Apartamento de dos dormitorios con impresionantes vistas panorámicas a las montañas, al sur al sur aspecto frente occidental / en el 4 ° piso con 3 minutos a pie de los remontes de Super Morzine y Morzine. El apartamento está literalmente a 350 m a pie del ascensor ya 450 m del centro de Morzine. Excelente ubicación, con una ubicación ideal para el esquí, senderismo, ciclismo, MTB, el restaurante, tiendas y bares. El moderno apartamento diseñado y amueblado tiene capacidad para 4/6 en 2 habitaciones y un sofá cama / Futon. Hay un cuarto de baño para el dormitorio 1 que incluye ducha, inodoro y lavamanos grande, y hay un baño separado con bañera y ducha, lavamanos y un inodoro completamente separado.

El apartamento se beneficia de un programa de renovación completa, que se completó en diciembre de 2014 en preparación para la nueva temporada 2014/2015 de esquí y el verano de 2015. El apartamento está recibiendo grandes elogios de todos nuestros clientes ya que las reformas, para mayor comodidad, la ubicación y el alto nivel de acabado, decoración y diseño / layout. (Ver comentarios de huéspedes) Ahora estamos recibiendo reservas de repetición de los huéspedes anteriores.

El apartamento está ubicado en el piso superior del apartamento y está orientado al sur / suroeste y por lo tanto se beneficia de las impresionantes vistas de la montaña Pleney y la pendiente y en la distancia de las montañas de Roc d'Enfer. En la parte trasera de la propiedad hay excelentes vistas de las montañas hacia Avoriaz.

El apartamento tiene dos dormitorios, el dormitorio principal es un cuarto de baño con ducha, lavabo wc y mano. Hay un cuarto de baño con bañera y ducha en el baño, además de lavabo. Hay un WC separado.

La vivienda consta de un comedor cocina abierta que conduce a la / sala de estar. La cocina es moderna y bien diseñado que incluye horno eléctrico, placa de inducción, microondas, nevera / congelador y un abundante suministro de utensilios de cocina y vajilla, etc.

El apartamento está decorado con buen gusto y amueblado a un nivel muy alto para complementar el entorno que los clientes exigentes sabrán apreciar y sentirse cómodo. Un "hogar lejos del hogar" experiencia!

La sala de estar, tiene muy buenas vistas a través de dos grandes ventanas panorámicas mirando hacia el oeste y el noroeste de numerosas hamacas y Montriond respectivamente. Ideal para ver la procesión de la luz por los monitores de esquí cada semana y también el espectáculo de fuegos artificiales semanal.

Hay dos balcones, uno en la parte delantera y uno en la parte trasera. Hay muebles de exterior / sillas disponibles.

El apartamento tiene una cueva y un local de esquí por separado - Activación / ciclos de MTB que se almacena en los meses de verano y de material de esquí en la temporada de invierno.

El apartamento está muy bien situado para permitir a los clientes a entrar en Morzine en cuestión de minutos a través de la pasarela F. Puente baudios. El Super Morzine ascensor está literalmente a 5 minutos a pie desde el apartamento con todo su equipo de esquí! The property had an amazing location right across from the Super Morzine Gondola and close to the pool and town. Close but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The facilities and storage were plentiful and well equipped for our stay including bike storage.

Family Holiday - Summer 2023

First time visit to the Alps in the summer and won't be our last. We loved everything about it. Apartment was great with everything we needed and space to relax after a days activities. Beds are comfy and the place was clean and well prepared for our arrival. Owner was great at providing information. Fantastic place for an active summer holiday.

The apartment was excellent for our summer holiday to Morzine. 5 star views from the living room and dining area and front balcony. From the balcony you can wave to your family in the swimming pool (Espace aquatique) or walking back over the footbridge from town! Apartment is very clean and has everything you will need. It's on the top floor of the building but there is a small lift if needed. Communication with the owner is timely, helpful and clear. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Close to bike heaven

If you like bikes, Morzine is the place to go and the Appartement is perfectly situated. Also good if you are into triathlon because of the pool - pricy yes but so is the equipment you use ;)

Wa had a good stay

We had a good stay in this apartment which was overall clean and well maintained. However, the building is on the edge of the road on both sides of the building, which generates noise pollution. The building is very poorly insulated and we were cold. And the apartment is cute but nothing that justifies to qualify it as luxurious. It is a clean, simple, confortable, well designed apartment but a little far from the slopes and not very well located for family skiing.

I am surprised about the temperature of the apartment. The majority of guests find the apartment to be 'warm and cosy'. Indeed, just in case the external temperatures are very low, there are two electric heaters to supplement the hot water central heating system. So, sorry to hear your comment. The apartment is double glazed and we suggest using the roller shutters to retain heat, especially at evening times during winter months. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from Super Morzine Lift and 250 m to the bus route / bus stop.

Appartement très bien placé et spacieux

Séjour à 4 adultes + un chien. L’appartement est spacieux, bien décoré, bien équipé et confortable. L’accès au centre par la passerelle est un vrai plus : tout se fait à pied (moins de 15 minutes en marchant tranquille avec le chien pour l’aller/retour de la boulangerie pour un bon pain frais le matin). Bref rien à dire. Le propriétaire est très accessible et rapide en réponse en cas de soucis.

Great apartment, great location!

Super apartment within a short walking distance of Central Morzine and Pleney lift to the Morzine ski area. Bus stop located directly next to the apartment with connections to the Avoriaz ski area. Really nice apartment and well equipped should you choose to eat in. Ideal size for 4 adults, 6 may be a little bit of a squeeze. Incredible views over Morzine.

The best place for bikers

I used this place with friends, in summer, to do MTB. The apartment is really beautiful, clean, and it provides everything you might need: double pillows with different thickness, everything to cook meals, dishwasher and washing machine, 3 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 shower/bath and 2 WC). Incredibly close to the Skilift (just one bridge far). The owner is very kind and happy to help. It's really the place to be!!

A fantastic property, but terrible holiday.

Property, check in, position, all superb. All rooms were a good size for the alps, property had all of the bits that you need for a ski/bike trip. Location is great for super Morzine. Unfortunately the day we arrived France began its lock down due to Coronavirus and we never had a chance to even put a pair of skis on! We left France a day later which obviously ruined our holiday. We would love to return to the apartment when all of this is over and some normality is back. In a nutshell, a perfect apartment for a small family to visit Morzine in summer or winter.

Fabulous apartment for family holiday

Apartment was ideal for our family holiday in Morzine. Perfect location and so convenient to central Morzine. Our kids really enjoyed the stay. The place had pretty much everything we needed and the views from the apartment are lovely. Highly recommend!

It looks as though the lobby area is suffering as it always is from guests not fully respecting the decoration of the apartment. The clean white finish of the apartment does not hold up long, however I will be there very soon myself touching up all the blemishes caused by guests, which is to some extent understandable!!!

Lovely well presented spatious apartment

Andrew takes great care to ensure your stay is comforable and easy . The apartment is fitted out with everything you need not just a normal holiday rent you will find many items and equipment as you would at home . The location is great just the other side of the footbridge to Supermorzine telecabin . Great restaurant at the lift station too . Buildind is lovely and quiet with most apartments privatly owned and cared for . We will be back for sure

Prachtig en modern ingericht appartement

Het appartement is erg mooi en comfortable. Het is moderne ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden liggen ook heerlijk. Het uitzicht is ontzettend mooi omdat het appartement op de hoek ligt van het gebouw en aan twee kanten zo naar de bergen uitkijkt en over het dal. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement.

I live in North Wales with my wife & two teenage daughters & we have two pet Tibetan Terrier dogs (Roxy & Poppy), chickens & ducks and love the outdoor life.

We used to own our own landscaping business which we operated from our office some 5 minutes from home. We are now both 'retired' and spend time in France, Portugal and the UK (and other far flung places of the globe!!!).

We both love driving Audi / BMW cars (but currently I have an Jaguar F Type for a change!). We live in the countryside here in the UK, & our second home is in Provence is in a similar type of country location.

We are a very active family & love skiing, walking, running, swimming, cycling, golf and the outdoor life.

We love living part of the year in France and enjoying the cuisine, culture, scenery, wine & joie de vie!!

The apartment really suits us as we can easily walk to shops, bars & restaurants within minutes.

We had been skiing for many years in the French alps and eventually decided to buy a property in which we could use it, both for winter holidays and also to enjoy during the summer months.

The check list of priorities also included close proximity to ski lifts; ability to walk into a decent town with shops, bars and a good selection of restaurants; sunny aspect (south/south west facing) quite location; close proximity to Geneva airport; good snow record and plenty of summer leisure / recreational activities.

Where better than Morzine!!

Oh, and a town that frequently achieves the presence of the Tour de France (Stage finish here in July 2016!!!)

Well, Morzine ticks all the boxes and the apartment location is terrific - many customers report it as amazing, especially the views of Pleney!

A very conveniently located apartment within Morzine with the ability to walk into town within several minutes, and to Super Morzine Lift which is only 350 metres away.

Fully refurbished to a very high specification ready for December 2014, therefore the apartment is modern and very well furnished in complete contrast to many of the dour old 1970's and 1980's apartments on offer throughout the French alps.

The apartment offers an en-suite bedroom with shower and wc; a separate wc and separate bathroom with bath/shower over and washing machine.

Tastefully decorated with high quality soft furnishings for discerning summer and winter customers. For young families we provide a travel cot and mattress and a high chair suitable for children from 3 months to 3 years old.

Car parking and cave for bikes (MTB's and cycles).
