Recientemente decorado y mejorado para 2019, Milton Oak Cottage brinda paz, comodidad y relajación en un entorno rural encantador. Se encuentra en una zona rural tranquila, rural, pero no aislada, en el centro de Pembrokeshire. Hay una gran cantidad de vida silvestre alrededor, con una reserva natural y un lago a pocos minutos de la casa de campo.

4 estrellas con el Patronato de Turismo de Gales.

Cocina moderna totalmente equipada, con iluminación ambiental y área de comedor para 6 personas.

El dormitorio principal tiene cama king size y TV. Las dos habitaciones individuales también tienen televisores y vistas al campo circundante.

Las puertas francesas se abren al patio privado, soleado y con orientación sur, desde una acogedora sala de estar.
Todas las playas, paseos costeros, castillos y lugares de interés se encuentran a una corta distancia en automóvil. Para aquellos que quieran relajarse y disfrutar del sol y la tranquilidad perfecta, o mantenerse calientes en el interior en los días fríos o lluviosos, esta cabaña acogedora y limpia atenderá todas las necesidades

Aparcamiento para 2 coches, en frente de la casa.

Es una base ideal para familias enérgicas que quieran visitar playas, castillos o parques temáticos, mientras que los entusiastas de las caminatas y los dueños de perros pueden disfrutar de las millas de la fabulosa ruta costera, así como de numerosos paseos desde su puerta. Para los historiadores, hay un WW2 Pillbox en el carril opuesto a la casa de campo.

Los perros son bienvenidos, sin cargo adicional, pero deben comportarse bien y mantenerse con los cables en el frente no cerrado, ya que hay gatos y la carretera. Sin embargo, hay un patio trasero cerrado y numerosos paseos desde la casa de campo, donde los perros pueden estar fuera de sus cables.

Los ciclistas pueden unirse a la Brunel carril bici a 1 milla de la casa de campo o explorar las muchas rutas de ciclismo de la zona y asegurar sus bicicletas en la casa de campo.

Un lugar agradable para el descanso

Este es un alojamiento en el campo, extraordinariamente limpio, muy bonito decorado y en un sitio silencioso, con unos dueños maravillosos, super amables, que sólo les ves si les necesitas para algo, y que nos han facilitado todo. Es una casa de dos plantas, la baja y la primera. La casa tiene absolutamente de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Un detalle muy a tener en cuenta, es que te entregan la casa con fairy, papel higiénico, gel de ducha, bolsas de basura, café..son detalles que se agradecen mucho, al menos al llegar hasta que puedas ir a un supermercado a comprar. No todo el mundo lo hace. Gracias, Barry y Chris por ser tan buenos anfitriones

Lovely cottage in a peaceful rural location, yet central to stunning coastline, interesting places to visit, and lots of walks straight from the door. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into what makes a good holiday; the cottage is extremely well equipped, beds are comfortable, lots of outside seating, masses of information, books games etc. And if that’s not enough they are available for tips on what to do, where to go, and are very friendly.

Beautiful place!

We stayed here for a couple days while visit family and it had everything we needed. Full kitchen with dining table and very comfy living room. Bathroom is located downstairs with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The bedrooms are fairly small, especially two of them but we only required the main one. The cottage is attached to the main house and there is a small back patio which is very nice. There is one parking spot in front and the home is located on a narrow country lane. There are beautiful walks nearby that lead out to overlook the lake. It worked for us and the hosts were quick to reply as well as providing more than enough information on the cottage and things to do in the area. They’re very warm and welcoming and we would recommend their cottage to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Wonderful and highly recommended

Lovely cottage fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay. Comfortable and clean and the hosts are fantastic! Really well located with footpaths for exploring locally and easy access by road to anything you'd like to visit in this beautiful area of Wales. Barry and Christine have done a great job of providing all the information on local attractions you'd need - so many to choose from. An excellent Wifi connection makes surfing the net or looking things up easy. Highly recommend you book this cosy place for ypur holiday!

Weekend away

Beautiful little cottage, we loved our stay here. The cottage was lovely and clean, had everything we needed, was super cosy and the dogs absolutely loved it there! Christine and Barry were really friendly and super helpful! Really nice romote area for a quiet break away, just a shame there isnt much around in walking distance and everything is around 10mins away. But overall a fabulous weekend away! Thank you both.

Lovely cosy home from home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage had plenty of room for 4 plus a dog. it felt very homely and had everything we needed for our weekend stay, including a well equipped kitchen. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The cottage is well maintained and everything was spotlessly clean. Thank you ….. We’ll be back next year!

Fabulous place to stay

This annexe has everything needed for a relaxing stay . Is warm , well equipped , comfy and hosts really friendly and welcoming . Tricky to find however hosts provided excellent directions and is in rural location with great walks whilst being close proximity to town etc

Couldn't be better

The property itself feels more spacious than the photos suggest. It was spotlessly clean with modern fittings, and felt very warm and welcoming when we arrived. The owners accommodated our need to check in later in the evening with no problem at all. The location is also excellent for reaching any part of Pembrokeshire in the least time - we spent time on the Castlemartin peninsula and up at St David's without having to spend hours on the road. All told, we were delighted!

First Visit to Wales

This is a lovely country cottage! It’s very close to town for supplies. There is a dedicated parking spot. The patio area was great! The inside is cozy, clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. There’s even a cat that comes by to visit! The owners/hosts live next door and were very kind & friendly when we checked in, otherwise, they were not intrusive. Great communicators too! Loved our time here, thank you!!!

Great location and beautiful cottage

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Christine and Barry were so lovely and helpful. The location is great, so much to do around the area, lovely walks, beautiful beaches, castle’s and great activities for our twin boys. The dogs loved it too! Most places around the area were dog friendly which was great. Thank you again for a wonderful time.

Short stay in Pembrokeshire

The cottage was very nice and catered for our families needs perfectly with the 3 bedrooms. A lovely quiet location a very short distance from the main towns in the area.

Short break

We stayed at a cottage in Pembrokeshire next door to the owners of the cottage. We did get a little lost getting to the property but the owners were very helpful in navigating us to the property. We found them to be friendly and informative without being invasive. We were very tired on arrival and had not had time to find a shop, however, the owners gave us some milk so at least we could make a cup of tea before setting off to one of the local supermarket. They also left a welcome pack of which was appreciated. During our stay, we found a lovely pub called the Ferry Inn which was dog friendly and the food was delicious. We also went to Angle beach and also visited Pembroke Castle all of which were within driving distance of half hour of the property.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful setting

We loved this place. It felt like home immediately and we enjoyed the quiet mornings in the sun, the cute shower that talked to us, the super tidy and sweet decorations throughout the house, the very complete kitchen and the super attentive owners. Thank you very much!

Short weekend

Lovely little cottage,peaceful and just needed for some R&R. Was able to check in alittle earlier, and stayed another night at last minute which was brill. Not too far from all the main sites in Pembrokeshire but unless you are fit and able to cycle/walk places nothing on the doorstep.

Lovely holiday home

First of all Christine and Barry are about the nicest hosts you can find! The house is very tidy, well equipped and beautifully arranged. The location is quiet, and you can get to a lot of wonderful places within a short drive. Shopping/pub within 10-15 minutes. If we return to Wales it will definetely be our place to go. to Wales

Fantastic 3 Day Stay

My teenage daughter, myself and the dog had a really relaxed and memorable few days away at this property. It was fully equipped with everything you might need. The hosts were lovely - so friendly and helpful and it is a short driving distance from so many beautiful places and glorious beaches. Totally impossible to see all there was to see in such a short time frame - we are fully intending to return. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit the area!

Barry and Christine moved to Pembrokeshire in 2000 with their 2 children and 2 cats. They found their perfect home, surrounded by beautiful rural countryside, yet near all beaches and areas of Pembrokeshire. They settled at once and decided to transform the cottage next door from a very basic dwelling, into a cottage for their families and friends to stay in when visiting. Everyone was so enthusiastic about it, that they were encouraged to further upgrade it into a superb 4 star holiday cottage, so that tourists can stay and discover this beautiful part of Wales. From the wonderful comments left by the guests in the visitors book, they made the right choice and welcome all holiday makers, their families and dogs.
