Chalet Myrtille es una agradable propiedad familiar chalet de verano / invierno bien equipado, con vistas espectaculares desde donde se encuentra en Petit Châtel sobre la ciudad de Châtel. Sólo 1 hora y 20 en coche del aeropuerto de Ginebra y en la frontera con Francia y Suiza. Situado a pocos metros de los remontes de esquí y Barbossine gran parada de autobús para acceder a otras pistas de esquí de la zona, ideal para familias con niños pequeños.

We had a great stay. Well equipped. Warm and comfortable. Hot tub popular with the family after skiing. And Lousie the manager helped us out when we had a car problem at the end of our stay. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful chalet for a reunion of friends

We loved our time in this chalet! It was perfectly equipped for nice dinners at home, but also close enough to town and to the ski lifts that we could walk everywhere. We would definitely return!

The perfect ski chalet for a couple of families.

A really comfortable chalet really close to ski buses and lift. We had the best holiday - good skiing (even though snow & weather conditions were mixed) - great space to gather for meals around the table - lovely hanging out in the hot tub. And Celia is a really helpful and responsive host.

Homely chalet in great location

We stayed in Chalet Myrtille over the Christmas/New Year break, we were 6 adults and 4 children. Contact with Celia and Louise was excellent. The bedrooms are well divided, beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. The lounge/dining area is cosy, slightly tight for 10 around the table but it was fine, the kitchen is very well equipped although missing fondu or raclette set. It could also do with a thorough clean… A couple of less positive points were the outside stairs and lack of lighting and rails - there are 3 flights of steps to reach the chalet, about 15 in total, with insufficient lighting at night and no handrail. For the young and older members of our group this could have been a big problem if we had had snow or ice and it is not mentioned on the listing.

Excellent Chalet

We were a party of 10 (2 families). The Chalet suited us perfectly. 4 x double bedrooms and a "kids" room. Hot tub was excellent. Very convenient for the Barbossine Chair lift, though unfortunately in February 2024 there wasn't enough snow to be able to ski back down, so we had to get the bus from town. The first few days we tried to get Bus 2 form Super Chatel, but it was always rammed and we had to wait about an hour, then we worked out that if we got on a Linga we always got the first bus and only added about 10 minutes to the bus journey. Nice double garage meant we had our cars safely locked away all week. It was possible to walk from town in ski boots in about 15 minutes, but with the little ones in our group we only did it once. Close to a small convenience store (pricey!) that also sold pizzas, and also a hotel bar, that sold well priced beer and dangerously strong Mojitos! We had a fantastic week, despite the poor snow cover and would return.

Zeer compleet huis. Zeer goed contact met de eigenaresse. Heeft keurig gezorgd voor meer babybedjes en kinderstoelen dan normaal aanwezig. Met 4 kinderen onder de 4 jaar wel nodig.

highly recommended Chalet

We had a lovely stay in chalet Myrtilles, which is as described in the ad. The chalet is wery well equipped and located. The communication with Louise, the local contact point was easy ; small point: there are a lot of power strips and all of them are at the UK standard. Also, it could be easier to be fluent in english as though Louise speaks french, when it comes to technical matters, english is easier. All in all, my friends and family and myself enjoyed the chalet and looking at the shooting stars from the hotub was a great experience !!

Chatel février 2020

Chalet proche des remontées de Barbossine ce qui permet d'éviter la foule du centre-ville et les navettes. Le spa sur la terrasse est un plus. Le chalet est plutôt bien équipé, propre dans l'ensemble... Il serait quand même judicieux de vérifier le mobilier car plusieurs chaises étaient plus que bancales ce que nous avons signalé à Louise qui est le contact sur place ! Un gros bémol : Louise est venu changé la bouteille de gaz un jour sans prévenir mais a mal reclipsé le détenteur d'où une forte odeur de gaz qui aurait pu être dramatique si nous n'avions pas été sur place. Mis à part ces soucis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le manque de neige au début...

Perfect stay

Super chalêt, nous étions 8 mais nous aurions été à l'aise à 10 également. Très bien équipé, à 2 pas d'une remontée ou de la navette qui relie Linga. Le jacuzzi est un + agréable au retour du ski. Rien à redire, nous y retournerons volontiers!

Chalet mit Abstrichen

Das Objekt war technisch (laute und stinkende Heizung, defektes Abflussrohr mit Wasserschaden, zwei nicht funktionierende Toiletten, defekte Außenbeleuchtung) und in Sachen Hygiene (Mäusekot im Flur, Schimmel im Badezimmer, Urinspritzer der Vormieter im Badezimmer) in sehr schlechtem Zustand.

Spacious and comfortable chalet

We stayed for a week in Chalet Mytrilles as a group of 10 adults. The chalet was very warm and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to chill and hang out. The kitchen is well equiped and we were able to cook dinner for 10 each night. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and there is a boiler room to leave boots overnight so they are nice and warm for the morning. The hot tub on the balcony was a definite highlight and was regularly cleaned. The owner was very easy to keep in touch with and quick to respond to any queries. The chalet is located within 100m of the nearest ski lift, or you can get the free shuttle into Chatel which runs every 20mins or so in the morning and afternoon. The view from the rooms and the balcony is beautiful! We will definitely be back.

Spacious & very close to petit chatel lift

Plenty bedrooms for our group to spread out we were 3 adults and 5 kids. Hot tub was a great treat for kids and us big kids too! Lovely view from both balconies and convenient location. Bus will stop right outside the driveway if you give the drivers a friendly wave. We had a fantastic week of skiing and would not hesitate to come back again. Thank you so much Louise and Celia.

Pretty well equiped house in Petit Chatel. Nearby the skilift of Petit Chatel. We stayed here with 5 adults and 4 childeren. The hot tub is a great extra plus of the house.
