Great Cozy Spot on the Eastern end of Waikiki!Great spot for any fellow volleyball players as well! With 'generally' open volleyball courts set up daily right in front of the Hotel!

Beautiful place in a great location at a great value

This was a “no frills” type of place but knew it would be at the price point. I felt like it was an incredible value - the location alone makes it unmatched and we had absolutely no complaints with the service and comfort of the unit. Would recommend!

I booked this baded on price. Overall, i was happy with the unit because of location. It does need some tender loving care to make it a better place to stay. I would rent agsin provided i only had two people and did not need a secondary bed (please replace that lousy futon). If you have two people only seeking a place to sleep at night, this is for you. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !

Perfect family spot.

Love the walkability of the area, and how close it is to literally everything. The staff were super helpful and patient. The room itself had a little wear and tear, but it had everything we needed and more. Would definitely come back.

Had a great stay. The suite was comfortable and had everything that I needed for my time and the location was very convenient for everything. A couple of vertical blinds were missing which let the building lights shine in but I hung a towel up to cover the gap. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location, great value.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. A clean comfortable place to crash at the end of the fun and busy day. It's in a perfect location close to everything we wanted, including parking across the street at the zoo. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace at the top of the building as well. Fabulous views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the there. The rental management people were super responsive to my requests and questions.

Perfect location

This small but cozy apartment was perfect. we had spent a week in a hotel and wanted to extend out stay. this location is absolutley perfect, The park is adjacent to the property, the zoo across the street. The pier, a n area in the ocea that is a safe place to allow children to swim without fear of getting too far out. The area has an elevator that make it easy to access the floors, a laundry in the basement, and a sun deck on the roof that has the most beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Thank you for an afordable safe place to spend our additional week in Wakiki.

Amazing

We loved every bit of it, we were barely in the room because we were so busy doing whatever our Birthday boy wanted to do! Last day before we checked out, we got to actually spend time before we left the facility! Would book here again! Loved that it was right next to the zoo, we got ti walk across the street after eating breakfast at denny’s. It was all top tier for us! Our first time as a family to travel & celebrate our boy! Didnt really need to talk to Mark during our stay because everything was perfect, but before we even flew in, he was very good at communicating!

Closed In!!

Even though the location was great and the front desk was friendly, you couldn't open the drapes as you had no privacy!! If you didn't mind everyone looking in your room, the view you had was terrible. I'll look elsewhere on our next visit.

Nice corner unit larger than most

Unit 500 has everything you will need to enjoy a great stay 1/2 block from beach. Cold A/C, comfy queen bed, with a futon that opens up to accommodate a 3rd guest. Condo is roomy for 3 people with all the kitchen essentials you will need to enjoy your stay and not feel cramped at all. Not to mention super quiet at night! I have stayed at Waikiki Grand several times and will be returning in August. Love the island and the Waikiki Grand. A choice, you will not be disappointed!!! Mahalo! Dana Soday, Louisiana

It is a studio. This property lists all units as suites regardless of size. There is nowhere to eat, the 1 bench stool is very rickety and unsafe. There are slats missing from the window which make the room very bright at night. The door to the bathroom is a broken concertina which does not stay on the tracks. The best thing is the location. 5 stars location, 2 star accommodation.

To make it short: location great apartment shabby and super small. No view, blinds broken and light of hallway shines in all night. Kitchen way too small no real stove cutlery and pots dirty. Smelled like marihuana in the apartment. But could also come from the neighbors. We moved after 2 nights to Aston Banyan which we liked a lot more. Same price.

The location was excellent however the property was a bit rundown. Some of the lights didn’t work and were unable to be repaired. Instead we were advised by the maintenance person to avoid using it. The floor lamp was also not working and even when the bulb was changed the lamp could only be turned on and off by unplugging.
