Almost perfect!

There is so much to be said for this property. It’s location and views are stunning! However, it could really do with some updating. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is a great size, lots of outdoor space, comfy beds and great communication with the property manager. A lot of positives, but we all felt that with a few updates, it would be perfect!

A great house. Liked it that every bedroom was en suite. Beautiful garden that attracts a variety of bird species. Facilities over all was very good. However, the pool cover needs changing to operate electrically the pool itself is great. Great value for money. Amanda the agent does a good job and is very approachable. Brilliant views-great space

Property was spotless on arrival. Exactly as pictured. Extremely well equipped kitchen, I even baked a cake! However would benefit from a couple of larger pots needed when for cooking for 8 persons. Easy 20 minute walk into town, Uber available for going into Lagos. We found the Spar good value. Wi-Fi worked fine for teleconferencing and film downloads Surprised at the size of the television (small) Enjoyed the pool, trampoline and table tennis. Loved the stunning views and the exceptional landscaped gardens. We had an army of cleaners arrive on day 10 and the pool guy twice. Beds and pillows super comfy, towels all large and fluffy. The best was Amanda. Communication excellent and small issues resolved immediately. We would not hesitate to recommend or rent the property again.

Beautiful villa

What a superb Villa (exceeded our expectations) in an amazing place. The views from the upstairs terrace are breath taking. The photos don’t do it justice. It could do with a bit of updating, but overall it’s a very spacious villa with all bedrooms benefiting from en-suite bathrooms and AC. The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was large. We were a party of 7 ranging in ages from 16-78 (3 generations). Although we have stayed in the Algarve area many times, we have never stayed in Luz before - it is wonderful here, and very easy to access the town from the villa on foot (nice easy 20 minute stroll). Although we had 2 hire cars, with lots of places very accessible and within short distances, the local taxi service is excellent and very good value - we used Dario’s taxis every evening to take us into Luz or Lagos (only 3km away). We encountered a couple of small issues at the Villa, but these were dealt with very promptly by Amanda. We would come back in a heartbeat and have had a fantastic holiday.

A Lovely place in a great location

Local super sossegado, instalações muito bem tratadas, ressecção excelente, simpatia e rapidez na resolução de contratempos por parte do gestor da propriedade, apenas uma exceção de alguns contratados "manutenção da piscina", não acompanharem o profissionalismo do gestor da propriedade.

Another nice stay in the Algarve

We four friends spend every spring a week in the Lagos region . We enjoyed the four bedroom/bathroom villa with this spacious pool. It's a lovely silent place to relax and take an aperitif at the first-floor-veranda with a sea view. And an easy ride to Lagos by car. Unfortunately we did not try the grill place or the kitchen, as a men's party...but they look nice as well! Thank you Amanda, all went very easy!

Wonderful villa in a wonderful location!

We stayed here for 3 weeks in July and it was perfect for us. It was very clean and we were supplied with everything we needed. The pool was a great size and deliciously warm although I would recommend covering the pool every evening to keep in the heat of the day. Every other evening we walked into the town of Luz which has many excellent restaurants. The Dolphin, Look, Fabrica and Boaty's to name a few. The walk was around 25 minutes. Boaty's was further at about a 35 minute walk but I would thoroughly recommend it as the food and the service were next to none! Amanda was on hand to help us with any enquiries and she clearly knew the area well and was great at recommending fabulous places to eat. Overall it was a really lovely villa and we are looking forward to returning to it next year!

AMAZING!!!

Well, what can I say....this villa was amazing!!! We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children and we couldn't have been happier. When we arrived the cleaners were just finishing up as we arrived slightly early. The villa was immaculate and so we're the grounds and the pool. The pool cleaner came whilst we were there and also the gardeners on a few occasions. The pool was beautiful and we also paid to have it heated for our stay which was well worth it as we all needed a cool down from the 30 degree heat we had on some days. We had one slight issue with the drainage but the agent Amanda was on hand and very helpful. She arrived within 2 hours with the required drainage services and all was rectified. The layout of the villa was as described and all rooms were very secure with electric shutters and locking patio doors. The villa is very private and is not overlooked by any others. The villa felt very secure and also benefitted from front electric gates and an alarm. We didn't walk into Luz but I would imagine it would take around 15-20 minutes. We had hire cars and also used Dario Taxi's in the evenings to go for dinner. We also used the BBQ on a few occasions for lunch and dinner. It was very relaxing and great to sit and eat in such lovely surroundings. Restaurants we would recommend: Alorro, a lovely Italian in the Baia da Luz complex Onda Norte, Lagos (lovely meat platters and fish dishes) Laurencos, Salema (amazing fish restaurant) Royal Garden Chinese, Luz We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would love to return in the future. Big thanks to the agent Amanda for always being at the end of the phone and for making the booking process and our stay hassle free and enjoyable!
