Extremely enjoyable!

The place was just as it was described to us. Very clean, modern, cozy, enjoyable with adequate furniture. The place was located in a very nice part of town. There were many shops, restaurants, and a very nice clinic (just I case you need medical assistance). There were many taxis so it was easy to get around if you wanted to go other places.

I enjoyed every square foot of the residence, I’m sorry that my friends were not as cleanly as me. They were supposed to wash the dishes!! Other than that great concierge and personnel. Mucho Gusto

Great, Great and Great

My wife and I stayed at this property. Our impression was 1. Great Property - Great property, clean, comfortable with great views. This is definitely a Penthouse Apartment located on the 17th floor. 2. Great Location - This property is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. We could walk to the grocery store, mall, etc. There are a ton of restaurants within 3 miles of the apartment. Uber fares are approximately $4. 3. Great Communication with Host - The host was very proactive in providing information prior to arrival. He also checked on us to make sure everything was o.k. They also provided departure information. This apartment is approximately 45 - 60 minutes from the apartment depending on traffic. Overall, a GREAT experience. Highly recommend this property for your stay in beautiful Medellin.

Outstanding stay

If you are looking for a safe and clean place in a great location with amazing views , you better just book this place fast . The security in the front is very nice and helpful even when I had a few friends come over to visit . The owner or property manager provided amazing service from days prior to the trip till the end of the trip . Thank you Juan for your service

Best place to stay

Location: 1. It is within walking distance to two malls. 2. It's about a 15-minute walk to Provenza. 3. Uber arrives within a minute. 4. There's a gym across the street. 5. It's a safe area. 6. The area is very nice and quiet. **Apartment Conditions:** 1. The owner is very creative; I’ve never seen an apartment with so many windows, offering great views both at night and in the morning. 2. It has everything you need, from A to Z, even an umbrella! 3. It has a big TV and a very good air conditioner. I will always come back to this apartment.

What an Amazing Experience.

This is THE PLACE to stay during your visit to Medellín. The property is absolutely stunning with floor to wall windows that overlook the northern and southern parts of this magnificent city. The location is close enough to Poblado but is located in a very upscale area called Patio Bonito which you dont hear much about online. You are within walking distance to the grocery store and several nice locations to have breakfast. The lobby is staffed 24/7 they were all nice and respectful and were very attentative to my safety as well as the other residents that reside in the building. The apartment has all the amenities all updated appliances. I would highly recommend this property to people that want to experience Medellín but also have their peace,serenity and privacy. Juan the property manager was very attentive to my needs and was available whenever I needed him. Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for picking this property you will not be disappointed. I also wanted to say that even though I traveled alone this property would be highly ideal for travelers which children since the area and building are family friendly.

Great Location!

Spent a week in Medellin and I totally nailed the booking with this place!! Two bedrooms, good size, 1 office - all with great views of the City. In a great neighborhood too! Not too far from good restaurants but not too close also to the hustle and bustle of the City. Property Manager reached out 3 days before the booking start date as well as the day of. Checking process was flawless I loved this apartment and I loved Medellin!!

Excellent views and great for daily work/play routine

I’ve stayed in several places in Medellin and this was by far the best if you’re looking for something with an amazing view, yet conveniently located for a well balanced daily routine of work and play. It’s not in the ‘party’ area, but you’re just a short Uber ride away.

Exceptional Medellin Getaway: Views, Host, Location Exceeded Expectations

My husband and I had an incredible 7-night stay in Medellin, Colombia. Coming from Florida and being originally from Colombia, I was excited to explore the city for the first time. From the beginning, the experience was exceptional. Communication was seamless, and the apartment’s security was top-notch. The host exceeded our expectations by providing continuous support, answering all our questions, and even offering local insights. The apartment was impeccably clean and modern, with breathtaking views that made it hard to leave. The security staff was welcoming and friendly, always greeting us with smiles and engaging conversations. The location was just right, striking a balance between being close enough to everything without being overwhelmed by the nightlife noise. Conveniently, there were excellent gyms nearby, both across the street and within the building. Our time in Medellin left us enamored with the city’s culture, people, and atmosphere. We can’t wait to return and relive this exceptional experience. I promise you, you will be amazed when you walk into this apartment! It has the complete package. Amazing

The location is great. It's close to grocery stores, a gym and is close to main road so leaving to other part of the city is easy. The apartment is well stocked and has an amazing view. The wifi is super fast which was great so I could work from there. Overall this location worked great for me and my girlfriend.

Great everything.

I have been to Medellin many times and this was on of my best stays .Juan was attentive to my very need . Ac worked beautifully. Hot water . Great view patio amd a grill that I used a lot .

A great place to stay

The apartment was as listed with furniture and layout as depicted in the photos. The building has 24 security, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Juan, the apartment manager was excellent: fluent English language, always responded to texts immediately, and was a friendly and helpful resource for all questions. Beds were great and showers had hot water. The location in El Poblado was as advertised -- close to two significant malls and grocery stores, many and varied restaurants within walking distance, and a pleasant, clean and safe neighborhood. The metro station is a bit of a hike (perhaps a mile) so if mobility is an issue that might affect you (but there are taxis and Uber everywhere -- you can move around Medellin from here very easily). The apartment is on the 17th floor, so you have terrific views of the city, but the noise of the street does rise to the apartment and might be a bother for some who hope for silence, but that is the only minor concern we had. All in all, a very nice place in a wonderful location. Maybe a bit pricey, but worth the expense to be in the heart of El Poblado.

Beautiful Medellin

The whole process from beginning to end was very easy ! The Condo is beautiful in itself, but you have a breathtaking view of the city out of every window! Juan the property Manager is awesome! He answered every question we might have had ! The neighborhood is wonderful, you can walk to everything! The best part of the trip was all the Columbian people we met ! So warm and welcoming! I will stay here again!

Very good value for the money. Location is quiet and away from the thick of things, yet close enough to get to the malls, restaurants, take-out delivery etc., with quick taxi/ Uber or 10 minute walk. Very Safe and fairly easy to find. The security guards are fantastic. The views are amazing and the decor is quite nice. The internet is super fast and Cable plus Netflix a welcome perk for those nights when I wanted to just "Couch" in. The Gym next across the street is so convenient and very cheap for 7 day pass. This place was a great find for my longer-than-usual stay (and it's usually booked, so go for it!). Definitely in my top 5...I will likely be back in 2020.
