Casa Carra es una moderna villa de 3 dormitorios dobles que consta de 2 habitaciones dobles y 1 doble, de las cuales las 2 dobles están equipadas con aire acondicionado. Está terminado y amueblado con un alto nivel que lo hace atractivo tanto para parejas como para familias.

El área de la terraza de las villas se beneficia de sol todo el día con su piscina privada climatizada con panel solar / eléctrico y área de solarium, construida en barbacoa y área de comedor al aire libre techada.

Situado en una zona tranquila a pocos pasos de la ciudad principal de Playa Blanca, con su playa de arena, restaurantes, bares y tiendas locales. Hay un minimercado local bien abastecido justo detrás del complejo.

El complejo de Las Buganvillas tiene sus propias canchas de tenis.

Villa clean and tidy and in a very quiet location that was our priority together with a heated pool. Host Christine helpful and responded really well within her limitations being remote.

Casa Carra was in the perfect location. The villa was spacious with super comfortable beds! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Outside area was private and peaceful with a lovely heated pool.Christine responded to any questions we had and the on-site management were really helpful with some issues we had upon arrival. Thank you, we look forward to returning.

Escape from winter in UK

Had a very comfortable stay at the villa in Playa Blanca. Had everything one needed. The swimming pool was a real bonus, really warm and well maintained.It’s a reasonably easy walk into town if you don’t have any mobility issues.A few things could do with an update but the property was very clean and the cleaner came weekly to clean through and change linen and towels. Overall would recommend staying at this villa.

Fantastic Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Carra. Everything was lovely and clean and the villa had everything we needed. The area is super quiet which we loved. Our boys (3 & 9) would have happily spent the entire week in the swimming pool if we’d let them! It’s a nice walk to Playa Blanca and wasn’t difficult even with the buggy. Lidl is also within walking distance - takes 15/20 mins depending on how quickly you walk. We’d definitely look to stay here again when we return !

Lovely quiet spacious with plenty of outdoor space

Spacious, clean, well equipped and easy. Pool and outside areas were fab - water warm even in Feb. It's about 20 mins into town so easily walkable but means you can escape the tourists too if you want. Some nice places to eat not far away and beaches at papagayo are well worth the walk. Would also recommend trip to el golfo and the national park.

Ideal property for our family holiday

Loved our stay at casa Cara suited our needs. Lazy days around the pool very quiet peaceful area. A 20 minute walk takes you into Playa Blanca plenty of fab places to eat and drink. Loved Playa Blanca lovely cosmopolitan vibe. Great communicatiin with owner who was quick to sort out some minor issues.

Everything you could need

Clean, modern and spacious. Everything you could need is available. Nice, quiet area but within 20 minutes you can walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. We will definitely see if this is available the next time we visit Lanzarote.

Wonderful clean house with lovely warm pool!

We stayed here in mid-August with our 3 kids. The villa was exactly what we were looking for. Clean and well equipped. The highlight was the pool though, it may not be huge but the temperature was just perfect. No having to be brave to get in! The location was great for us, a short drive to Playa Blanca's cafes and shops but the villa location was so peaceful. We'd 100% recommend this villa.

Fantastic holiday in beautiful villa

Our family stayed at the property in August 2023. The villa was absolutely perfect for us and catered for all our needs. The pool was amazing and we used it frequently during our stay. The villa is set in a quiet complex which has cctv throughout. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants - although we did hire a car to get around the island. The villas was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The host and her team were so helpful, getting back to us immediately if we had any queries. We had a brilliant time here and would highly recommend to others.

Very peaceful and comfortable property

As a family of four, we enjoyed our stay at the villa. Communication with Christine was excellent and she is very responsive to any queries. The property is in a very quiet, safe location and not overlooked at all. It's an easy 20 minute walk into Playa Blanca town where the beaches and restaurants are and about double that to Marina Rubicon, although this is a lovely walk along the coast path. For both, taxis are easy to find and 4-5 Euros to come back, at the end of the evening. We would highly recommend Christine's property and would certainly rebook if we holiday in Playa Blanca again.

Real home from home

Beautiful Villa. Everything we wanted and more, furnishings superb and super comfortable beds and pillows. Pool warm and inviting, loads of extras, lilo’s ,pool accessories. etc. Lots of British TV channels were a great asset. Nothing was too much trouble for the villa support team, Summing it all up, a brilliant holiday in a brilliant Villa. Well done Christine (the owner) and thanks for your advice and support when needed.

Perfect

What a great time myself and my family had on our first holiday in playa Blanca, the villa was perfectly situated, very quiet neighbourhood but within a 15-20 minutes walk you have everything you need! Small supermarket just a 5 minutes walk away. The pool was perfect for children and adults alike (deep end being 1.4 metres). Christine was quick to reply to any questions we had and was very helpful. We have already been looking at dates to come back, thank you for out stay at casa Carra and as a family we are so glad we chose this one!

5 Star villa in a brilliant location

Just returned from a 26 night stay at Casa Carra and overall the experience from start to finish was 5 star. The villa was immaculate and is located in the quiet complex of Las Buganvillas about 10-15 mins walk from the main areas of Playa Blanca. The villa is equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable holiday and the heated pool is the jewel in the crown. The TV in the main lounge has access to all the channels in the UK including numerous sport and video. There is a local shop only a few minutes walk away which supplies all the basics and there are plenty of supermarkets in Playa Blanca. Taxis are plentiful and only cost around 4 €. All in all we had a memorable holiday and we would not hesitate to back to Casa Carra again.

Lovely property in a relatively quiet area

Lovely property in a relatively quiet area just north of Playa Blanca proper. The pool was a good temperature and there were plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture. The supplied towels and bed linens were clean and in good condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc, and the appliances were immaculate. There is a car port for parking, and a traditional Canarian-style BBQ, which was clean but the grill is too small and has to be wedged into the brickwork. I think there's probably a metal box or tray missing as I've seen others that have one. There's lots of cupboard and storage space for possessions, and a safe. The TV has lots of UK channels via the set-too box, and the wifi was very good throughout. Overall it's a lovely place in which to stay whilst visiting Lanzarote!

Superb Villa in good location

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Casa Carra and it was amazing. The villa was very clean and really well equipped/maintained. There was everything you needed for a very comfortable stay, definitely a home from home (Our 2 teenage children loved the fact they had WIFI whenever they wanted it and the lovely pool was a huge bonus). The air con in the main living room and the 2 double bedrooms was a lifesaver, the smaller twin room didn't have air con but would definitely benefit from it as our 2 children really struggled with heat, especially at night when we didn't want to leave the window open. The complex itself was quiet, well maintained and in a good location with amazing views of the mountains and about 15-20 min walk into the town. We stayed by the pool most days using the small supermarket across the road from the complex for fresh bread/rolls for lunch and then went out in the evenings to sample some of the restaurants recommended by Christine the owner and previous guests. We went to the local market and shops at the Rubicon Marina and also took advantage of some of the water sports available at the beach nearby which was great fun. Christine was a pleasure to deal with right from the time of enquiry through to our return from holiday. Not only that, Mandy, the lady who looks after the property for Christine was very helpful and was on hand to help me when I locked myself out - I'd have been lost without her. Overall we had a brilliant holiday and enjoyed every minute of our stay at Casa Carra. We will definitely recommend the villa to our family and friends and would also love to return again next summer.

We live in Scotland with our 4 children and grandchildren.

We have enjoyed holidaying in different countries but decided to make Playa Blanca the place for our "Place in the Sun".

We have always found Playa Blanca to be suitable as a holiday destination with fantastic facilities in the area for families and couples alike. It is a comfortable resort with a friendly atmosphere where you can either chill out or be a bit more adventurous.

There are some beautiful beaches and in addition to the town centre the marina boasts a great range of shops and restaurants. There really is something to suit everyone here. Activities to choose from include the beaches, Timanfaya, day trip to Fuerteventura, waterparks, camel rides, water sports, cycling and many more.

Away from the hustle and bustle but near enough if you want it, this is an ideal location to enjoy and explore from.

The area is easily accessible with Arreciffe airport less than an hours drive away.
