Batu es una villa de cinco pisos en una ubicación privilegiada con vistas ininterrumpidas al mar con vistas a la ciudad y el puerto de Kalkan,
La posición elevada de Villa Batu ofrece vistas impresionantes, con una suave brisa durante los meses calurosos de verano, esto combinado con la amable gente local de Kalkan lo convierte en un destino de vacaciones perfecto.
Relájese en el balcón de su habitación, descanse en la terraza, nade en la gran piscina infinita (* opcionalmente climatizada) o cene tranquilamente bajo la pagoda, la Villa es la elección perfecta.
Lejos de la intensidad de la ciudad ocupada, mientras que solo 10-15 minutos (bastante empinado) caminan hacia el casco antiguo o un corto viaje en taxi si no tiene un automóvil para visitar el casco antiguo de Kalkan y el puerto con sus tiendas y excelentes elección de restaurantes.
A lo largo de la costa hay muchos otros hermosos centros turísticos, lugares de interés y restaurantes a los que se puede acceder por carretera o traslado a precios asequibles.

Great villa. Amazing views and well appointed. Graham the owner looks after you very well. Its at the top of a steep hill but the taxi is only about 5 down to town.

Just returned from the most fantastic holiday in Kalkan staying in Villa Batu. We can’t praise this villa enough. Stunning views, fantastic outside living space, huge bedrooms, equipped to the max in every area. We couldn’t find fault in this villa in any way and would recommend to anyone. All this and the absolute best pre and during care by our host Graham just made this the best holiday our well travelled family has ever had. I can’t say or praise Graham or Villa Batu enough.

An incredible property and pool were fantastic. It looked amazing on the website but the view, pool and games room were even better than we could have imagined. Graham the owner was extremely helpful too.

Spectacular Villa!!!

The villa and its views were simply amazing. We were a group of 12 and never felt crowded. Private balconies off almost all the bedrooms was a special treat. We studied the reviews written by others before choosing Villa Batu and they were all spot on.... really helped make the decision an easy one. Graham was an excellent host and always available for help. I would recommend this villa without hesitation! We plan to go back!!!

Amazing Villa with fantastic views

Villa Batu is an absolutely stunning villa with spectacular views over Kalkan. The villa has everything that you would need for a 2 week stay. As a group of 12, 3 families with teenage children, we found this villa to be incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to have their space whilst also enjoy time together. The games room was an added bonus for a holiday pool and darts competition! The beautifully maintained pool was a welcome relief from the hot August days and again provided much enjoyment for the whole family. Graham the owner and Caner the on site host could not have done more to make this a wonderful and relaxing stay. We really could not fault it, we just wish we could have stayed for another week!

Eight of us - two families with older teenage kids - just had a perfect week at Villa Batu. It was one of those rare times when we knew before we got there that it would be lovely. The communication from Graham was excellent in the time between booking and the holiday - he arranged airport transfers and recommended and arranged a fantastic boat trip, which we all loved. The grown-ups thought that the 'kids' (all 18-20) would be out every night, but they loved the Villa and the pool so much that they were happy to stick with us. We had some excellent nights out - for the view / food / price, I would recommend The Lighthouse and the Blue Marlin. We also had a couple of 'accidental' big nights out involving cocktails and clubbing - great music and atmosphere in Chocolate nightclub. Aside from the boat trip, we spent our days at the Villa, in and around the pool, which is as lovely as it looks in the photos. Getting into town (most evenings) is super easy - Graham gave us a couple of taxi numbers and we just used them each time - £4 or £5 each way. On the couple of nights we had in, we ordered food for delivery and barbecued on the terrace - the view is just as good at night. Universal agreement that we'll be back to Villa Batu - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Stunning

This is an amazing property. The villa is very spacious and well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable and the balconies from the bedrooms are spacious with wonderful views. The infinity pool is a true swimming pool, again with incredible unrestricted views of the bay below. We were a party of 5 couples and did not feel on top of each other. The games room with gym equipment was an added bonus. The host went out of their way to make our visit as easy and memorable as possible, helping us to arrange transfers, initial welcome pack and a boat trip. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and will definitely return.

Villa Batu - you'll love it

We holidayed for a week in August 2023 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Batu. The property manager was so helpful, arranging our flight transfers and a family boat trip. I can only recommend staying here.

Wow! What an amazing week we have just had at Villa Batu. From the kind assistance from Graham (even before we'd arrived) to the beauty of the villa with that devastating view, to fun fun fun in Kalkan. Unbeatable !!! Thank you so much. Can't wait for the next time.

Exceeded expectations

Having not been to Turkey for 30yrs we were not sure what to expect the villa was exceptional plenty of room for all of us to have space and so well equipped everything thought of … I am already missing the views😩😩 … Graham the host was excellent from start to finish and Kalkan was a revelation excellent restaurants the friendliest of people and plenty to cater for the 18-25yr olds in our party … would recommend Zeus /Ali for a boat trip …. Not a down side but awareness it is very steep and lots of steps into most place which might not suit all …. Would recommend and would love to go back … thanks Graham

Excellent Stay

It was an excellent stay in Kalkan. Communication was easy and everything we wanted was in place. We were so pleased. Really excellent pool and views. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and the sleeping spaces were great. We'd come back for sure! We were a group of 11 and it was just perfect.

We stayed at villa Batu from 18th June for 1 week and had a fantastic time. The whole villa was superb and the photos do not do it justice. Couldnt fault it and the communication from Graham from start to finish was exceptional. This was our 4th holiday in Kalkan and by far the best villa yet.

August visit to Kalkan

We stayed at villa Batu for the last two weeks of August and had a fantastic stay. The villa is incredible, absolutely huge and the views are stunning, photo's really don't do it justice. Graham the property owner was a great help throughout and ensured we knew everything we needed to know about the property and also about Kalkan, which is a beautiful resort. I highly recommend doing a boat trip, arranged for us by Graham. We didn't have a bad meal eating out and many restaurants also offer a delivery service if you prefer to eat at the villa. All in all, I couldn't recommend Villa Batu enough.

Villa Batu Wonderland.

The Villa Batu is in the most brilliant position with views over the harbour and the bays. The Infinity pool was a real favourite with the adults and the kids through the day and into the evening. The Villa Batu is very well appointed, all rooms are immaculate. The en-suite in every bedroom is great. The lounge area has everything you need plus high speed wi-fi for the kids (they cannot exist without it!!) The kitchen is a dream with all you need to cook food in the villa, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. On the Patio is also a full barbeque and tools. Around the pool there are loungers with umbrella's and shaded area's to sit with tables and chairs. This was a holiday to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. My family of 6 adults and 6 children had the most fabulous time in a place that we could only dream of. The town of Kalkan is very friendly and has lots of brilliant restaurants and shops. The Villa Batu is a must for a relaxing holiday in a superb location. Thank you Villa Batu. Ray Lucas and Family.

Luxurious villa with fantastic views

Stayed for a week in June with my husband and friends. The villa is very smart, modern and spacious with a superb location high up above Kalkan with stunning views over the town, the harbour and the bay. Everything was exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed for cooking, eating and entertaining. The bedrooms all had lovely balconies and the bathrooms were spacious with nice toiletries and fluffy towels. There was a large covered outside dining area with barbeque, which was great for long lunches as well as a huge inside open lounge and dining area. We had driven from Dalaman about 1.5hrs away and had a car, which was useful for our day trips and in making the climb up the hill from the town easy. The villa has plenty of private parking space directly outside. The guest book had lots of very useful tips on restaurants and good contacts to local stores with delivery services, taxi services and boat trips. We had a super day boat trip and then went again the next evening for a diner trip - just wonderful. Kalkan itself is well stocked with restaurants/cafes; it has an older part of the town with many interesting shops and also a good selection of individual food shops, from butchers, grocers and bakers to a small and medium sized supermarket. There are some interesting excursions to book or do by car in the locality (we went to Xanthos and up the Saklikent Gorge). If you used the delivery services you would never have to leave the villa. Would definitely go back if returning to Kalkan. Would highly recommend.
