Encantador, cómodo y luminoso apartamento de un dormitorio con cocina V cerca de la ciudad

Un encantador apartamento independiente de un dormitorio para hasta 4 personas, perfectamente ubicado para facilitar el acceso a la ciudad y los remontes, con cómodas camas y hermosos muebles suaves.

El apartamento ha sido renovado recientemente con una nueva decoración, modernos esquemas de iluminación y una nueva cocina y baño.

Está situado en el último (segundo) piso de un atractivo edificio de estilo chalet de solo seis apartamentos, con estacionamiento y wifi gratis con acceso rápido a Internet. Hay una gran envoltura alrededor del balcón orientado al sur y al este que recibe el sol de la mañana y de la tarde y desde el cual se obtienen vistas impresionantes del valle circundante.
Está a un corto paseo del centro de Morzine, con sus excelentes tiendas, bares y restaurantes, y de 6 a 7 minutos a los remontes de Pleney y Super Morzine, ¡con botas de esquí! El supermercado más cercano está convenientemente ubicado al final de la carretera.

El dormitorio tiene camas grandes y cómodas con muelles que se pueden configurar como dos (3 ') individuales o como un superking doble (6') con acceso a su propio balcón que atrapa el sol de la tarde. La sala de estar es de doble aspecto, lo que permite que entre mucha luz en el apartamento y tiene techos altos abovedados. Hay un sofá en forma de L para relajarse por la noche que se convierte fácilmente en un cómodo sofá cama doble.

Es posible volver a esquiar a menos de 100 metros del chalet, si las condiciones lo permiten.

Sweet cosy little flat

You can tell the owners use this flat themselves, because it's incredibly well-equipped, has masses of hooks, shelves and storage, and everything's been done to make it comfortable. It's quite small - fine for two but I wouldn't have liked there to be 4 of us, but I'm old and picky, when I was younger I'd've found it fine for 4. At first the wifi was very slow - we emailed the owners about it they replied very promptly, within a couple of hours. We switched it off and on again, then wifi was strong. The flat's in a good location and has a great mountain view. And inside, it has a lovely atmosphere and nice furnishings. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Idéal... pour les passionnés de VTT !

L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, et les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très agréables. Point négatif pour nous : tout semble fait pour les VTTistes ! Les balades à pied proposées dans les brochures fournies par l'Office du Tourisme sont très mal indiquées sur place. Pas une journée sans que nous ayons dû rebrousser chemin et croisé d'autres marcheurs eux aussi perdus... Le tout en devant très souvent faire attention aux VTTistes et en devant leur céder le passage... Dommage.

Ski trip

Charming and comfortable apartment in Morzine with everything you'd need with a real home from home feeling. Very comfortable beds. A short walk to the ski lifts, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Would stay again.

Summer stay in morzine

Spent a lovely but very hot (40+ heatwave) week at start of summer season. Some lifts open, buses started running last couple of days. Multi pass excellent value, especially once season has started. Apartments very nicely decorated and equipped, only things we suggest adding would be comfortable seats for balcony to watch world go by, and due to the extreme heat a fan! Great selection of eatery's in village, and very popular place for mountain biking. Would definitely recommend.

Un appartement bien décoré et bien situé

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet appartement en famille. Cet appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et la décoration est soignée. Sa situation proche du centre permet de se déplacer sans voiture au cours des vacances. Tony est très réactif lors des échanges. Nous conseillons cette location.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement, très propre, chaleureux, avec une décoration très raffinée... une cuisine entièrement équipée, rien ne manquait. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à Morzine... tous les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pieds du chalet.

Lovely apartment close to the town

We had a lovely weeks holiday in this apartment. It really has everything you need. Perfect size for 2 adults and one child. Nice comfy beds with plenty of storage. It's within walking distance of good restaurants, supermarkets and the swimming pool. Morzine itself is beautiful.We didn't have very good weather but there was still plenty to do in Morzine and the surrounding towns. We would definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

Second time round, just as good as ever!

We returned to this apartment this year because it is such a great place to stay. The position is excellent - quiet, yet only 5- 6 mins walk to the centre of town. The flat itself is cozy, charming and very well equipped with masses of storage. The owners return emails promptly and leave lots of useful information in the flat. We had a great week here once more and I'd thoroughly recommend it. (For one couple it's perfect and I'd happily stay as a family of four, but for two couples it might feel a bit too cozy.) If you haven't been to Morzine I urge you to try it - it's got endless pistes and tons of great restaurants, in town and on the mountains, much better value than Trois Vallees.

Absolutely fantastic apartment

We had a recommendation of this apartment from friends of ours who had stayed there once already and re booked it for their ski trip. We stayed in the apartment for our recent ski trip having been to Morzine a couple of times previously. The apartment is just fantastic. It literally has everything in it you could ever need. They literally have thought of everything. There is so much storage space and loads of useful hooks. There was even a clothes horse which came in useful one day when we got soaked through on the mountain. We have always stayed in catered chalets before but this has changed our minds. It was so nice to be able to please ourselves and relax in the evenings. We only actually cooked a meal twice but it was nice to eat at a time of our choice whether staying in or going out. It was also nice to not get kicked out early in the morning. The wifi is excellent. We used a ski hire shop where we could leave our skis and boots in so we could have a comfy walk to the bar and walk home however if you were to walk back in your boots it wouldn't be too much trouble. It was good to have English TV and a balcony to relax on with a glass of wine or coffee ! There are some superb restaurants and bars in Morzine. We can not recommend this apartment enough and would be great to come back for some mountain biking or walking in the summer. Sarah and Nick Lancashire

Perfect

The location is ideal. A few minutes walk to the Pleney lifts, to the centre of town and to the nearest supermarket. Only about 5 minutes to the Super Morzine lift and the Sports Centre with stunning views from the balcony across the town and of the surrounding hills. The property has the feel of caring owners who have considered what they would want during a stay and have then provided it. Lots of pegs, shelves and wardrobe space and a real first for the three of us to find more hangers than we needed. Comfortable beds, good quality bedding and linen and soft towels. The kitchen area was well fitted out, and anything not provided was only because people wouldn't need it. Also plenty of light fittings so really good to be able to read at night without peering into a gloom. We made full use of the multi pass which was a real bonus and all in all this was a wonderful holiday. As perfect as it was for the summer this location must be amazing for skiing trips. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return.

Great Morzine apartment

We are a couple who rented the apartment for a week at the end of June. The apartment was exactly how it appeared in the photos, certainly more spacious than we expected with more than enough room for 2. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped for self-catering, and nice to dine on the wrap-round balcony. The location, in our opinion was perfect, just outside the bustle of the centre but just a short walk from bars, restaurants and shops. The information booklet in the apartment also gave some good pointers for restaurants and bars. In all we had a great week and would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a break in Morzine. Finally, the apartment is easy to find and if you are driving, there is plenty of private residents' parking, and the multi pass is excellent value, it's the best value for lift passes that we have found in the Alps so far.

Clean, comfortable, great location and lovely view

Morzine is a great place to holiday. Lots of great outdoor activities and lovely lakes to swim in near by. The apartment was immaculately clean with nice alpine furnishings. We were very comfortable and felt very at home. It has a "cared for" feel about it. It is very central to the town, about 2 minutes walk and has lovely views from the main windows. We had a great holiday.

Lovely, comfortable appartment

Lovely apartment, really well equipped kitchen with everything you may need. Very comfy bed and sofa, a nice change from the usual french bunk bed/sofa bed set up. Nice big balcony for those sunnier days. Nice convient location, just 5 mins walk from the town centre for all of the restaurants and bars. With ski boots on it is just under 10 mins to the main lifts. Although there are secure ski lockers in the apartment block we choose to pay for a locker at the Pleney lift station just to make the walk a bit easier (I am never a fan of walking in ski boots!), plus it meant the apres ski drinks a lot more comfortable and made for a safer walk home! Over all a great apartment for a couple and which could easily accommodate a family/group of four.

Very Comfortable Apartment

I stayed here at the end of January with two friends. We took a minibus transfer from the airport using a company recommended by the owners. It was a very smooth journey and once you are at the apartment there really is no need for a car as everything is close by. The apartment is very comfortable, with lots of hooks and storage for hats, gloves etc.. Also there are some nice touches that take this above the average ski apartment, such as cushions and throws. I particularly liked waking up in the morning and looking out at the view of the mountains with the sun coming up, which was truly stunning. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and we ate in a couple of nights. The rest of the time we strolled into the town to sample the delights of the local restaurants, which served up good quality food in a buzzy atmosphere. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The bath was also very welcome to soak the muscles after a hard days skiing. A great apartment and I will definitely be returning in 2016.

A Gem!

This was our second time to the apartment and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It is in a good location – an easy to walk to the ski lifts, bars, supermarkets and town centre, is very well equipped and although cosy, ( there was four of us each time), it is comfortable with good quality furnishings and fittings. Every consideration has been taken to make sure the apartment is the best it can be –a topper for the sofa bed, the large zip and link double bed and good quality duvets and bed linen. Being at the top of the building the high, sloping ceiling gave the living room plenty of light and a feeling of space. Even with four of us there was plenty of storage and hot water and it was lovely to sit on the sofa in the sun or on the balcony and watch the world go by. The wifi was fast and although we didn’t use the TV, I understand the owners, Tony and Mark are thinking of getting a DVD for next season which will only improve what is already excellent accommodation. The booking process was easy with any queries being answered promptly and Mara, the resort manager and her team were accommodating and friendly. We booked ski hire as recommended through Doorstep Skis who delivered/ collected the equipment to/from the apartment. The whole system worked well and made the holiday easy. This apartment is a gem of a find.

Morzine apartment

As a family of three adults we booked a last-minute four night skiing break in February. We were so lucky - heavy snow the previous week meant conditions were perfect and we had wall to wall sunshine for our entire stay. Heaven! Owners Tony and Mark were extremely helpful and politely guided us through the booking process, which was effortless. We were so delighted when we arrived at the apartment and found it exactly as described, conveniently situated near the ski lifts, town, bars, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is perfect for two or three adults and cosy for four. It is extremely well equipped, with good furnishings and quality bedding, underfloor heating and plenty of hot water. It is situated on the top floor of a quiet building. As advised, at the end of each day we left skis and boots with the hire company in town to enable us to comfortably walk back to the apartment. We shall miss the beautiful view from the sunny Lounge and delightful balcony. This was our first visit to Morzine but hopefully it won't be our last. We have no hesitation in booking this apartment for a return visit.

The apartment is owned by Tony and Mark. As brothers we were lucky enough to live in the South of France for a few years when we were children. At that time we developed a passion for skiing. We recently had the opportunity to acquire our own place for ourselves and our families. Having been on many a ski trip ourselves, we realise the importance of having somewhere comfortable to relax in the evenings and get a good night’s sleep. It is with this in mind that we have furnished the apartment. We think it is a great apartment in a great location and we hope you will enjoy it.

A short stroll to ski lifts and town centre. Morzine is at the heart of the largest ski area in Europe and is fantastic for families, beginners and experts alike. It is situated in a simply beautiful valley, surrounded by stunning mountains with lots to do in both winter and summer seasons. Morzine benefits from incredible local amenities and has a uniquely friendly atmosphere with amazing bars and restaurants. It is also easily accessible by car, plane or train.

It is even possible to ski back to within 100 metres of the apartment on a blue run when conditions allow.
