El apartamento 32 está en el piso superior de Clifton Court. Es un magnífico apartamento de 3 dormitorios, con capacidad para 6 personas. El alojamiento inmaculado está en una posición elevada directamente detrás de la playa de Putsborough. Las arenas doradas se extienden por un total de 2 millas. Familias, surfistas, caminantes y artistas disfrutan de los tranquilos alrededores. El apartamento tiene acceso inmediato a la ruta costera del norte de Devon. Wonderful apartment

This is a superb apartment for a family to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views of the Putsborough coastline.The apartment has excellent facilities and is of an extremely high quality. We have never found anywhere better to stay in Devon.Sadly this year for the first time in 35 years, the passcode Vrbo gave us in our correspondence was incorrect. Had the manager not been on site when we arrived, we could have been unable to access the apartment.

Wow Wow Wow. The views from the apartment are stunning. The apartment was clean tidy and full of everything needed for our week. The swimming pool was an added bonus for the kids to relax in after a hard day at the beach.

wonderful apartment

Apartment 32 has the most spectacular views with superb facilities for a family of 6 to enjoy. It's setting on the coast is excellent and allows people of all ages to enjoy water sports as well as walking amongst beautiful countryside. This apartment is beautiful with an indoor swimming pool if you can't make it down to the sea!

Stunning property in a stunning location

Just had the best week in this tranquil apartment. Pool to ourselves a couple of times earlier on in the week. The decor in the property was fresh and appealing. All equipment supplied that we could possibly have needed for our stay. Beach was just a short walk down the hill, right on a coastal path/bridleway for some stunning walks. Waves perfect for surfing. Can recommend The Porthole cafe for some delicious homemade food. Our first time in Putsborough but would definitely book again.

Late Summer Getaway

Late booking to enjoy last minute break on the last week of the school holidays and we weren’t disappointed with the apartment, location and luckily the weather!! Great communication from the owner prior and throughout the booking process which made things very easy. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need home from home. All the bathrooms are to a high standard, the beds are really comfy and certainly a bonus having access to the indoor swimming pool. The views are amazing from pretty much every window and sitting on the balcony watching the sea was a favourite for my 7 year old. The beach was fabulous and it has all amenities you need for the day and not overcrowded. I would suggest getting a week car parking pass for the beach if you have a young family with lots to carry as the climb back up the road to the apartment is steep and if you have your hands full with children it isn’t easy. We also found it beneficial that we could come and go so spend time on the beach, go out for the afternoon then return to the beach after so really worth the money. Great place to unwind and recharge and would highly recommend as we would definitely like to return in the future.

Lovely stay

The property was very well presented and cleaned. There were lots of equipment such as airers and laundry basket etc. It was comfortable and relaxing surroundings. Only suggestion would be a small welcome pack would be nice.

Amazing!

Location, location. This apartment block has one of the best locations for those who enjoy surf beaches. It has the most amazing views of putsborough beach, is literally a stone’s throw from the water (though uphill coming back :)), and has an indoor swimming pool to keep little ones happy. It was just outstanding! In terms of the flat itself, it’s very spacious, with 3 bedrooms which are all a really good size. The flat has everything we wanted and needed. There’s a lovely 3k walk (part of the coastal path) to Woolocoombe, with shops/cafes etc. Everything was just perfect! Thanks for letting us use this wonderful apartment!

Stunning views

We enjoyed a great week at this apartment. Very clean and spacious and the use of the pool was much appreciated. Everything you need and Wi-Fi good connection. Beach is amazing and the walk to Woolacombe takes about half an hour.

Ideal location for quiet family holiday

The apartment was ideal for our family. The wide, relatively quiet beach was within walking distance, and the sea was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and body boarding. The apartment itself was clean, and with three bedrooms and three bathrooms there was more than enough space. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from both balconies, and loved the fact that the afternoon sun shone on the balconies and we could watch the sun set into the sea each evening.

Beautiful location

In this Covid time, we were confident the apartment was clean. The apartment was well equipped. All communication with owner was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend and planning a return visit.

Fabulous

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, lots of room, very well equipped and the location was super. We were looking for a peaceful break and the location was excellent for that. The Beach is a two minute walk and Woolacombe is a 40 minute stroll along the beach. There are also a couple of great pubs in Georgeham which is a 25min walk. The beach has a wee shop and cafe which is great and there's lots of opportunities for surfing. The coastal walks are also out of this world and are really worth looking into. The views from the apartment were really just beautiful and a wee seat and a glass of wine was a delight from the balcony. We had a fantastic week of weather for October, so I can only Imagine that summer time would wonderful. I would highly recommend the apartment, sue the owner was great with communication. First rate place to stay.

Perfect holiday

Great property and perfect location. The detailed Covid 19 precautions were reassuring. Spent many hours on the balcony watching the sea and surfers during the day and the stars at night. Watching the Croyde Triathlon event was a bonus. Enjoyed fantastic walks around Baggypoint and to Woolacombe. In fact the car hardly left the carpark as such a wonderful location. Hope to return!

Happy family holiday

Such a lovely apartment, was very clean and there was a notice on the door to confirm that it had been cleaned at a time. They have really thought about our safety by providing hand sanitiser at the front door plus providing hand wash. Anyway enough of mentioning covid 19. The views from our balcony was amazing. My family had fun at the beach everyday even when the weather wasn't too great, we still managed to some body boarding. One would never have said we body boarded in storm Francis. Beach is beautiful and surprisingly not too busy. Can't wait to come again. Lot of love Loretta Newton and family x

Wonderful apartment with spectacular view!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week here and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the apartment, the location and the surrounding area. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and was spotlessly clean. The owner had implemented a special Covid 19 policy which was thorough and we felt very safe. The view from the balcony is stunning and we spent many happy hours watching the waves rolling in and saw some incredible sunsets. The beach is excellent and is a short (but steep) walk down the hill which saves a lot of hassle in driving round the narrow lanes and paying for parking. We have visited several beaches in the area and think that Putsborough is one of the best both for children and adults. All in all a great spot and we hope to be back very soon.

Excellent location and property

Perfect location above Putsborough beach. Fantastic views of the ocean and sunsets. Located on the local coastal walks. Putsborough is the quieter end of the beach compared to Woolacombe that is about a 30 minute walk along the beach or coastal path. There is an outside shower for washing wetsuits at the top of the car park and a storage area in the flat before entering the property for wetsuits and beach gear. The flat is well equipped, in great condition and comfortable. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday.
