Dos bares húmedos con refrigeradores, 1 adyacente a la piscina y el otro en el ala de entretenimiento. Sala de juegos con mesa de billar americano de 8x4, tablero de dardos y un elegante televisor de pantalla plana LCD de 55 ". Gran salón con TV de pantalla plana LCD de 40 "y estufa de leña para las noches más frías de invierno, Estudio / Biblioteca completa con muchos libros, primer piso para relajarse. Área del salón en el rellano con dos sofás Chaise Longue con vistas a la piscina, al mar. La villa se completa con audio de múltiples habitaciones basado en Internet controlado desde su teléfono inteligente. Seleccione su elección personal desde la comodidad del sofá, la silla del comedor o la tumbona y escuche en segundos. Los decodificadores de TV basados en Internet le permiten buscar cualquier película que se haya transmitido instantáneamente a cualquiera de los televisores. Pure bliss

Stunning Villa

Beautiful villa in a stunning location that has everything you need! Even better than the pictures, especially the pool and the beautiful views every morning. You will need a car to be able to get around, lots of beautiful beaches nearby and lovely little restaurants. Owner Andy is so lovely and helpful, always available if you have any questions. We had an absolute blast and did not want to leave! We will definitely be back again! 😎❤️

Truly Stunning Villa

From arrival to departure we were relaxed and at ease. 2 families stayed in the villa, and due to the size of the property we never felt on top of each other and had space to escape if we needed to. The pool was fantastic and spacious, and was needed in the blistering heat, Andy came round every morning to clean it, and was always happy to chat and provide guidance of places to visit and restaurants to visit. Having 3 Gluten Free coeliac persons in the group we were advised to try the restaurant up the hill, it was amazing. The villa has everything you need, and is in a stunning location, but you do need a hire car, and the approach road is fun if you take out full insurance on your car. All in all, BRILLIANT.

Sun worshipers paradise. Smashing Villa and holiday😁☀️

Absolutely loved the Villa. If you are after a peaceful holiday where you can just enjoy the weather this is the perfect place. Really clean and comfortable. And the pool is just huge. The Sun occupies the lounging and pool area from Sun rise to sun set but has some lovely shaded seating areas to get a bit of a break if needed. Andy the Villa owner is a lovely guy, he comes every morning to give the pool a clean so is available for a little chat if you are an early riser. He is always available via phone and text if you ever need him, but otherwise very much unobtrusive and not seen. The property is quite secluded so a car is essential. We hired from Bellapais car hire at a very reasonable price. They organised our transfers to and from the airport in Larnaca and delivered the hire car on arrival at the Villa. You will cross the border between the south and north of the island but this is no big deal and quickly navigated. Just show your passports. You can’t use your uk mobile data in the north of Cyprus but you can purchase a local SIM card that will just slot into your phone from the big supermarkets at a good price. These will cover mobile data for your holiday. We ate out every night as there is many restaurants off the main road between the Villa and Kyrenia which is roughly a 45 minute drive in total. The local supermarkets are roughly 10 minute drive and the restaurants start at the same point. Overall would highly recommend Villa Harmony.👍

Die Villa ist an einem sehr ruhigen Ort, mit dem Auto erreicht man aber schnell einen Shop oder Restaurant. Double Gemini kann ich empfehlen, ist nur paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Nette Service, leckeres Essen. Allgemein die Leute in Nordzypern haben wir als sehr nett und hilfssbereit erlebt. Die Villa ist gut aussgestattet, der Pool könnte bessere Reinigungssystem haben. Der Inhaber hilfsbereit und nett.

Lovely peaceful holiday

We have stayed in many villas and this was definitely a favourite. We like to be away from touristy areas and this was the perfect place to relax with an amazing view you could never tire of. Watching sunrises and sunsets was unforgettable. House is well equipped for all generations, plenty of books, a gym, satellite TV, WiFi, a fantastic games/pool room which we used every night! Lots of areas outside to sit or laze in the sun or shade. The seating by the barbecue looked nice but was a bit high for the vertically called members of our party so we stuck to the other seating area to eat. Property could do with a bit of TLC in places and we had our fair share of power cuts but it didn't detract from a fantastic stay. The electricity being limited is actually a good idea and makes you aware that it costs a lot to run a big property - definitely a good lesson for my teens. A few supermarkets and restaurant within driving distance. Wouldn't be possible without a car which we hired from Pacific Rentals who collected us from Larnaca airport and delivered the car to the villa. Cafe at Tatlisu beach was one of our favourites as it's basic food but lovely location. The cats were a bit of a nucience but we've had that issue in most holiday villas. Andrew was really helpful and knowledgable about the area. We will return!

Amazing vacation

We had a great time and fully enjoyed the house, the pool and the view. Particularly the pool was lovely warm, relaxing with beautiful view of the sunset. Andy was quick to respond to questions and helpful throughout our stay. We will happily come back to this hidden gem in North Cyprus.

The property is now tired. Due to the solar energy there was only 1 show that could be used for our party of 8 adults and 2 children. On top of that the shower leaked and when I informed the owners the response was try not to aim the shower at the door and use bath mats to absorb the water. There was a problem with the light switch which caused the power to trip. Thankfully this was dealt with. When asked about logs for the log burner in the lounge we where told you can pick them up at the supermarket. It was the winter season. We where also given an allowance for the electricity 300 units and told we would be charged for going over this. On the plus side there where plenty of toys to keep the children entertained. The welcome pack was appreciated.

Amazing villa with great sea views

From the moment you walk in it's hard not to be impressed with many wows as we set about exploring. The facilities are great and the layout is really well thought out - there is always somewhere to sit or lounge whether it's the shade or sun that you want. For us the location was perfect - we loved the peace and quiet and as the local bars and restaurants are just off the main tourist routes they offer great value local dishe - we would recommend you try the meze at Yaman less than a mile away. Andy is a great host - he pops in early each day to clean the pool and as he lives next is almost always on hand whether is directions, advice or a new battery you need. We have stayed in many villas over the years and this is by far the best - what more can you say.

Peaceful holiday retreat

A very spacious and well-equipped property with stunning views and lots of 'extras' not usually offered in holiday villas - ie gym, alcohol bar (you pay for what you use) and excellent music system with speakers throughout the villa and outside. No shortage of seating/dining areas in and outside, so sun worshippers and shade lovers are well catered for. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and he lives right next door, so you don't need to worry should there be any problems. It is an extremely quiet location and a car is essential. Nearest big supermarket for shopping is approx 25 mins away, so you need to be organised with shopping requirements etc or else you will spend far too long driving back and forth to shops. Small convenience store is closer, but you still need a car. Master bedroom suite was extremely spacious, although if being picky the lack of a bath/full size basin was its only downfall (there is a WC and a shower but that is all in the ensuite - family bathroom is available however). Also a dressing table where you could comfortably sit would have been a nice extra. However the plus points of the villa far and away outweigh the negatives. All in all we were very pleased with our choice of holiday villa and would definitely consider returning.

Prepare to lose your family in this amazing villa

Well what can we say that hasn't been said in the other comments - it's all true. Whatever you do make sure you pack your swimwear on top of your case, because whatever time you arrive (12 midnight for us) you will want to get into that pool. As a family of 5 our summer holiday involves a lot of sightseeing and action, prepared with a book on Cyprus and an itinerary it all went out of the window when we arrived at the villa, we have never had such a laid back carefree holiday and it's not hard to see why when you arrive here with the bonus of Andy the owner who goes out of his way to make your stay so pleasurable, there is no need to bring anything can you believe there is a sewing box, cooler box and ice blocks and even a mobile phone to contact him at any time even though he is close by. Having booked this villa 12 months in advance it lived up to all our expectations and beyond, truly amazing.

Simply The Best

We have stayed in several villas around the world and this is the best of them all. The place is a mansion just as described where 8 persons can each find their own quiet place if required with several shaded areas to relax and unwind. The attention to detail is exemplary with just about everything you can think of available, the fantastic pool with swim up bar is the perfect place for sundowner cocktails, or relax in the jacuzzi, the owners have gone out of their way to make sure that your stay is the best holiday ever. We have been to Cyprus many times but always stayed in the popular resorts on the South side but decided to give the North side a try and are so glad we did, unspoiled and uncommercialised this is how the Mediterranean used to be, cheap food and cheap beer and a smiling welcome everywhere you go. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for this wonderful experience

Exceptional Holiday :-)

As soon as we arrived at the property we were amazed just how lovely it was. The property was far bigger than expected (particularly the master bedroom), amazing. There are so many different rooms you don't know where to start, and the grounds are just mind blowing. So many different areas all within the boundary line, let alone the surrounding areas that you are also free to roam un hindered. The cleanliness of each and every room was spot on, and we spent quite a lot of time in the games room which was the base of most evenings. The decoration again across the property was crisp and clean, loved the touch of the bottled water being provided free of charge. Outside we did not know where to start, BBQ, Pizza Oven, second BBQ or cook inside and just eat out under the canopy. The location was great as it over looks the sea, which yes you can get access to, within a few minutes walk. We watched the sunset every night from inside the pool. Then if you looked out the front you had mountains. The owners (Andy and Maria) were fantastic so welcoming and if you ever needed anything all you had to do was ask. The book of instructions was great as this gave you ideas of where to eat, drink, beaches to visit and just general advise about how things worked inside the property i.e the sonos system, which we did use as we all love our music. The location was great with the hire car (highly recommend Cyprus Pines Vehicle Rental and Transfers), as if you drive a little inland you have the mountains (which we will explore next time), about 1 mile away was a great place to eat, and there was easy access to other bars, beeches and little towns. We would also recommend getting up at 5:30am only if it is done just once and turn left out of the property front to take a walk, as it was not just beautiful seeing the sunrise but also seeing the abandoned ruines that are scattered about the island, Some supposedly date back to 200bc! We walked for about an hour out and managed to find a little pathway to a secluded beech. The wildlife and plants randomly dotted around also kept us busy on the walk. We visited Million Dollar Mansion/Villa Harmony after reading all of the reviews as a family, and we can all say we had the most fantastic time ever, and would love to return. Overall, absolutely stunning location and property, book now and your will not be disappointed. xxx

Luxurious, tranquil surroundings with accommodating owners

The minute you drive through the border into Northern Cyprus it feels like you are going back in time , the roads are so quiet and the people relaxed . All the reviews are spot on- the villa has , not only the WOW factor, but also everything you need to enjoy a perfect family holiday . The views are stunning , music system amazing - download the free Sonos app to play your own music or get any radio station in the world piped to any room or outside area- and the villa itself is high spec . Andy was fab , he lives just behind you and slips in quietly to service the pool each morning which means there are no high chlorine/salt levels - the kids commented that they could swim with their eyes open ! He is there on hand if you need him - to draw personalised maps (so I didn’t get lost when going to the beach he Recommened), he showed us where the local supermarkets were -there is a garage & small shop 5 mins drive away or a bigger supermarket 20 mins away( which sold HUGE delicious prawns ) and showed us how to use the many gadgets . Bafra beach ( 40 min drive ) was a beautiful, sandy, shallow beach with crystal clear , warm waters . We went early and almost had it to ourselves . Our son LOVED the jet skiing for £18 !! There is so much to entertain you at the villa, we enjoyed pool tournaments , darts , late night swims , collected fire wood from the Carob trees on the farm land behind the villa to fire up the pizza oven and enjoyed bbq’s and drinks outside as we watched the sunset . We have stayed in some stunning villas , but this one is by far my favourite!!

The photos don't do it justice, it's even better.

As you arrive your jaw drops you enter the villa it drops again when you see the pool it drops again when you see the bar is stocked and there's a fruit basket you think great that'll do for the cocktails because there's a cocktail recipe book in the fully stocked bar. There's a room I'm reliably informed is a Jim or gym (local culture can be strange) that's air conditioned with a sea view. TV room air conditioned as is the snooker/pool room and THE FULLY STOCKED BAR (you have to pay for what you open but at pretty much the same price as from the shop) Do get a hire car and don't worry about driving it's the same as the uk except less cars on the road. Andy's a font of useful local knowledge and a nice bloke too. His restaurant recommendations were spot on as was his local bar tip. We'll be returning to Villa Harmony.

Amazing large well kitted out Villa, great views

Ok, where do I start ! There were Seven of us all adults and arrived at the well lit up Villa Harmony at about 11pm after a Larnaca transfer. Within Five minuets we were all in the wonderful pool. cooled off and then had a look around this magnificent villa. We easily unpacked into the numerous bedroom cupboards and then hit the well stocked bar. Andy had also left us a big welcome pack which came in handy for that evening and breakfast the next day. You could not fault the villa and its great proportions as other people have mentioned. We used and enjoyed all the villa had to offer from a 5pm swim up Gin and Tonic to a late night port on the sunset terrace which also offered a nice breeze. BBQ was well used and all kitchen facilities were there. There were many restaurants quite local and at a great price too. We used the Air con for sleeping only and found the units to be nice and quiet helping us to sleep very well considering it was still about 34 outside !! A car is needed due to the location but we were fully aware of this as we wanted to experience the lovely villa and the more rural restaurants and beaches. Good supermarkets available but they are 15 mins away. We would call into one after a trip out and buy the frozen raw prawns for the BBQ. They were fantastic and so much cheaper than home. If we return to Cyprus we will use this villa again and we are very happy to recommend to anyone. Great villa, Great pool, Great relaxing stay..... Wish we were still there. PS, Andy stated we are top of the league for what we spent at his well stocked bar !! Can you beat us ? Andy has the details. Dave Wood.

Hi we are Andy and Maria who moved to Cyprus 10 years ago from England. I am a general builder and Maria runs a property management company. We have two children.
We decided to combine our skills to design and build what we believe to be the perfect holiday home.
Using Marias knowledge of what a holiday maker requires when they rent a vacation property we set about trying to exceed all those expectations literally from the ground up. We purchased a beautiful piece of land with outstanding views in a very peaceful location but still centrally located to all of the major places of interest.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The reasons for building the property where it is were mainly for the peacefulness and the views. Mostly the only noises that are heard are the waves crashing on the beach and the birds singing in the trees.
Watching the sunrise and sunset from one of the many balconies or terraces are fantastic ways to start and finish the day.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There are several restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive should you feel the need to dine out. The closest is only 2 minutes away but with 4 different dining areas, state of the art kitchen, wood fired pizza oven, 2 BBQ,s and 2 bars the need to venture far is not necessary.
A multi-room audio system has been installed for your entertainment. Each room in the house together with the swimming pool terrace has HI-Fi speakers which can be independently controlled from your smartphone. You can listen to your choice of music in the lounge whilst others listen to something different elsewhere. Using 'Spotify' and 'Sonos' apps downloaded for free to your phone you are able to listen to whatever you want wherever you want. Internet TV is also installed allowing streaming of your favourite movies
