue.Special thanks to Nikki, who helped to make my husbands birthday as memorable as possible, and for directing us to the local pharmacy when my son was ill, and then checking later that all was well. I highly recommend this villa, as long as it's not when we want to book it.

Very Nice

Christmas 2024

We had a lovely fourteen nights at this villa and the facilities are great loved the jacuzzi and the pool and not too far away from all the nightlife and restaurants. Communication between us and the owner Tina was brilliant and the housekeeper Nikki was absolutely fantastic any questions was always answered promptly. When we arrived we had a bottle of fizz and beers in the fridge which was much appreciated. Would definitely return in the future.

Great villa!

Family stay with adult children. The villa is situated in a great location: Lidl a short walk away, shopping centre (Zara, Bershka etc) nearby and a gym is easily accessible, and under 10 mins to the beach, bars & restaurants.The villa is clean, bright & airy with multiple bathrooms (good water pressure) and comfy beds. The hot tub & pool are well maintained and the bonus of sunbeds and a lovely outside eating area.Villa is very well equipped with anything you could possibly need: lots of kitchen equipment, iron/ironing board, hairdryers etc and comfortable lounge area for when the weather was a bit grey.Nikki was fabulous and on hand if required and gave us notice when a pool maintenance visit was due.I would definitely recommend Casa Del Sol and its lovely hosts - we have re booked for next year!

Excellent Villa, excellent location!

We stayed at this villa in October 2024 and it was a fantastic holiday. The villa was everything we could have hoped for with great facilities and all the items needed to make a comfortable and homely stay. Nikki was a great help and was very friendly and accommodating. The location of this villa is perfect, so close to lovely restaurants and shops. I cannot recommend this villa enough!

Great family holiday

Thank you for letting us stay. We loved the property, the children enjoyed the pool and we loved the hot tub. We didn’t want to hire a car, so the location was perfect, we could walk to the bus stop and shopping area. Communication was great and helpful. We would certainly return.

A brilliant week away

Property is spotless and in a great area for bars and restaurants. With 5 mins of 3 supermarkets which is also handy! The kitchen has all the utensils you could possibly need and enough cutlery for the family. The housekeeping team got the property ready super early for us on check in day which was a nice touch. There was a local issue with the water but this is an island wide problem and not something that can be helped, although, this soon sorted itself. The pool area is fantastic and is in the sun all day. There is enough shade under the covered table area which is great for those who like a break from the heat. We loved our stay and will definitely consider Casa Del Sol again!

Perfect family villa

We stayed as a family of 4 so plenty of room for everyone. Villa was very clean and facilities excellent. Great location for amenities. Nikki was super helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

Long promenade with lots of shops/bars/ restaurants only 10 min walk away. Great bus service too, bus stop just a few mins walk away and Lidl 7 mins walk away. You have everything you need at close proximity. Only downside is the pool is on the narrow side but we still had a great time. Villa is lovely and has everything you need.

Lovely villa

Villa was lovely, spacious and very clean. Great area, close to Biosfera. Communication was brilliant with both host and property manager, very accommodating with check in and out times. As a frequent visitor to Puerto del Carmen this was one of our best stays.

The Villa is a perfect location as its private in a residential area with off road parking.It has a panoramic sea view and is a 10 minute walk to the beach,shops and restaurants. The Old Town is a few minutes walk away with lovely fish restaurants, tapas bars and boat trips leaving the harbour to various parts of the island.

The Villa has easy and quick access to the beach,shops and restaurants.
It feels very private and homely with all mod cons,including flat screen TV,DVD,Music System and Wi Fi. Fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms,basement which also sleeps up to four,two bathrooms and separate WC.
Al fresco dining and barbecue on the terrace. The basement has a pool table a cinema projector which is great for chilling out and gives the children lots of enjoyment.There is a large selection of films and books to enjoy.
We have a small private pool with separate jacuzzi with a beautiful sea view.
Private balcony upstairs off the master bedroom great for escaping with a good book or watching the sun go down with cocktails.
